Purpose For companies supported by Smart Meister, it is verified whether the capabilities of dispatched Meisters and government-level policy support are linked to corporate performance and, in particular, whether the company's absorption capacity affects the corporate performance of smart factory builders. Methods Hierarchical regression analysis was performed to test the established hypothesis, and SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical processing of data for empirical analysis. Results Meister's competency and government support have a significant effect on the performance and absorption capacity of smart factory construction companies, and it is analyzed that absorption capacity has a mediating effect between Meister capability and corporate performance, and between government support and corporate performance. Conclusion In order to effectively support the establishment of a smart factory, securing competent masters and government support policies suitable for the characteristics of the company are required.

The construction of smart factories for government SMEs is not easy due to the lack of professional manpower. The use of retired professionals is a way to solve the problem to some extent and to solve the job problem of seniors by effectively utilizing social assets. This study examines the effectiveness of using Meister based on a survey of 195 companies participating in the Smart Meister Support Program. As a result, the better pre-participation readiness and the better management and coordination of change during the participation, the more significant influence was on Meister’s ability development and corporate performance. In particular, it was confirmed that Meister’s competence plays a role in both ‘pre-participation readiness and business performance’ and ‘between change management during participation and business performance’. In order to improve the performance of the smart meister business in the future, it is necessary to proactively promote the purpose and purpose of the business targeting companies that wish to participate in the business. In addition, it was found that it is necessary to support the development of change management in order to minimize the resistance to innovation during the project. It will be possible to enhance social competitiveness by resolving senior jobs and strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs by discovering and utilizing Meister, who is an expert among retirees.

정부의 중소기업 스마트공장 구축 지원사업이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 스마트 마이스터 지원기업을 중심으로

Purpose The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of the government's Smart Meister dispatch project for SMEs, and to examine whether the purpose of participation and the appropriateness of operation have a significant effect on consulting satisfaction and performance. Methods The survey for this study was conducted online using Google Forms. In 2022, 402 companies responded to a survey targeting companies participating in the Smart Meister support project of the MSS(Ministry of SMEs and Startups), and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS. Results The clearer the purpose of the company's participation in the government-supported project and the more appropriate the operation of the Meister system, the higher the satisfaction with guidance by Meisters, which was linked to high leadership performance. In addition, it was found that there was a direct and significant correlation between Meister's consulting satisfaction and performance. Conclusion In order to successfully dispatch Meisters to support SMEs' smart transformation, proactive efforts such as clarifying the purpose of participation at the enterprise level and securing the appropriateness of system operation at the government level are required.

진로포부와 스마트폰 중독과의 관계에 미치는 성취목표지향성의 조절효과에 관한 연구: 마이스터고 남학생의 경우

본 연구의 목적은 마이스터고 남학생을 대상으로 진로포부와 스마트폰 중독과의 관계에 미치는 성취목표지향성의 조절효과를 알아보고자 함이다. 이를 위해 B광역시에 소재하고 있는 마이스터고 3개교의 1, 2학년을 대상으로 설문지를 1,160부를 배포하여 1,018부를 회수하였다. 회수 후, 여학생의 경우와 스마트폰을 사용하고 있지 않는 경우 및 불성실한 응답을 제외한 760부를 바탕으로 결과를 분석하였다. 모든 자료는 SPSS for Windows 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 마이스터고 남학생의 진로포부, 성취목표지향성, 스마트폰 중독 간에는 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 마이스터고 남학생의 진로포부와 스마트폰 중독과의 관계에 미치는 성취목표지향성의 조절효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 성취목표지향성의 하위요인 중 숙달접근목표와 숙달회피목표가 진로포부와 스마트폰 중독과의 관계에서 유의미하게 조절한 반면, 수행접근목표와 수행회피목표는 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 진로포부와 스마트폰 중독과의 관계에 미치는 성취목표지향성의 조절역할을 고려한 상담목표와 방향설정을 통해 스마트폰 중독 청소년을 상담하는 데 구체적이고 실천적인 도움이 될 수 있으며, 또한 특정대상 청소년에 대한 차별화된 개입 프로그램 및 상담 및 치료전략 수립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

중소 제조기업의 성과 제고를 위한 스마트제조 영향요인에 대한 연구

Purpose The purpose of this study is to find out whether any factors inside or outside the company significantly affect the corporate performance of smart factory construction for SMEs that are aware, planning, or in the process of building smart factories. Methods For smart factory construction and follow-up management, a questionnaire was distributed to SMEs that received Meister support, and SPSS 23.0 and AMOS were used for statistical processing for empirical analysis of 347 collected data. Results The CEO's entrepreneurship, financial readiness, and Meister capabilities, which are internal elements of SMEs, all had a significant impact on smart manufacturing. In addition, it was found that smart manufacturing had a significant effect on corporate performance. Conclusion In order to improve the speed of transition to smart factories in the manufacturing industry, it is necessary to select and support companies led by CEO with entrepreneurship and companies that meet financial readiness. In addition, when Meister, who can effectively manage resistance to change and innovation within the SME, is dispatched, the completion of smart manufacturing will be accelerated and corporate performance and competitiveness will be strengthened.

The purpose of this study was to identify the innovation capabilities of SMEs manufacturing firms promoting smart factories to secure or strengthen their internal and external competitiveness. As core innovation capability, R&D capability, production capability, learning capability and marketing capability were considered by based on the previous studies, and all five sub-factors were selected. Smart meisters are those who are dispatched to SMEs manufacturing firms to support the work required to build smart factories. The data that evaluated the innovation capability of the firms in charge of smart meisters importance and performance were analyzed by applying the revised IPA. The research results are as follows. First, the capacity to be secured in order to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs was production capability and learning capability. More specifically, the effective operation of the production system(B3), the appropriateness of quality management activities (B4) which are sub-factor of production capability(B), the sharing of information and knowledge(C2) and the provision of learning opportunities for knowledge acquisition(C5) which are sub-elements of learning capability(C), identified the need for intensive investment.

스마트공장 구축기업의 조직내 변화수용과 협력이 재무성과에 미치는 영향

This study examines the effects of participation purpose, corporate readiness, and acceptance of changes that may occur in the course of expert guidance on the performance of smart factory. For this study, 129 questionnaires obtained from SMEs participating in the Smart Meister support project were used, and SPSS 18.0 and the AMOS 18.0 program were used for statistical processing for empirical analysis of the hypotheses test. It was found that the company's business participation motivation and readiness status had a significant effect on the acceptance and cooperation of changes that occurred during the consulting process. In addition, the acceptance and cooperation of changes within the company had a significant effect on the satisfaction with the Meister support project and the financial performance. Companies participating in the Meister support project need to clarify their motives for participating in the project and make stable corporate readiness in advance. In addition, based on the CEO’s support, it is necessary to have a motivational program and to build an organizational culture that can actively accept innovation.

K-패션 활성화를 위한 국내 패션봉제산업의 발전 방향성 제고

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems associated with the domestic fashion sewing industry and suggest solutions for re-development. The research methods are a content analysis of literature, including articles and reports, and interviewing practitioners who are in charge of the fashion industry. The problems of the domestic fashion sewing industry are as follows. 1. Weakness in price competitiveness and a lack of work. 2. Aging of workers and difficulty securing new workers. 3. The age of the production facilities and the lack of manpower required for mass production. 4. Unrealistically low cost of labor due to over-competition considering the lack of work.5. The prevalence of illegal label grinding. The solutions to the problems listed above are as follows. 1. Establishment of a win-win effort between fashion brands and sewing companies. 2. Allow systematic education, support, and development of a meister system for fostering sewing manpower. 3. Undertake efforts to improve the sewing work environment. 4. Establishment of the system for realizing the actual cost of labor. 5. Establishment of a quota system to secure domestic sewing production. 6. Construction of Smart DB to connect work orders. 7. Construction of a smart factory using technology such as automated systems of production suitable for the 4th Industrial Age. 8. Enforcement of specialized strategies to encourage fashion sewing companies, not only Seoul but also in other urban areas.
