      • Research on China's Steel Demand Using Combined Forecast

        This research conducts an error analysis between the forecasting value and the actual value of steel demand of 2010 in China, which is based on the analysis of forecasting methods and their results of Chinese steel demand in the existing studies, and then forecasts China’s steel demand in 2015 by making use of a combined forecasting method. The combined forecasting method includes two stages. In the first stage, with reference to actual steel demand of China in 2010, a threshold is set and some forecasting results are selected according to the error between the forecasting value and actual value of steel demand of each method. In the second stage, weights of corresponding selected methods are determined which are based on the error. And the final demand of China’s steel in 2015 is forecasted through the combined forecasting method.

        Influence of Work Passion on Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior: Dual Mediating Effect of Organizational Identification and Organizational Commitment

        Purpose - Based on the social exchange theory, social identity theory and self-determination theory, this paper explores the relationship between work passion and unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) and analyzes the dual mediating effect of organizational identification and organizational commitment. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on theoretical research, five key research hypotheses are proposed, and a research model is established. The data source is a questionnaire survey involving 613 employees from Chinese retail enterprises. In addition, SPSS & AMOS programs were used to test the hypotheses of the research model. Findings - First, work passion can activate employees’mediating role in the relationship between work passion and unethical pro-organizational behavior. Third, organizational commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between work passion and unethical pro-organizational behavior. Fourth, organizational identification and organizational commitment have a dual mediating effect in the influence of work passion on unethical pro-organizational behavior. Research Implications - This paper has implications for appropriate measures that managers can take to effectively manage employees’ unethical pro-organizational behavior and actively guide work passion.

        문화마케팅활동과 소비자 반응 간의 관계

        최근 들어 기업의 마케팅 활동의 수단으로 문화를 활용하고자 하는 관심이 증대되고 있으나, 이에 대한 실무적 관심에 비해 학문적인 체계적인 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 문화마케팅 활동을 문화판촉(sales), 문화지원(sponsorship), 문화연출(synthesis), 문화기업(style), 문화후광(spirit)과 같은 차원으로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 즉, 문화마케팅활동과 고객반응의 관계에서 기업 능력과 기업의 사회적 책임의 매개효과를 연구하였다. 연구결과, 판촉, 지원, 연출, 기업은 기업 연상에 다르게 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 기업능력과 사회적 책임은 고객의 충성도를 증가시켰다. Although prior research has addressed the influence of cultural marketing activities (CMA) on perceived customer responses, little systematic research on process that explains relationships between CMA and consumer responses exists. The study examines the mediating effects of corporate associations such as corporate ability (CA) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in relationship between CMA and consumer response. The results demonstrate that (1) CMAs such as sales promotion, sponsorship, synthesis and style related culture may have different effects on corporate associations, (2) CA and CSR increase consumer loyalty.         Hsa_Circ_0001947/MiR-661/DOK7 Axis Restrains Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Development

        Hsa_circ_0001947 is associated with multiple cancers, but its function in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is ambiguous and needs further research. The targeting relationship among circ_0001947, miR-661, and downstream of tyrosine kinase 7 (DOK7) was predicted by database and further verified by dual-luciferase reporter assay, while their expressions in cancer tissues and cells were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). After transfection, cell biological behaviors and expressions of miRNAs, miR-661 and DOK7 were determined by cell function experiments and qRT-PCR, respectively. Circ_0001947 was low-expressed in NSCLC tissues and cells. Circ_0001947 knockdown intensified cell viability and proliferation, induced cell cycle arrest at S phase, suppressed apoptosis and evidently enhanced miR-510, miR-587, miR-661 and miR-942 levels, while circ_0001947 overexpression did the opposite. MiR-661 was a target gene of circ_0001947 that participated in the regulation of circ_0001947 on cell biological behaviors. Furthermore, DOK7, the target gene of miR-661, partly participated in the regulation of miR-661 on cell viability. Hsa_circ_0001947 acts as a sponge of miR-661 to repress NSCLC development by elevating the expression of DOK7.

        In Vitro Synergistic Interaction of 5-O-Methylglovanon and Ampicillin against Ampicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis Isolates

        5-O-methylglovanon (5-O-MG) is a bioactive compound that was first isolated and characterized from Glycosmis plants. In this study, we found that chemically synthesized 5-O-MG has antimicrobial ability against eleven clinical ampicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and S. epidermidis isolates. The MICs of 5-O-MG against the S. aureus and S. epidermidis isolates were 12.5-50 μg/mL and 25-50 μg/mL, respectively. In combination with ampicillin, a synergistic interaction between 5-O-MG and ampicillin against the eleven resistant Staphylococcus isolates was observed, with fractional inhibitory concentration indices of 0.03-0125. Moreover, the anti-staphylococcal activity of 5-O-MG in combination with ampicillin was comparable with that of clavulanic acid in combination with ampicillin. The drug combination had no antagonistic effects when tested against any of the strains. Time-killing assays confirmed the synergy between 5-O-MG and ampicillin (p < 0.01). The combination of these two agents yielded greater than a 2 log_10 cfu/mL decrease in comparison with 5-O-MG or ampicillin alone. These findings suggest that 5-O-MG is a promising compound with the potential for future anti-staphylococcal drug development.

        Distributed Filtering for Markovian Jump Systems With Packet Loss Compensation

        In this article, the distributed-based filtering problem is studied for a type of Markov jump system subject to mode-dependent random packet losses. Packet dropout happens during the communication channel, which can be described via a random variable. In order to describe the nonhomogeneous Markov process, transition probabilities (TPs) on polytopic-structure-based are introduced. In view of packet loss, added by the single exponential smoothing (SES) technique, the packet loss compensation is provided to deal with the prediction value of the missing output. Besides, as for the physical limitations, it is quite difficult to ensure that all mode signals of the plant are available to filter. In the sequel, we establish a partially mode-dependent filter (PMDF). By using the Lyapunov theory, some sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the stochastically stable (SS) of the filtering error system (FES), and the filter parameters can be derived. Lastly, the validity of the presented results is tested through a numerical example.

        Two new complete mitochondrial genomes of Dorcus stag beetles (Coleoptera, Lucanidae)

        The systematics of Dorcus MacLeay has been a long-standing debate. Mitochondrial genomes were widely used to deeply understand the phylogeny of problematic taxa in virtue of their genetic importance and comprehensiveness. To provide more useful genetic data for resolving the systematic disputation of Dorcus stag beetles. The complete mitochondrial genomes of Dorcus hopei and Dorcus seguyi were obtained using the next generation sequencing. Characteristics of the two genomes are explicated through comparing their genome organization and base composition, protein-coding genes and codon usage, intergenic spacers and non-coding region, transfer and ribosomal RNA genes and control region. Phylogenetic relationships were reconstructed using Maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference analyses based on the concatenated nucleotide sequences of 13 PCGs from 9 stag beetles and 3 scarab beetles. The complete mitogenomes of D. hopei and D. seguyi was 16,026 bp/17,955 bp long, respectively. A tandem repeat with the length of 940 bp was presented in the A+T-rich region in D. hopei. An unexpected non-coding region of 332 bp was located between nad2 and trnW in D. seguyi. The phylogenetic analyses robustly supported that D. hopei formed a branch with the generic type of D. parallelipipedus. Whereas D. seguyi was not covered in the branch of (D. hopei + D. parallelipipedus), but was sister to them. The results indicated that D. hopei should be a good member of Dorcus MacLeay. The taxonomic status of D. seguyi remained to be studied furtherly.

        Phosphorus balance in typical rainfield of black soil region in northeast China

        This research aimed to evaluate the phosphorus balances at field level in black Soil Region in northeast China, which is one of three black soil regions in world and is one of the most important agricultural production regions in China. By using the soil nutrient balance method, the phosphorus balances were calculated for 11 fields representing four tillage practices [Conventional tillage system (TCT), No-tillage with straw covered system (TNT), Reduced tillage system (TRT) and Contour tillage system (TTT)], three vegetation recovery measures [Conventional tillage management (TCT), Vegetation recovery management (VVR) and Bare management (VB)], three land’s slope (3°, 5° and 7°) and three land's length (20 m, 40 m and 60 m). Processes quantified included mineral fertilizer, organic matter and atmospheric deposition (inputs) and harvested products, surface runoff and soil erosion (outputs). Measurements of phosphorus flows were made in the 11 fields and the phosphorous balance of various experiment plots was assessed in a quantified manner in 2013. Moreover, the rainfall, the tillage practices, the flow output and sand output of experiment plots of different slope gradients and lengths and the relations between dissolved phosphorus and particulate phosphorus of 2013 were also analyzed. Results shows that VVR and VB are phosphorus deficiency and the others are phosphorus surplus. Rainfall are the main sources of phosphorus inputs for VVR and VB among the 11 experiment plots, while chemical fertilizers are the main sources for the other 9 zones. Crop harvest and soil erosion are the main outputs of phosphorus in the 11 zones, except in VVR and VB. This research provides support to the farmland nutrient management and the prevention and control of non-point source pollution within the region.
