ABDULLAH, SALEEM,ASLAM, MUHAMMAD,HUSSAIN, SHAH The Korean Society for Computational and Applied M 2016 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.34 No.1
The concept of quasi-coincidence of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy point with an interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy set is considered. By using this idea, the notion of interval valued (α, β)-intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals, (1,2)ideals in a semigroup introduced and consequently, a generalization of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals and intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals is defined. In this paper, we study the related properties of the interval valued (α, β)-intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals, (1,2) ideals and in particular, an interval valued (Є, Є ∨q)-fuzzy bi-ideals and (1,2) ideals in semigroups will be investigated.

Saleem Abdullah,Samreen Aslam,Noor ul Amin 한국전산응용수학회 2014 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.32 No.3
The concept of interval-valued (α,β)-fuzzy ideals, intervalvalued (α,β)-fuzzy generalized bi-ideals are introduced in LA-semigroups, using the ideas of belonging and quasi-coincidence of an interval-valued fuzzy point with an interval-valued fuzzy set and some related properties are investigated. We define the lower and upper parts of interval-valued fuzzy subsets of an LA-semigroup. Regular LA-semigroups are characterized by the properties of the lower part of interval-valued (∊,∊ Vq)-fuzzy left ideals, interval-valued (∊,∊ Vq)-fuzzy quasi-ideals and interval-valued (∊,∊ Vq)-fuzzy generalized bi-ideals. Main Facts.

ON INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY PRIME ${\Gamma}$-IDEALS OF ${\Gamma}$-LA-SEMIGROUPS
Abdullah, Saleem,Aslam, Muhammad The Korean Society for Computational and Applied M 2012 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.30 No.3
In this paper, we introduce and study the intuitionistic fuzzy prime (semi-prime) ${\Gamma}$-ideals of ${\Gamma}$-LA-semigroups and some interesting properties are investigated. The main result of the paper is: if $A={\langle}{\mu}_A,{\gamma}_A{\rangle}$ is an IFS in ${\Gamma}$-LA-semigroup S, then $A={\langle}{\mu}_A,{\gamma}_A{\rangle}$ is an intuitionistic fuzzy prime (semi-prime) ${\Gamma}$-ideal of S if and only if for any $s,t{\in}[0,1]$, the sets $U({\mu}_A,s)=\{x{\in}S:{\mu}_A(x){\geq}s\}$ and $L({\gamma}_A,t)=\{x{\in}S:{\gamma}_A(x){\leq}t\}$ are prime (semi-prime) ${\Gamma}$-ideals of S.

Abstract. In this paper, we introduce and study the intuitionistic fuzzy prime (semi-prime) Γ−ideals of Γ−LA-semigroups and some interesting properties are investigated. The main result of the paper is: if A = ⟨A;μA⟩ is an IFS in Γ−LA-semigroup S, then A = ⟨μA;A⟩ is an intuitionistic fuzzy prime (semi-prime) Γ−ideal of S if and only if for any s; t ∈ [0; 1], the sets U (μA, s) = {x ∈ S : μA (x) ≥ s} and L(A, t) = {x ∈ S :A (x) ≤ t} are prime (semi-prime) Γ−ideals of S.
Synthesis, cytotoxicity and bioimaging of a novel Hg2+ selective fluorogenic chemosensor
Saleem, M.,Abdullah, R.,Ali, A.,Park, B.,Choi, E.,Hong, I.,Lee, K. Royal Society of Chemistry 2014 Analytical methods Vol.6 No.11
A rhodamine B derivative 2 with a terminal mercapto thiadiazole moiety was successfully synthesized and applied for selective recognition of Hg2+ in aqueous-acetonitrile (1:1, v/v, pH 7) solution by employing its photophysical properties. Low toxicity and precise cell-permeability of the ligand were used to probe in vitro intracellular mercury contamination using L-929 cells (mouse fibroblast cells) and BHK-21 (hamster kidney fibroblast) through a confocal fluorescence microscopic experiment and bio-imaging results showed the equal applicability of the ligand toward both tested cell tines. Meanwhile, it exhibited distinct Hg2+ induced increment in the fluorescence and absorption intensities with induction of an apparent colorimetric change from colorless to reddish pink, providing naked eye mercury detection based on the metal-promoted intramolecular electronic rearrangement in the probe molecule. The probe responds selectively to Hg2+ over various competitive cations (Sc3+, Yb3+, In3+, Ce3+, Sm3+, Cr3+, Sn2+, Pb2+, Fe2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Ba2+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Ag+, Cs+, Cu+, and K+) with marked fluorogenic response and selective colorimetric changes with high sensitivity of 30 nM. We expect that the proposed method will serve as a practical tool for environmental sample analysis and biological studies.

A rhodamine B-based fluorescent probe for nitrite ion ($NO{_2}^-$) has been designed, synthesized, characterized and its properties for recognition of $NO{_2}^-$ were studied. Nearly non fluorescent probe upon reaction with nitrite ion significantly triggered the fluorescence. Fluorescence response is based on ring opening of the spirolactam of rhodamine B phenyl hydrazide showing maximum absorbance at 552 nm and maximum emission at 584 nm. Probe 3 exhibited high sensitivity and extreme selectivity for nitrite ion over other common ions and oxidants ($Cl^-$, $ClO^-$, $ClO{_2}^-$, $ClO{_3}^-$, $ClO{_4}^-$, $SO{_4}^{2-}$, $SiO{_3}^{2-}$, $NO{_3}^{2-}$, $CO{_3}^{2-}$) examined in methanol water (1:1, v/v) at pH 7.0. The probe might be a new efficient tool for detection of nitrite ion in natural water and biological system.
Channel Allocation in Multi-radio Multi-channel Wireless Mesh Networks: A Categorized Survey
( Saleem Iqbal ),( Abdul Hanan Abdullah ),( Khalid Hussain ),( Faraz Ahsan ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2015 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.9 No.5
Wireless mesh networks are a special type of broadcast networks which cover the qualifications of both ad-hoc as well as infrastructure mode networks. These networks offer connectivity to the last mile through hop to hop communication and by comparatively reducing the cost of infrastructure in terms of wire and hardware. Channel assignment has always been the focused area for such networks specifically when using non-overlapping channels and sharing radio frequency spectrum while using multiple radios. It has always been a challenge for mesh network on impartial utilization of the resources (channels), with the increase in users. The rational utilization of multiple channels and multiple radios, not only increases the overall throughput, capacity and scalability, but also creates significant complexities for channel assignment methods. For a better understanding of research challenges, this paper discusses heuristic methods, measurements and channel utilization applications and also examines various researches that yield to overcome this problem. Finally, we highlight prospective directions of research.
