LED 융합조명 모듈 자동화 조립 시스템의 피더에 관한 구조해석 및 동특성 해석

In the current lighting market, LEDs that have a high luminous efficiency, a long life and consume less power have emerged as next generation lighting. Owing to various designs and sizes of LEDs, the production process of existing LEDs involves many tasks that require manual labor; hence, the assembly of LEDs necessitates manpower. Because of the use of manpower, the production costs of LEDs increases and production efficiency decreases. Recently, the assembly parts of LEDs have been standardized for minimizing manual labor, and an LED is developed as an LED panel. The automatic assembly system produces LED convergent lighting by assembling two LED panels and one diffusion cover. To increase the production efficiency of the LED convergent lighting module, it is important that the development of a feeder can continuously supply the LED panels is required, and whose design has sufficient stability. The automatic assembly system of the LED convergent lighting module consists of two feeders, which convey LED panels and diffusion covers to a main conveyor, which assembles the lifted panels and covers. In this study, structural analysis and fatigue life for forced loads on the conveyer line of the feeder in the process of lifting LED panels and diffusion covers of each feeder, is analyzed. In addition, the drive of the belt constituting the conveyor line of each feeder is simulated, and the dynamic characteristics of the belt is analyzed using the virtual engineering method.

In the general manual feeder of an LED lighting assembly system, many workers are needed to supply parts to the main conveyor. The automatic feeder for modern automation lighting assembly systems consists of a completely automated feeding system and a magazine system that supplies the parts automatically. A standardized LED panel and diffusion cover is stacked in the cartridge of the magazine system. The structural safety of the automatic feeding system with regard to handling the load from the panels and covers stored in the cartridge should be guaranteed. LED convergency lighting modules are assembled using two LED panels and one diffusion cover in an automatic feeder. In this study, the structural safety and fatigue life of the automatic feeder and magazine were analyzed by considering the load generated in the automatically assembled LED convergency lighting system. In addition, the dynamic behavior of each auto-feeding system and magazine delivery system was visualized, and the working process was evaluated via dynamic simulation using a virtual engineering method. A tack time table for automatic feeding systems was derived by developing a virtual prototype.
LED조명을 이용한 광 무선 융합 통신 시스템에서 디밍제어를 위한 Zero Reduction Code 성능 분석 및 고찰

본 논문에서는 가시광 통신 시스템에서 디밍 제어를 위한 Zero Reduction Code (ZRC)의 다양한 부호화율 및 채널 조건에서 성능 분석을 진행함으로써, ZRC 부호의 특성 일반화 고찰을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 무선 광 통신 시스템의 LOS (Line-Of-Sight)와 NLOS (Non-LOS) 채널의 특성을 설명하고, (5, 4), (6, 5), (7, 6) ZRC 부호화율에서 디밍 과 BER (Bit Error Rate)측면에서 모의실험을 통해 성능 분석을 진행하였다. 모의실험 결과, 3가지 타입의 부호화율에서 디밍 성능은 비슷하지만, NLOS 채널 환경에서 RMS (Root Mean Square) 지연 확산 값이 증가 될수록 상대적으로 높은 부호화율의 ZRC코드가 좋은 BER성능을 달성하는 것을 확인 하였다. 따라서 향후 가시광 통신시스템에서 ZRC를 이용한 디밍 제어 기술을 설계할 때 본 연구에서 분석한 결과를 통해 채널 상태에 따른 부호화율을 결정하는데 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다. In this paper, we aim to investigate the generalization of ZRC codes by performing performance analysis on various coding rates and channel conditions of Zero Reduction Code (ZRC) for dimming control in VLC system. Simulation results show that the ZRC codes with relatively high coding rate achieve the enhanced BER performance as the RMS (Root Mean Square) delay spread value increases in the NLOS channelse. Therefore, it is expected that the designing of the dimming control technology using ZRC in the future visible light communication system will help to determine the coding rate according to the channel state through the analysis result in this study.
