      • Notes on the Korean Ascomycetes (IX)

        Many ascomycetes were collected at Mt. Minjuji, Mt. Manduck, Mt. Odae, Mt. Yonsuk and Mt. Sunun from August 1999 to September 2000. They were identified. According to the reusulting, Helvella villosa (Hedw.: O. Kuntze) Dissing and Nannfedt, Dasychyphus corticalis (Pers.:Fr.) Mass., Lachnellula fuscosanguinea(Rhem) Dennis, Lachnellula subtilissima (Cke.) Dennis and Scutellina erinaceus (Schw.) Kunrze are newly to Korea. They were designed Korean common names by authors.

        Many higher fungi were collected at Mt.Sunun, Mt.Kangchon and Mt.Moak from June, 1991 to April, 2003. They were identified and surveyed with references. According to the result, Cordyceps clavata, C. cocciniocapite, C. ryougamimontanna, C. tuberculate J. moelleri and C. yakushimensis are unrecorded species to Korea. They were designed Korean common names by authors. Common names: Cordyceps clavata, C. cocciniocapite, C. ryougamimontanna, C. tuberculate f moelleri, C. yakushimensis, unrecorded species, common names.

        Diversity and Geographic Distribution of Anti-cancer Higher Fungi in Korea

        Many higher fungi were collected at Korea from 1976 to 1998. They were identified and surveyed on resources with many reference books. According to the results, fungal fungi were 40 families, 90 general and 215 species. Among them , anti-cancer resources used in Korea were Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus, Agaricus brazei and Cordyceps militaris. Three species exception Agaricus brazei were distributed in Korea. All these are cultivated in Korea.

        Many higher fungi were collected at Mt.Manrae, Mt.Kirin, Mt.Nam, Mt.Unjang, Mt.Yonsuk, Mt.Minjuji from May, 2000 to June, 2001 and they were identified. As the result, Marasmius buxi, M. epiphylloides, M. hudsoni, Mycena erubescens, Agaricus bisporus var. bisporus, Panellus ringens, Lactarius aquiflus, Leccinum quericinum were newly discovered in Korea. They were designed Korean common names by author.

According to the result Clitocybe phyllophila, Omphalina wyniae, Mycena diosma, Cortinarius haasii and Cortinarius allutus were newly to Korea. They were designed Korean common names by author.

        야생동충하초로부터 우량균주선발(II)

        2000년 5월 중순부터 10월까지 채집하였다. 이 중 2속 4종을 확인하였고 6균주를 분리하여 모두를 자실체 유도실험에 이용하였다. 그 결과 동충하초 [Corcyceps miliraris(CHO-7410)] 1균주, 눈꽃동충하초[isaria japoica (CHO-6713, CHO-7413)] 2균주를 상업적이나 의약품개발에 있어서의 시료등 각 산업에있어서 전반적으로 이용가치가 충분히 있다고 사료되어 우량균주로 선발하였다. Many Cordyceps spp. were collected for excellent strains selection at near Wanju-kun from May to October, 2000. They were identified. As the resulting, They were 2 genera and 4 species. 6 strains were got through 4 species culture. 6 strains are Cordyceps militaris f. albino, C, gracilaides, C. militaris and Isaria japoica. Among them, 4 species used for induction of artifitial fruiting body. 3 strains of them were selected for excellent strains. excellent strains are Cordyceps militaris and Isaria japoica.

      • Chlorella vulgaris의 배양을 위한 Photobioreactor에 관한 연구

        Until now, microalgae(Chlorella vulgaris), commonly known as seaweeds, are a rich and diverse source of unique feed for rotifer and microalgae and were cultivated mainly in an conventional open raceway pond photobioreactor. In this work, new photobioreactors were developd to avoid disadvantages of conventional photobioreactor. Higher growth rates could be achieved. As the light is the key factor for culturing microalgae, we focused on a sufficient supplement of kight for the microalgae. The developed photobioreactors were cylinder photobioreactor, spherical surface photobioreactor-Ⅰ, spherical surface photobioreactor-Ⅱ, plate type photobioreactor, raceway pond type photobioreactor and water wheel type photobioreactor. It was shown that the spherical surface photobioreactor-Ⅱ was the best one in respect to ??[1.05day??], also more resistant against drying up and pollution.

      • 쑥을 첨가한 두부의 제조 및 저장 중 품질변화

        쑥의 효과적인 이용방법을 위해서 쑥의 최적건조 조건을 설정하고, 대두와 숙의 기능적 특성을 잘 살린 쑥을 첨가한 두부의 최적 가공조건과 제품의 저장 중 품질변화에 대해서 실험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 건조과정 중 쑥은 조단백질, 조지방 및 조회분은 감소하였으며, 반면 탄수화물은 증가하였다. 2. 1% NaHCO3에 데치기 하여 동결건조한 제품(FDB)이 쑥의 색도유지가 가장 잘 되었으며, Chlorophyll 잔존률도 가장 많았다. 3. 쑥을 첨가한 두부의 제조에서 응고제 GDL, 응고농도 0.1%, 응고온도 70-80℃, 쑥분말 첨가량 0.2%가 최적가공 조건이었다. 4. 쑥을 첨가한 두부의 저장에서 색도변화 및 TBA가의 변화로 미루어 보아 30℃에서는 12시간, 5℃에서는 4일 정도까지 저장 가능한 것으로 판단되었다. An investigation was carried out to study the optimum drying condition of mugwort, the optimum processing conditions of soybean curd added mugwort, and the quality change during storge of soybean curd added mugwort. Crude protein and crude lipid contents of mugwort were decreased during drying process, the contents of those in dried mugwort were 18.0-21.2%, 1.3%-4.0%, respectively. The freeze drying after blanching in 1% NaHCO3 solution(FDB) was the best in color index of dried mugwort, also the highest in retention ratio of total chlorophyll content. The yield of soybean curd with coagulants were showed that MgCl2, CaCl2, CaSO4 and GDL were 3.4g, 3.0g, 3.5g and 4.2g per 30g soy milk, respectively. GDL showed the highest yield among coagulants, and amount of GDL was suited at 0.1%. The optimum coagulation temperature was 70-80℃, addition amount of powered mugwort was 0.2%. The change of color index and TBA value were increased during storage. The quality of soybean curd added mugwort was maintained up to 12 hrs or 4 days at 30℃ or 5℃ storage, respectively.
