Two-dimensional GeAs with a visible range band gap

<P>Two-dimensional (2D) layered structures have recently drawn worldwide attention because of their intriguing optical and electrical properties. In this study, we prepared GeAs nanosheets as a new 2D material by a liquid-phase exfoliation method. The few-layered nanosheets had a band gap close to 2.1 eV, which is significantly higher (by about 1.5 eV) compared to the bulk. The value of 2.1 eV is in excellent agreement with that for the monolayer obtained from first-principles (HSE-06) calculations; mono-, bi-, tri-, and tetra-layers have remarkable direct or quasi-direct band gaps of 2.125, 1.339, 1.112, and 1.017 eV, respectively. The electrical properties of individual GeAs nanosheets were measured to reveal their 2D carrier transport behaviors. We also observed stable and large photocurrents, indicating potential application in high-performance optoelectronic nanodevices. The few-layered GeAs nanosheets deposited on n-type Si nanowire arrays showed promising photoelectrochemical water splitting under visible light irradiation. Band alignment based on the calculated band edge positions suggested a buildup of the space charge region in the p-GeAs/n-Si heterojunction, as well as the band bending of n-Si at the electrolyte interface.</P>
Naming of Lycorma delicatula 꽃매미 & Limois emelianovi 희조꽃매미 (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha: Fulgoridae)

Lycorma delicatula, once mistakenly reported its occurrence in Korea, is now suddenly common in western Korea, due to its recent arrival from China and their subsequent settlement. A history of name changes in two fulgorid species, Lycorma delicatula and Limois emelianovi is reviewed. We propose to use 꽃매미 instead of its temporary name, 주홍날개꽃매미 for Lycorma delicatula, and, based on the ICZN code 32.5.1, to use Limois emelianovi instead of Limois emeljanovi for 희조꽃매미.
Molecular phylogeny of the plant bugs (Heteroptera: Miridae with evolution of the feeding habits

We present the first comprehensive cladistic analysis of Miridae, the plant bugs, based on analysis of 3935 base pairs of mitochondrial (16S, COI) and nuclear (18S, 28SD3) DNA for 91 taxa in seven subfamilies. We analyzed the data using maximum likelihood (ML), maximum parsimony (MP), and Bayesian inference (BI) phylogenetic frameworks. A Bayesian relaxed molecular clock was used to examine divergence times, and ancestral feeding habits were reconstructed using parsimony and a Bayesian approach. Clades recovered in all analyses are as follows: Cimicomorpha, Miroidea, and Miridae; Bryocorinae: Bryocorini; Stenodemini; Mirinae; Deraeocorinae (Clevinemini + Deraeocorini); Cylapinae; Isometopinae; Bryocorinae: Dicyphini; Orthotylini; Phylinae (Phylini + Pilophorini), and Phylinae is sister-group to all the remaining mirid taxa. These results are largely congruent with former hypotheses based on morphological data with respect to the monophyly of various subfamilies and tribes however, our results indicate that the subfamily Bryocorinae is not a monophyletic group as the two tribes, Dicypini and Bryocorini, were separated in our phylogeny. Ancestral feeding state reconstructions based on Bayesian and parsimony inference were largely congruent and both reconstructed phytophagy at the root of the Miridae.
배터리 차량에 사용되는 IPMSM의 최대 효율 제어기법

Currently, IPMSM is used to minicars having a special purpose and an electric automobile. These vehicles drive works generally to a battery. and control methods to raise efficiency of a IPMSM was studied very much. This paper proposes convenient maximum efficiency control algorithm applying various type of IPMSMs. and compares simulation results of existing efficiency control method.
청소차에서 쓰이는 IPMSM의 제어기 보드의 개발과 제어기법 연구

본 논문은 청소차에 쓰이는 IPMSM을 위한 적절한 제어기법을 연구하고, 이를 위한 제어기 보드를 개발하였다. 청소차에 쓰이는 전동기는 주행용, 브러쉬용, 흡입용이 있으며, 용도에 따라 최대 토크 제어 기법과 최적 효율 제어기법을 적용함으로서 목적에 맞는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 또한 이러한 제어 기법을 적용할 수 있는 제어기 보드를 제작하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 4년제 사립대학의 교육지원 조직을 탐색하는 것이며, 이를 위해 79개 대학의 공식적인 직제규정과 사무분장규정을 비교하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 교육지원을 위한 직제유형은 12가지로 구분할 수 있었으며, 가장 많은 유형은 ‘대학본부 내 처(處)수준으로 총괄조직이 존재’하는 형태였다. 둘째, 총괄조직 중 가장 많은 형태는 ‘~원’이었으며, 총괄조직의 명칭 중 가장 많은 명칭은 ‘교육혁신’이었다. 셋째, 교수학습지원 조직, IR조직, 비교과지원 조직은 각각 79개, 62개, 28개 대학에 편제되어 있었으며, 가장 많이 사용하는 명칭은 각각 ‘교수학습개발’, ‘교육성과관리’, ‘비교과통합관리’였다. 대학들은 이와 같은 조직을 통해 대학교육의 질을 향상시키기 위해 노력하고 있다고 판단할 수 있다. 이를 위해 보다 독립적인 역할 정립, 전문인력의 배치, 예산과 인프라의 투자, 네트워킹과 정보교류가 요구된다. The purpose of this research is to explore departments for educational support of the 4-years private universities in Korea, and we analyzed 79 universities’ official regulations. First, there were 12 types of organizational structures and the most common type was the superior department exists at the level of ‘Office.’ Second, the most form of the superior department was ‘~institute’, and the most common name was ‘educational innovation.’ Third, ‘teaching- learning support’, ‘institutional research’ and ‘extracurricular support’ department was organized in 79, 62 and 28 universities. And the most common name was ‘teaching-learning development’, ‘educational performance management’ and ‘extra-curricular integrated management.’ In conclusion universities are improving the quality of education through such organizations. And establishing more independent roles, deploying professionals, investing in budgets and infrastructure and information exchange are required.
