기업재난관리자는 기업의 재난관리를 통한 재해경감활동관리체계를 구축, 진행, 유지할 수 있는 전문인력으로서 기업의 사업연속성 확보를 위해 필수적인 직무를 갖춘 인적자원이다. 현재 기업재난관리자는 인증된 교육기관을 통해 배출되고 있지만 교육기관의 숫자 및 교육과정 운영이 매우 저조한 상황이다. 이 상황을 극복하기 위한 방법으로서 규정의 적극적 활용과 타 부처의 제도인 국가직무능력표준을 활용한 기업재난관리자 양성 활성화의 방법을 제시하고자 한다. Enterprise Disaster Manger is the human resource equipped with essential competency for enterprise business continuity as a professional planning, implementing and maintaining through the enterprise business continuity management system. Currently, even though it is generated for enterprise disaster manger by accredited academy, the number of academy and opened classes are very inactive. As the way to overcome this situation, the study intend to propose the positive use of national regulation and the utilization of NCS(National Competency Standard) for disaster manger by MOEL(Ministry of Employment and Labor).

ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 기업문화 매개를 중심으로

연구목적: 기업문화를 매개로 ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 연 구하고자 하였다. 연구방법: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 기업 대상으로 설문조사 및 자료를 수집하여 연구 목적에 적합한 통계프로그램 SPSS18와 AMOS18 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항중 BCP, BCM운영, 경영, 조직, 접근통제는 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 하였고 접근통제만이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 결론: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 도출하고 개선방 안을 제시하였다. Purpose: This study wanted to empirically study the effects of ISO 22301 and ISMS certification requirements on Business Performance. Method: For research, a survey was conducted on ISO 22301 and ISMS-certified companies to collect data and use SPASS18 and AMOS18 for statistical analysis. Results: Verification of the hypotheses through the questionnaire demonstrated that BCP, BCM operation, management, and access control of ISO 22301 and ISMS certification requirements, including BIA, risk assessment, BCP, BCM, BCM operation, management, and access security requirements, affect the enterprise's performance (quality improvement, customer satisfaction, financial performance) through the intermediation of the enterprise culture, and the feasibility of the survey paper is high. Conclution: This study has derived the impact of ISO 22301 and ISMS certification requirements on business performance, and based on this, it is deemed necessary to present improvements to ISO 22301 and ISMS certification, and to study future ISO 22301 certification activation and domestic certification, BCMS.

유행병 발병 시 조직의 비즈니스연속성 관리체계 구축에 관한 연구

약최근 들어 2002년 중증급성호흡기증후군(SARS), 2009년 신종플루(H1N1), 2015년 메르스(중동호흡기증후군) 등 6~7년 주기를 두고 유행병이 창궐하고 있다. 이러한 유행병 발병 시 첫 조치사항은 감염자 및 발병 장소의 격리라고 할 수 있다. 이는 유행병의 특성상 일정 잠복기를 보유 한 후 나타나기 때문에 감염자(감염原因)와 함께 활동한 인력 및 장소는 유행병의 전염 위기에 크게 노출되어 있다. 만약 사업장에서 유행병이 발병 하였다면, 사업장이 폐쇄되더라도 임직원의 안전 및 보호방안과 조직의 핵심 업무를 지속하기 위한 계획이 준비되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 금융회사의 대응사례를 중심으로 유행병 발병 시 임직원의 안전 및 보호와 핵심 업무를 지속하기 위한 대응방안과 BCP 수립방안에 대하여 제시하고자 한다. In recent years, epidemics have raged with a 6-7 years period such as SARS (2002), Swine Flu (2009), MERS (2015). When an epidemic arises, the first advice is the isolation of infected patients and disease areas. Because it appears after a certain incubation period, the peoples worked with Infected (infection cause) staff and the place are largely exposed to the epidemic Risk. If you have an epidemic in the workplace, even if you close it, the business plan should be ready to continue the safety and protection measures for employees and the organization s core business. In this study We present the corresponding measures to protect the safety of the employees and to continue the core business during a pandemic outbreak and the introduction of BCP mainly corresponding practices of financial companies.
