THE PREPARATION METHOD OF BARE Bi-BASED FLEXIBLE TAPE

In order to apply $high-T_{c}$ superconductor, flexible superconducting tape becomes very inportant. We studied the preparation method for the bare Bi-based flexible tape. The $Bi_{1}V_{0.18}Sr_{1}Ca_{1}Cu_{2}O_{y}$ glass tapes were prepared by the twin-roler quenched emthod. The glass tapes were analyzed by DTA, the results indicated that the first crystallization temperature was $508^{\circ}C$. The glass tapes were successfully hot-rolled and thinned at $506^{\circ}C$. After heat treatment, the superconducting tape exhibited flexibility, many crystal grains had their c-axes parallel to the rolling direction and form high texture structure, the main superconducting phase in the tape was the 2212phase.
