임상증상 통합 체크리스트 기반의 가축질병 예찰 및 조기진단 시스템

악성 가축질병의 피해를 최소화하기 위해서는 과학적인 예찰을 통해 질병을 조기에 발견하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 효율적으로 예찰정보를 수집하여 자동으로 질병을 진단할 수 있는 임상증상 통합 체크리스트 기반의 가축질병 예찰 및 조기진단 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 다양한 가축질병의 입상증상과 세부증상을 통합한 소질병 통합 체크리스트를 이용하여 예찰정보를 수집하고, 수집된 임상증상을 기반으로 질병을 진단한다. 또한, 예찰정보 수집에 디지털펜과 종이문서 형태의 체크리스트를 사용함으로써 가축질병에 대한 전문지식과 정보기기 활용도가 낮은 농가에서도 상시예찰이 가능하다. 제안 시스템은 예찰인력 부족, 예찰요원과 농가의 전문성 부족, 예찰정보 수집의 비효율성 등의 문제점을 개선할 수 있고, 가축질병 조기발견을 통한 신속한 방역이 가능해 피해를 최소화할 수 있다. It is very important to detect malignant livestock diseases early by scientific surveillance for minimizing the damages from disease emergences. In this paper, we propose a livestock disease surveillance and early diagnosis system which is based on integrated clinical sign checklist to efficiently gather surveillance information and automatically diagnose diseases. By the proposed system, we can gather the surveillance information by using Hanwoo’s disease checklist integrating clinical signs and detailed clinical signs in various malignant diseases, and automatically diagnose the diseases based on the collected clinical signs. Although the veterinary officers and stock farmers are lack of knowledge about livestock diseases and utilization ability of information devices, it is possible to perform always surveillance by using digital pen and paper document, checklist. The proposed system is able to resolve problems of manpower shortage, veterinary officer and stock former’s non-export in livestock diseases, inefficiency of surveillance information gathering. So, we expect that the system minimizes the damages from disease emergence by early diagnosis and prompt control.
