ON SOME RECURSION RELATIONS FOR HORN'S HYPERGEOMETRIC FUNCTIONS OF THREE VARIABLES
P. Agarwal,A. SHEHATA,S. I. MOUSTAFA,K. CHAKRABORTY 장전수학회 2021 Proceedings of the Jangjeon mathematical society Vol.24 No.2
The principal aim of this paper to study the recursion formulas for the Horns hypergeometric functions of three variables. Earlier in [Shehata, A.; and Moustafa, S.I. Some new results for Horn's hypergeometric functions Γ1 and Γ2. Journal of Mathematics and Computer Science, (2021), 23 (1), 26{35.], and Pathan et al. [Pathan, M.A.; Shehata, A.; and Moustafa, S.I. Certain new formulas for the Horns hypergeometric functions. Acta Uni- versitatis Apulensis, (2020)] have studied the new results for Horns hypergeometric functions. Motivated by the above works here we will derive some contiguous relation for the families of Horn hypergeometric functions GA, GB, GC, GD and G C of three variables. After that we will establish the differential reclusion relations and differential operators for GA, GB, GC, GD and G* C of three variables, respectively.
Edwards polaron formation : From one to three dimensions
Chakraborty, M.,Mohanta, N.,Taraphder, A.,Min, B. I.,Fehske, H. American Physical Society 2016 Physical Review B Vol.93 No.15
<P>Employing a self-consistent (optimized) variational diagonalization scheme, we investigate the formation of polaronic quasiparticles in a spinless fermion-boson transport model that couples the movement of charge carriers to fluctuations and correlations of a background medium. The background is parameterized by bosonic degrees of freedom. The variational fermion-boson Hilbert space is constructed to achieve high accuracy in one to three spatial dimensions with modest computational requirements. To characterize the ground-state properties of the Edwards model in the single-particle sector, we present exact numerical results for the polaron band dispersion, quasiparticle weight, Drude weight, mass enhancement, and the particle-boson correlations in a wide parameter regime. In the Edwards model, transport will be quasifree, diffusive or boson-assisted in the weakly fermion-boson coupled, fluctuation-dominated or strongly correlated regimes, respectively. Thereby correlated transport is not only assisted but also limited by the bosonic excitations. As a result, the Drude weight remains finite even in the limit of very small boson frequencies. For a strongly correlated background, closed loops are important, in any dimension, to generate a finite effective particle mass even when the free fermion has an infinite mass.</P>
IS PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AN OPTIMAL MODE OF PROVISION OF INFRASTRUCTURE?
AMAN A. BARA,BIDISHA CHAKRABORTY 중앙대학교 경제연구소 2019 Journal of Economic Development Vol.44 No.1
The present paper considers a closed economy model with infrastructure service which is an excludable, impure public good, e.g. metro railway service, electricity service, and telephone service etc. The physical capital required by infrastructure sector is provided by public-private partnership. Public and private investment may be complementary or substitute to each other in infrastructure production. We assume government runs a balanced budget. We find there exists unique, saddle path stable growth rate in both the cases. We find that PPP model is optimal in the provision of infrastructure no matter public capital and private capital are a substitute or complementary to each other. But, PPP solution is not growth maximizing in case of substitute relationship between the public capital and private capital. It also makes a comparative study of decentralized economy and command economy. We find that in case of substitute relationship between private capital and public capital, command economy growth rate is higher than the competitive economy growth rate but in the case of complementary relationship between two, command economy growth rate may not be higher than the competitive economy growth rate.
Prediction of gene expression and codon usage in human parasitic helminths
Supriyo Chakraborty,Gulshana A. Mazumder,Arif Uddin 한국유전학회 2017 Genes & Genomics Vol.39 No.1
Codon usage bias refers to the differences in the occurrence frequency of synonymous codons. To understand the patterns of codon usage in mitochondrial genes we used bioinformatic approaches to analyze the protein coding sequences of W. bancrofti and S. haematobium as no work was reported earlier. It was found that the ENC value ranged from 43 to 60 with a mean of 46.91 in W. bancrofti but varied from 49 to 60 with a mean of 45.17 in S. haematobium, respectively. In W. bancrofti a significant positive correlation was found between ENC and GC3% (r = 0.826**, p\0.01), but in S. haematobium significant correlation was found between ENC and GC3% (r = 0.983**, p\0.01). Principal component analysis suggests that the pattern of codon usage significantly differed between W. bancrofti and S. haematobium. Neutrality plot reveals that natural selection played a major role while mutation pressure played a minor role in codon usage pattern in the mitochondrial protein coding genes of W. bancrofti and S. haematobium. Various factors namely nucleotide composition, natural selection and mutation pressure affected the codon usage pattern.

This paper discusses the experimental results obtained from the various components developed for a 1.7 MW neutral beam injector (NBI). Several technologies related to fabrication of back plate, extractor grids, high-current filament feedthru’s, heat-transfer elements, ceramic insulators, cryopumps, rectangular vessels and power supplies have been developed in collaboration with the Indian industry. Control experiments on the prototype plasma box are described.
