Because of environmental pollution and depletion of fossil fuels, hybrid and electric vehicles are being developed. Features of hybrid and electric vehicles is using electric motor as power source. Characteristic of these cars with high fuel efficiency and regenerative braking in order to implement it for research and study of electronic brakes are going to increase even more. In this paper, these regenerative braking and electronic brake for the development of MATLAB / Simulink and RT-Lab was built using the HILS environment. As strengthen the environmental protection law, development of alternative fuel vehicle is essential, for example, hybrid vehicle, electric vehicle, fuel cell vehicle. For development of these vehicles, electronic control is essential to improve performance of vehicle. In this paper, ECU Hardware-in-the Loop Simulation system is developed, which is based on 32-bit embedded control unit. If the brake system is out of oder, fatal accidents could break out. Therefore, The Fail-Safe Systems for BCU and TCU are accomplished, which have self diagnosis system.
