이전의 연구들이 외부 피드백 정보에 대한 반응민감도에 성격특성적 개인차가 반영된다는 사실을 밝힌바 있지만, 재인기억과 관련한 의사결정에서 이러한 기질 혹은 특성적 개인차가 어떻게 관여하는지는 아직 알려진 바가 없다. 본 연구는 재인기억 과제에서 피드백에 근거한 의사결정 준거의 순응적 변화정도와 피드백에 대한 일반적 반응민감도의 개인차간 관계를 살펴보았다. 통제 조건인 실험 1에서는 올바른 피드백 조건이 의사결정 준거의 유동성에 영향을 미치지 않음을 보인 반면 피드백 조작이 이루어진 실험 2에서는 확신도가 높은 오기억 반응에만 선택적으로 편향된 피드백이 주어졌음에도 전반적인 Old/New 반응 범주의 결정준거 또한 순응적으로 이동함이 나타났다. 보다 중요하게 이 피드백에 근거한 의사결정 준거 학습에 나타나는 개별 피험자들의 반응민감도 차이가 강화 추구 혹은 불안 회피와 밀접하게 관련된 안정적 성격(Behavioral Activation System-BAS 혹은 Behavioral Inhibition System-BIS)의 개인차에 의해 유의미하게 예측될 수 있음이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 그동안 외현적인 재인 기억 의사 결정에 있어서 중요하게 여기지 않았던 점증적 강화학습 기제가 결정 준거의 설정에 관여할 수 있음을 보여준다는 데에서 중요한 의미를 찾을 수 있다. Although it is known that there are personality characteristic variances in the sensitivity to environmental feedback, the trait individual difference has scarcely been explored in the context of recognition memory decision. The present study investigated this issue by examining the relationship between the feedback-based adaptive flexibility of recognition criterion positioning and personality differences in general sensitivity to non-laboratory outcomes. Experiment 1 demonstrated that veridical feedback itself had little effect on the recognition decision criterion whereas Experiment 2 demonstrated that biased feedback manipulations selectively restricted to high confidence errors, induced shifts even in the overall Old/New category criterion. Critically, individual differences in stable personality characteristic linked to reward seeking(Behavioral Activation System-BAS) and anxiety avoidance (Behavioral Inhibition System-BIS) has been shown to predict the sensitivity of subjects to this form of feedback-induced criterion learning. This data further support the idea that incremental reinforcement-based learning mechanism not often considered important during explicit recognition decisions may play a key role in criterion setting.

Bilateral renal obstruction is a rare critical condition, requiring a prompt diagnostic approach and treatment to restore the renal function. The most commonly observed obstructive uropathy in children is congenital malformation, such as posterior urethral valves and bilateral ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Malignant pelvic masses obstructing the ureter are widely reported in adults but are rarely observed in children. The treatment of ureteral obstruction related to pelvic malignancy is a therapeutic challenge with a median survival duration of 3-7 months in adults; however, pediatric patients with pelvic malignancy leading to ureteral obstruction had better outcomes, with a reported 5-year mortality rate of 20%, than the adult patients. Here, we report a rare case of bilateral ureteral obstruction associated with pelvic rhabdomyosarcoma presenting with acute kidney injury treated by ureteral diversion with double J stent, and concommittent emergency hemodialysis, leading to restoration of good renal function. We suggest that bilateral ureteral obstruction should be released as soon as possible using surgical or interventional approach to minimize the obstruction period, and subsequential chemotherapy may contribute to improvement of survival and recovery of renal function.
자동차용 Head Up Display의 LED 방열시스템 최적화에 관한 연구

This paper is an experimental study of topology optimization and sensitivity analysis for considering conduction heat transfer in a LED thermal management. An optimization example is examined for PCB shape of LED Module of Head Up Display in order to design a heat exchanger as verification. Especially, we simulated the finite element model of the LED PCB and found out the thermal pattern area in which thermal via hole can have influence on the heat dissipation characteristic. The result remarkably shows that changing the topology of PCB Pattern can increase the total heat dissipation performance. The result is verified by the heat dissipation experiments in a real thermal environment of Head Up Display.
브레이크 형상의 위상최적화를 통한 소음 개선에 관한 연구

Brake noise is one of the cacophony occurring at any car during the driving. This noise is caused by the vibration between the rotor and the brake-pad. A vibration frequency ranges from 300 to 500Hz as a Moan frequency. In this study we investigate the Topology Optimization of the brake pad to eliminate the frequency inducing the Moan Noise. We simulated the finite element model and found out the nodes in which the Brake Moan occurs the most and we regarded the boundary and its relationship between the brake pad and the rotor as a spring coefficient k. With the binary set of the spring coefficient k, we finally used Response Surface Method to get the optimal topology of brake pad and it's shape to reduce the Brake Moan. The final result remarkably shows that brake moan noise can be eliminated by changing the brake pad topology.<br/> <br/>
