Fluid Catalytic Cracking(FCC) Unit is a large pressure vessel to concert heavy oil such as bunker C oil, which is impossible to distill with heavy oil upgrading equipment for fluidized catalytic cracking process, into high value-added light oil. As energy resources shortage issues and environmental regulations have been strengthened, interest in renewable energy has increased and a lot of research on FCC Unit, one of renewable energy production facilities, is under way. FCC Unit consists largely of a Reactor where catalytic reaction takes place, and of a Regenerator that regenerates and transfers the catalyst to the Reactor. The FCC Reactor is a large pressure vessel with a height of about 50m and the width of its upper body of about 6.8m, and is a structure installed outdoors exposed to natural disasters. Accordingly, the wind load should be reflected in the design doe the safety of structure. The purpose of the present study is to perform finite element analysis for the sustained load and wind loads and to evaluate the structural safety of the Reactor, by applying Korean Building Code 2009 (KBC2009).

본 논문에서는 나뭇가지의 절단면 형상을 변수로 하여 절단력을 측정하고, 측정된 시험값을 분석하였다. 전동전지가위의 특성상 절단능력이 중요한 요소이므로 이를 위해 나무의 절단력 측정이 필요하다. 절단력은 칼날의 성능 및 나무수종 등에 따라 많은 차이가 있지만, 이번 실험에서는 가지 형상에 따른 절단력을 측정하였으며, 또한 절단면의 형상에 따른 최대 하중에 대해 시험결과를 분석하였다.
