        Critics of Liang Guizi's “love of the Millennium” show conflicting views of critics and positive responses. This greatly affects the fact that “love of the Millennium” is unrealistic and fantastic. “love of the Millennium” criticized the unequal social structure through the life of Oh In-hee, in the real world, in the middle of the male-dominated society. Oh In-hee and Sung Hi-sang's romantic love in the world of fantasy were filled with fantasy myths. Liang Guizi expressed her belief that blind and unselfish love through the comparison of reality and unrealistic world love is betrayed by romantic love myths and should seek to the identity of a woman.

        Nonlinear analysis of cable-stayed spatial latticed structures

        The combination of spatial latticed structures (hereafter SLS) and flexible cables, the cable-stayed spatial latticed structures (hereafter CSLS) can cross longer span. According to variation principle, a novel geometric nonlinear formulation for 3-D bar elements considering large displacement and infinitesimal rotation increments with second-order precision is developed. The cable nonlinearity is investigated and it is taken that the secant modulus method can be considered as an exact method for a cable member. The tower column with which the cables link is regarded as a special kind of beam element, and, a new simplified stiffness formulation is presented. The computational strategies for the nonlinear dynamic response of structures are given, and the ultimate load carrying capacities and seismic responses are analyzed numerically. It is noted that, compared with corresponding spatial latticed shells, the cable-stayed spatial latticed shells have more strength and more stiffness, and that the verical seismic responses of both CSLS and CLS are remarkably greater than the horizontal ones. In addition, the computation shows that the stiffness of tower column influences the performance of CSLS to a certain extent and the improvement of structural strength and stiffness of CSLS is relevant not only to cables but also to tower columns.

        Comparative transcriptomic and physiological analyses of contrasting hybrid cultivars ND476 and ZX978 identify important differentially expressed genes and pathways regulating drought stress tolerance in maize

        Background Drought is the major abiotic stress factor that negatively influences growth and yield in cereal grain crops such as maize (Zea mays L.). A multitude of genes and pathways tightly modulate plant growth, development and responses to environmental stresses including drought. Therefore, crop breeding efforts for enhanced drought resistance require improved knowledge of plant drought responses. Objective Here, we sought to elucidate the molecular and physiological mechanisms underpinning maize drought stress tolerance. Methods We therefore applied a 12-day water-deficit stress treatment to maize plants of two contrasting (drought tolerant ND476 and drought sensitive ZX978) hybrid cultivars at the late vegetative (V12) growth stage and performed a large-scale RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) transcriptome analysis of the leaf tissues. Results A comparative analysis of the two genotypes leaf transcriptomes and physiological parameters revealed the key differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and metabolic pathways that respond to drought in a genotype-specific manner. A total of 3114 DEGs were identified, with 21 DEGs being specifically expressed in tolerant genotype ND476 in response to drought stress. Of these, genes involved in secondary metabolites biosynthesis, transcription factor regulation, detoxification and stress defense were highly expressed in ND476. Physiological analysis results substantiated our RNA-seq data, with ND476 exhibiting better cell water retention, higher soluble protein content and guaiacol peroxidase activity, along with low lipid peroxidation extent than the sensitive cultivar ZX978 under drought conditions. Conclusion Our findings enrich the maize genetic resources and enhance our further understanding of the molecular mechanisms regulating drought stress tolerance in maize. Additionally, the DEGs screened in this study may provide a foundational basis for our future targeted cloning studies.

        Recently, actuators have been used in various fields and are being continuously developed. Actuators are mainly used in robots that require high positional accuracy and repeatability. Robust actuators have high control bandwidth and accuracy, while Series Elastic Actuators(SEA) allow flexible control with springs. Therefore, this paper proposes modeling and simulation of SEA for determining the spring constant used in SEA.
