Multi-delivery type radial piston pump is a special type of radial pump. In The multi-delivery type pump, unlike general radial piston type pumps, each piston delivers fluid to the actuator that is separately alloted to the piston. During period of the piston actuation, i.e. a suction stroke, there is no fluid delivery from the piston. And also even during the delivery stroke, the piston speed varies with sinusoidal pattern. Therefore, severe pressure pulsation may arise in the delivery lines. In this study, the authors investigate the mechanism of pressure pulsation in the pump through experiments and simulations. In addition, try the application of a pulsation filter to mitigate pulsation.

This study suggests the numerical model of a two stage directional/flow control valve with the main spool having a coaxially built-in pilot spool. Through numerical simulations and experiments, the characteristics of the valve under the steady state operation and dynamic operation are investigated. In addition, effects of some design parameters on the valve performances are shown.

In establishing a simulation program for hydraulic valves, it is always a big obstacle to incorporate correctly flow forces on valve body into the simulation program. This paper suggests a method to estimate flow forces on spool in proportional directional/flow control valves with spool structure. Furthermore, suggests a way to obtain simulation program for spool valves, in which flow force mechanism is fully reflected.

Running simulator is essential to test and qualify the vehicle's running performance. In this study. running simulator is introduced to design and manufacture real time simulator of running power train System including HST(Hydrostatic Transmission) for construction vehicle. The experimental test is performed for the running simulator specially designed for analyzing actual vehicle's traveling load conditions of hydraulic excavator. From the experimental results, it is verified that the running simulator has good control performances.<br/>
