The porous carbons with high specific surface area and excellent electrochemical properties were prepared using three types of green needle coke as raw materials. Electrochemical performances of the porous carbons derived from different microstructure green needle coke were investigated. The XRD and Raman spectra demonstrated that the content of the ordered carbon microcrystals were decreased and the content of amorphous and cross-linked structure were increased in the porous carbons with comparison to the raw materials. The results of N2 adsorption–desorption analysis verified that the content of ordered microcrystalline structure in the raw materials evidently influence the specific surface area and pore size distribution of the porous carbons. The porous carbon with 1665 m2 g?1 specific surface area and 2.89 nm average pore size has shown that the specific capacitance was 288 F g?1 at the current density 1 A g?1. Furthermore, the capacity retention was 94.93% and the Coulombic efficiency was 92.87% after 5000 charge/discharge cycles.
A Trust-based Stable Routing Protocol in Vehicular ad-hoc Networks
Junxia Ma,Chen Yang 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.9 No.4
One of the greatest challenges in vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANET) is to establish stable routing. Due to dynamic network , keeping stable routing is a difficult problem. Therefore, trust-based stable routing (TBSR) protocol is proposed in this paper. The node is chosen to be next-hop node until it reaches to trust threshold. To evaluate the node trust, we introduce the node' role trust, interaction printer trust, and recommendation trust. Moreover, the Analytic Hierarchy algorithm is used to coalesce various recommendation opinions from neighbor nodes. The simulation results show that the proposed approach outperforms GPSR (greedy perimeter stateless routing) and OLSR (optimized link-state routing) in terms of throughput, average delay .

Background Posterior capsule opacification (PCO), also known as after-cataract, is a special condition in which the cortex of the cataract remains in the pupil area or the formation of a fibrogenic membrane after surgical cataract extraction. Objective To explore the effect of lncRNA X inactivation-specific transcript (XIST) on PCO. Results First, we proved that XIST was up-regulated in TGF-β2-treated SRA01/04 cells. Inhibition of XIST significantly reduced the proliferation and migration of SRA01/04 cells, and affected the expression of EMT markers. Further research data illustrated that miR-98-5p and COL5A2 were targets of XIST. Besides, pathway enrichment analysis showed that the PI3K/Akt/FOXO1 signaling pathway was associated with XIST. Conclusion In the study, we demonstrated that lncRNA XIST contributed to EMT in PCO via regulating miR-98-5p/COL5A2 and PI3K/Akt/FOXO1 pathway, which provided a new treatment strategy for PCO.
PSD Integrated Calibration Method Based on Annunciator in Vacuum Environment
Demin Wang,Junxia Jiang,Chen Wang,Jinghua Wang,Lei Bie,Yu Zheng 한국정밀공학회 2020 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.21 No.6
In this paper, an integrated calibration method for position sensitive detector (PSD) of moving support mechanism in vacuum plasma environment is proposed. That is, the PSD is used to track the laser spot to restore the coordinate information of the signal. Firstly, a PSD integrated calibration principle is proposed to reduce the position error of the signaler by tracking laser points with PSD. Then on this basis, due to the spatial declination angle in the PSD imaging model, a spatial declination correction model was established to compensate the spatial declination error. Finally, there are errors occurred in the measurement because of the nonlinearity of PSD, and the improved backpropagation (BP) neural network calibration algorithm is adopted to further correct the errors through the Fletcher–Reeves linear search method to obtain the accurate coordinate information of the annunciator. MATLAB is used to verify the convergence of the calibration algorithm error. Simulation results show that 951 epochs need to be trained by using the traditional BP algorithm to make the position error converge to 0.001 mm. But when using the improved BP algorithm, only 44 epochs are needed.

Background Inflammation and oxidative stress-induced molecular death are one of the important causes for lung injury in critically ill patients. LKB1 is an important protein kinase in the body and has regulated inflammation and oxidative stress. However, LKB1 control inflammation and oxidative stress in lung injury were unclear. Objective We aimed to investigate the function and mechanism of Liver kinase B1 (LKB1) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced lung injury. Result LKB1 prevented lung injury, and weakened correlation oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction in LPS-induced mice model of lung injury. Up-regulation of LKB1 reduced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and it-induced oxidative stress, and weakened inflammatory reactions in LPS-induced lung injury A549 cells. Down-regulation of LKB1 increased ROS production and it-induced oxidative stress, and enhanced inflammatory reactions in LPS-induced lung injury A549 cells. LKB1 induced phosphorylation (p)-AMPK protein expression, and suppressed the protein expression of NLRP3 in LPS-induced mice model of lung injury and in LPS-induced lung injury A549 cells. This experiment demonstrated the inhibition of AMPK or activation of NLRP3 inflammasome reversed the anti-inflammation function of LKB1 in LPS-induced lung injury. Meanwhile, ROS-induced oxidative stress also participated in the anti-inflammation effects of LKB1 in LPS-induced lung injury. Conclusion Therefore, our results indicate that LKB1 reduced inflammation and oxidative stress by regulating the AMPK/NLRP3 signaling pathway in LPS-induced lung injury.

Monoacylglycerol acyltransferase 2 (MGAT2), as a candidate gene for quantitative traits, relates to dietary fat uptake, lipids synthesis and storage, which plays a major role in the absorption of dietary fat by catalyzing the resynthesis of triacylglycerol in enterocytes. In this study, based on DNA pool sequencing and PCR‐RFLP methods, polymorphisms of the MGAT2 gene were detected in 1145 Chinese indigenous cattle. The results revealed two novel mutations located on exon 1and exon 5 (NM_001099136.1:m.84G>T and 756A>G). Hence, we described the HaeIII forced PCR–RFLP method in exon1 and a MluI PCR–RFLP method in exon5 to detect them. In addition, the associations of these polymorphisms with growth traits were evaluated in Nanyang cattle. The results showed that only HaeIII locus was associated with body weight and average daily gain aged 6 months, and individuals with genotype TT showed significantly higher body weight and average daily gain than those with genotype GG.

A new type of rail vibration damping device (NTRVDV), which is arranged between the bottom of the rail and track bed, is proposed in this paper. The finite element model of the rail system with the NTRVDV and tuned rail damper (TRD) was established, respectively. The impact load was applied to the finite element model, and comparison of the set of existing TRD and NTRVDV on the dynamic response of rail and rail vibration decay rate. The effect of the stiffness change of the elastic layer of the NTRVDV on the rail vibration was studied, and a hammering test verified the theoretical research results. The research results show that compared with the traditional TRD, the NTRVDV has a more obvious suppression effect on rail vibration acceleration. The rail vibration decay rate is significantly improved, especially in the low-frequency stage. With the increase of the stiffness of the elastic layer of the vibration suppression device, the vibration suppression effect of the NTRVDV on the rail is improved. The change of the elastic layer stiffness significantly impacts the rail’s vibration suppression effect in the range of 0-7 kN/mm.
