철도차량 검수원의 안전풍토 지각이 안전행동에 미치는 영향: 조직문화의 조절효과

This study intends to depict and highlight the relationship between safety climate and safety behavior with additional purpose of analyzing the moderating effect of organizational culture on the causality between safety climate and safety behavior. A field study based on questionnaire was performed focused on the rolling stock inspectors to testify hypotheses, using SPSS. Results showed that safety practise has a significant positive effect on safety behavior. And in case of moderating effect, constructive culture showed no moderating effect, however job demand and affiliative culture showed certain degree of moderating effect. This results suggest the necessity of analyzing detailed situations and conditions for enhancing the level of safety behavior for rolling stock inspectors. 본 연구는 안전풍토가 안전행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하려는 목적과 함께 조직문화가 이들 두 변인간의 인과관계에서 어떤 조절효과를 나타내는지를 밝혀보려는 목적에서 시작하였다. 설문에 토대해철도차량 검수직 종사자들을 대상으로 SPSS를 이용하여 가설검증을 수행한 결과, 안전실천이 안전행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조절효과에서는 건설적 문화를 제외한 직무요구와 친화적 문화에서 유의한 부분적 조절효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 연구결과는 검수직 종사자들의 안전행동 제고를 위해 상황과 조건에 대한 좀 더 섬세한 분석의 필요성을 제시해준다.

철도차량 검수원의 직무스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 철도차량 검수직 종사자를 대상으로 직무스트레스, 피로, 성격특성(통제위치), 삶의 질(일의 부정적 전이)의 관계를 밝혀보려는 것이다. 연구모형의 검증 결과 이례상황 및 직무제도 스트레스가 신체적 피로를 부분매개로 ‘일의 부정적 전이’에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 통제위치는 직무스트레스와의 상호작용을 통해 신체피로와 심리피로를 조절해주는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 직무스트레스와 신체피로의 해결방안으로 전동차 검사주기 조정과 교대근무의 합리적 변환 필요성을 시사하는 것이며, 직원의 충원 및 유지관리에서 건전한 내적통제위치 성향의 제고방안이 필요함을 의미하는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between job stress, fatigue, personality(LOC), and quality of life(negative spillover of work) of rolling stock inspectors. Results showed that emergency situation & task/system stress had a significant effect on the negative spillover of work partially mediated by physical fatigue, and also LOC moderated physical & psychological fatigue interacting with job stress. These results suggest the necessity of inspection interval and shift system change for the mitigation of job stress and physical fatigue, and also the necessity of countermeasures for enhancing sound internal LOC in the process of acquisition and maintenance of inspectors.
