藤田紀美枝(Fujita Kimie) 실천경영학회 2007 실천경영연구 Vol.2 No.1

Japan has not maintained a healthy disability pension. The population constitution has changed, because male life expectancy is now 81years old, and female life expectancy is now 86 years old.
Another reason for the change is that the numbers of young people is declining. By the year 2015 the population of Japan will be 12,900,000.
Japanese society has become on aging society. The ratio of older people will be one person to every four people.
As a result, older men will now have to remain employed longer and must work harder beyond their retired years. It has become necessary, due to the drastic loss of a young labor force.
Women similarly, will have a 1/4ratio of old to young women by the year 2050. Because of this older women ought to have all the opportunities that men enjoy, Such as being employed in medical services various nursing homes and welfare systems. They should also be able to pursue any field of work which they want to follow.
It is important that all older people be entitled to proper employment reformation, access to the labor market offered security and insurance from danger, and finally the prospect of education.
In conclusion, everyone should be given individual rights. As a people, we must take in to consideration the great importance of the power of a wealthy spirit.
We must think mind over matter. Older people should not be forgotten; I believe people have the right to pursuit of happiness in all things and at any age.
