        α-위치만 선택적으로 difluoromethylene기가 도입된 α.α-difluoro-γ-trimethylsilyl-γ-lactam 유도체(6)들은 ethyl α.α-difluoro-γ-trimethylsilyl-γ-iodopentanoate(4)는 일차아민 유도체와의 반응으로부터 비교적 편리한 작용조건과 비교적 좋은 수득률로 합성하였다. The target of α.α-difluoro-γ-trimethylsilyl-γ-lactam derivatives(6) with selectively in corporated difluoromethylene on α-position were readily prepared form reaction ethyl α.α-difluoro-γ-trimethylsilyl-γ-iodopentanoate(4) and primary derivatives in moderate yields.

      • 胎盤組織 Cytidine Deaminase에 關한 硏究 (Ⅰ) : Purification & Characterization

        Cytidine deaminase has been partially purified from human term placenta approximately 26-fold by combination of ammoninm sulfate saturation, sephacryl S-300, DEAE-cellulose and hydroxyapatite chromatography, and then its properties have been investigated. The enzyme shows a broad optimum pH from 5 to 9 and is heat-stable being, almost remained its activity by heat treatment at 70℃ for 8 minutes. The enzyme activity is inhibited to 23% and 77% by 2 mM of Cu^2+ and Co^2+, respectively, but, other cations do not affect the enzyme activity. The apparant Michaelis constant for cytidine and deoxycytidine are 74 uM and 69 uM, respectively. Kinetic analysis of cytidine deminase in presence of 0.25 mM Cu^2+ shows that the nature of the inhibition to cytidine deaminase is competitive, considering that Vmax is independent while km value is increased. The enzyme activity is completely inhibited by 0. 5 mM of p-hydroxymecuribenzoicacid(PHMB)but all of the activity is recovered in adding mercaptoethanol. The enzyme activity is decreased about 50% in prescence of 5 mM of polyamines. The enzyme activity is mainly located in the nuclei (80%) and cytosol(16%) fractions. he molecular weight of the enzyme is about 770, 000.

      • 오수처리 시설용 원격 계측 및 제어 장치의 개발

        The research for development of remote monitoring and control system composed three stages of research categories. At the first stage, we decided the suitable instrumentation devices for interface between H/W systems and waste water treatment facility, and at the second stage. We developed the software package for remote monitoring system and data transmission system including data receipt system via wired telephone line. At the final stage we developed local control system for auto-process control of waste water treatment facilities. For the first stage of research we developed the a drawing of design the instrumentation and selected optimal sensors for monitoring basic important data. After the first stage research we developed the software package with Graphic User Interface with on-line real time data monitoring graphic view windows and data acquisition. Finally we developed the hardware, one-board microcomputer with CPU and suitable size of ram, and interface of modem. The developed system will be composed as a commercial product.

        The purpose of this research is to develop the GUI environmental software package for efficient analysis of multi-component distillation column simulation. It should give the expediency of interpretation of complex data and saving time for generating the design of column by graphic display data analysis tool. Generating a column design result with conventional software package needs many trial-and-error simulation with consuming time works but the result of this research gives the optimal simulation result with just single graphic view. Furthermore, the developed package contains tools for dealing with various data and solving modules for several complex distillation column problems. The routines of physical property data included bubble-point, dew-point, density, entropy are also developed.

      • Substructure Synthesis Approach to the Dynamic Analysis of Flexible Multibody Systems

        이 논문은 부분구조합성법에 의한 탄성다중구조체의 모델링과 관련이 있다. 수학적인 모델은 중심이 되는 구조물과 이 구조물에 직렬 또는 병렬로 접합되어 있는 부분구조물들로 이루어진다. 부분구조합성법의 개념은 부분구조물들을 독립적으로 모델링한다음 기하학적인 조건을 만족하게끔 구속 조건을 적용하여 전체 시스템에 관한 운동 방정식을 유도한다는 것이다. 부분구조합성법을 사용하면 구조물중 일부가 설계상 변경되더라도 적은 노력으로 전체 시스템의 동적 특성을 쉽게 예측할 수 있게 된다. 이런 점은 유한요소법이 쉽게 대처할 수 없는 점이다. 그러나 지금까지 사용되어 온 부분구조합성법은 부분구조물의 몸체에 부착된 좌표계가 아닌 관성좌표계를 사용함으로 인해 기하학적인 조건을 만족시키는데 어려움이 있었고 또한 합당한 자격함수의 선택에 있어서도 어려움이 있었다. 이런 어려움을 해소하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 부분구조물의 몸체에 부착된 좌표계를 사용하여 개개의 부분구조물에 대한운동방정식을 유도하고 개개의 운동 방정식에 기하학적인 적합 조건을 적용하여 전체 시스템에 관한 운동 방정식을 유도하는 새로운 해석 방법을 개발하였다. 기하학적인 적합 조건은 반복식의 형태로 나타난다. 몸체에 부착된 좌표계를 사용하면 새로운 형태의 운동 방정식이 얻어지는데 기하학적인 적합 조건을 적용하는데 이점이 있으며 특히 자격함수의 선택에 있어 탄력성이 있게 된다. 또한 로봇과 같이 부분구조물들이 연속적으로 연결되어 있는 구조물의 동적특성해석을 용이하게 해준다. 이 논문에서 개발된 부분구조합성법의 유효성을 수치 계산을 통하여 검증한다.

      • Bio-inspired slanted polymer nanohairs for anisotropic wetting and directional dry adhesion

        <P>Slanted polymer nanohairs possess a number of attractive properties in terms of anisotropic wetting and directional adhesion. This highlight provides an overview of the recent progress in the development of bio-inspired slanted polymer nanohairs and their applications towards anisotropic wetting and directional dry adhesion properties. With the advanced nano-fabrication techniques, it is possible to fabricate angled, directionally bent polymer nanohairs in a highly reproducible and geometry-controllable manner. The fabrication methods can be categorized into two streams: direct replica molding from a master with slanted structure or nanofabrication (photolithography or molding) with post treatment such as e-beam exposure, thermal annealing and mechanical compression. In this highlight, the fabrication methods for angled, high aspect ratio polymer nanohairs are briefly described along with their potential applications in anisotropic wetting and directional adhesion.
