      • The Analysis of Reverse Logistics Model in the E-commerce Models

        The computer networks have rapidly developed, and its field of application is also vigorously rising for the past many years, especially electronic commerce. However, due to each link of the supply chain will return a large number of products, so e-commerce model in reverse logistics becomes the first difficult problem. In order to solve the problem of the return of enterprise products, we apply the principles of efficiency savings, and allow more businesses to benefit. Meanwhile Reverse Logistics Model concept came into being. This paper focuses on the background of reverse logistics and the current problems, in the same time, conduct a detailed analysis of reverse logistics model. We adopt QS_R strategies to improve and provide case which let people understand easily. Through this research we hope that government agencies and businesses can make more highly valued the importance of reverse logistics, and have a preliminary understanding reverse logistics models. Our aim is to better make outstanding contributions to our social-economic.

        Extending absorption of near-infrared wavelength range for high efficiency CIGS solar cell via adjusting energy band

        The efficient photon harvesting in near infrared wavelength range is still a challenging problem for high performance Cu(In1-x, Gax)Se2 (CIGS) solar cell. Herein, adjusting the energy band distribution of CIGS solar cell could provide significant academic guidance for devices with superior output electric power. To understand the role of each functional layer, the optimal 3000 nm CIGS absorber layer with 1.3 eV bandgap and 30 nm CdS buffer layer were firstly obtained via simulating the uniform band-gap structures. By introducing CIGS absorber layer with a double grading Ga/(GaþIn) profile, the power conversion efficiency of the double gradient band gap cell is superior to that of uniform band-gap cell through extending absorption of near-infrared wavelength range. Upon optimization, the best power conversion efficiency of CIGS with a double gradient band gap solar cell is improved significantly to 24.90%, among the best values reported in literatures, which is an 8.17% relative increase compared with that of the uniform band-gap cell. Our findings provide a theoretical guide toward the design of high performance solar cells and enrich the understandings of the energy band engineering for developing of novel semiconductor devices.

        Excessive retinoic acid inhibit mouse embryonic palate mesenchymal cell growth through involvement of Smad signaling

        All-trans retinoic acid (atRA), the oxidative metabolite of retinoic acid (RA), is essential for palatogenesis. Overdose RA is capable of inducing cleft palate in mice and humans. Normal embryonic palatal mesenchymal (EPM) cell growth is crucial for shelf growth. Smad signaling is involved in many biological processes. However, it is not much clear if atRA could affect Smad signaling during EPM cells growth. In this study, the timed pregnant mice with maternal administration of 100 mg/kg body weight of RA by gastric intubation were cervical dislocation executed to evaluate growth changes of palatal shelves by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining. At the same time, a primary mouse EPM (MEPM) cell culture model was also established. MEPM cells were treated with atRA (0.1, 0.5, 1, 5 and 10 μM) for 24, 48 and 72 h. The results indicated that the sizes of the shelves were smaller than those in control. AtRA inhibited MEPM cell growth with both increasing concentration and increasing incubation time, especially at 72 h in vitro. Moreover, atRA significantly increased the mRNA and protein expression levels of Smad7 (P < .05), but the mRNA and protein expression levels of PCNA were reduced (P < .05). We also found atRA inhibited phosphorylation of Smad2 compared with untreated group (P < .05). However, the protein and mRNA levels of Smad2 did not change both in atRA-treated and untreated group (P > .05). We demonstrated that RA induced inhibition of MEPM cell growth that could cause cleft palate partly by down-regulation of Smad pathway.

        Heterologous Expression and Characterization of a Thermostable α-L-Rhamnosidase from Thermoclostridium stercorarium subsp. thermolacticum DSM 2910 and Its Application in

        An α-L-rhamnosidase gene from Thermoclostridium. stercorarium subsp. thermolacticum DSM 2910 (TstRhaA) was cloned and expressed. The maximum TstRhaA activity of the protein reached 25.2 U/ml, and the molecular mass was approximately 106.6 kDa. The protein was purified 8.0-fold by Ni-TED affinity with an overall recovery of 16.6% and a specific activity of 187.9 U/mg. TstRhaA activity was the highest at 65°C and pH 6.5. In addition, it exhibited excellent thermal stability, better pH stability, good tolerance to low concentrations of organic reagents, and high catalytic activity for pnitrophenyl-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (pNPR). Substrate specificity studies showed that TstRhaA exhibited a high specific activity for rutin. At 60°C, pH 6.5, and 0.3 U/ml enzyme dosage, 60 g/l rutin was converted to 45.55 g/l isoquercitrin within 150 min. The molar conversion rate of rutin and the yield of isoquercitrin were 99.8% and 12.22 g/l/h, respectively. The results suggested that TstRhaA could be used for mass production of isoquercitrin.
