노인복지 증진을 위한 기부활성화 방안

  본 논문에서는 노인복지분야의 기부금 모집이 중요한 이유와 이를 실천하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다. 현재 한국 노인복지분야의 비영리조직은 전체수입에서 정부보조금이 차지하는 비율이 지나치게 높고 기부금이나 후원금이 차지하는 비율이 너무 낮아 노인복지기관의 자율성과 독립성에 잠재적인 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 최근 우리나라의 개인기부나 기업기부의 실태를 분석하면, 제대로 계획되고 전략적으로 접근한다면 노인복지 증진을 위한 기부금 활성화 방안이 불가능한 일이 아님을 보여준다. 본 연구가 제시하는 기부활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 기부시장의 절대규모를 확대하고 기부관련 세제와 법제를 기부 친화적으로 바꾸어야 한다. 비영리조직의 입장에서는 모금기술의 전문화를 통해서 모금역량을 강화하고, 잠재적인 기부자에게 어필할 수 있는 매력적인 프로젝트나 프로그램의 발굴이 필요하다. 마지막으로 기부와 펀드레이징의 인프라구축이 기부활성화의 핵심적인 조건이 될 것이다.   This study tried to emphasize the importance of giving and donation for the welfare of the aged, and to suggest the specific ways to increase giving and donations. Currently, the welfare agencies in Korea depend financially too much upon governmental support and too less upon private giving. This has contributed to the weakening of organizational autonomy and independence. Most recent analysis of individual and corporate giving patterns, however, show that well-designed and perfectly-executed funding strategies will increase the giving level of Korean society. The activation methods of giving include the general expansion of giving market and donation level, the revision of tax laws and the establishment of giving friendly legal environment. From the perspective of nonprofit organizations, the professional approach of fundraising and the invention of attractive projects and programs are necessary. Lastly, the sound giving infrastructure and healthy giving culture will also activate the giving level of Korean society.

개인기부에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 자선적 기부노력을 중심으로

우리나라에서도 비영리조직의 사회적 역할과 비중이 증대하고 있지만 구조적으로 재정적인 취약점에 노출되어 있다 비영리조직의 재정적인 안정을 달성하는데 있어 시민의 참여, 특히 시민의 자선적 기부는 매우 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다 본 논문은 사회복지조직을 포함한 다양한 자선 기부처를 대상으로 개인이 자선적 기부를 얼마나 적극적으로 참여하는가에 초점을 두고 전국적인 표본을 이용하여 그 현황을 살펴보고 동시에 개인의 자선적 기부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색해 보고자 한다 본 연구에서 발견한 것은 2000년 한 해 동안 개인적으로 기부하거나 후원활동에 참가한 경험이 있는 사람은 전체 조사대상자의 약 4분의 3에 달하고, 참여의 방법에서는 종교기관과 언론기관을 통한 방법이 가장 일반적인 것으로 나타났다 그리고 이러한 자선적 기부를 하는 동기는 '종교적 평화를 얻기 위해서'와 '어려운 사람을 돕기 위해서'가 가장 빈번하게 언급되는 동기인 것으로 나타났다 개인의 총소득에서 자선적 기부금액이 차지하는 비율로 측정된 자선적 기부노력을 설명하는 모델을 회귀분석을 통해 분석해 본 결과 기부노력에 대한 관계성이 있는 변수는 개인 소득(-), 가구소득(+), 연령(+), 종교(기독교), 직업(주부), 종교적 신념(+), 기부금의 용도에 대한 관심(+) 등인 것으로 나타났다 본 연구는 자선적 기부노력의 현실을 탐색하면서 동시에 이에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 변수들을 구별해 내어 이 현상에 대한 지식화에 기여할 수 있다고 본다 본 연구는 연구가 갖는 제한성을 극복하는 차원에서 인구집단별로 그리고 기부처별로 일반 시민의 기부 행동에 관해 보다 세분된 분석을 할 필요성이 있음을 논의하며 다양한 방향에서 수행되어져야 하는 후속 연구의 방향을 논의한다 While nonprofit organizations takes increasingly significant roles in solving various social problems in Korea, they are exposed to the financial fragility. Citizen's participation for these organizations is very important to strengthen NPOs. Especially, individual giving would contribute to achieving the financial stability of nonprofit organizations in Korea This paper attempts to explore and describe the current situation of individual giving in Korea by examining characteristics of individual giving in Korean adult population. This paper also attempts to identify factors affecting the individual philanthropic efforts(philan- thropic giving/individual income). The findings are as follows: three quarter of respondents had philanthropic giving in 2000; they usually had giving through religious organizations and mass-media organization, major motives of individual giving were 'realization of religious peace' and 'recognition of helping the disadvantaged' The philanthropic efforts, which are measured by the proportion of philanthropic donation from the total individual income, are most strongly predicted by individual income(-), family income(+), age( +), religion(Christianity), occupation(house wives), religious belief(+), and concern about use of donated money(+). This paper contributes to promoting understandings about individual philanthropic giving and efforts in Korea. Finally, this paper discusses directions of research concerning individual giving in Korea.

기업자원봉사자의 자원봉사반응에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구

본 연구는 기업자원봉사자가 봉사활동을 수행한 다음에 보이는 차등적인 반응에 주목하여 어떤 요인이 차등적인 반응에 기여하는가를 밝히려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 자원봉사에 대한 긍정적 반응은 만족도와 기여도로, 부정적 반응은 소진으로 개념화하였다. 자원봉사에 대한 반응을 예측하는 요인으로 가족의 지지, 회사의 자원봉사 지원제도, 그리고 자원봉사현장에서의 다양한 인간관계의 영향력을 검증하였다. 250명의 기업자원봉사자를 표본으로 선정했으며 설문조사로 수집한 자료를 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 가족의 지지는 자원봉사에 대한 반응에 영향이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났지만 회사의 자원봉사지원제도는 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 봉사현장에서의 봉사대상자와의 관계와 기관의 자원봉사 담당자와의 관계는 자원봉사만족도와 인지된 기여에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 부정적 반응인 소진에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 연구결과의 함축성으로 기업의 경우 기업자원봉사자를 적극적으로 동기화시키는 봉사지원제도를 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 비영리조직의 자원봉사관리자의 경우 자원봉사현장에서 발생하는 다양한 인간관계의 영향과 중요성을 인식한다면 기업자원봉사자의 만족도와 인지된 기여도를 높일 수 있을 것이다. This study is aimed to investigate the factors predicting the responses after volunteering activities among corporate volunteers. While positive responses to volunteering are conceptualized as both the degree of satisfaction from volunteering and the perceived contribution of volunteering, negative responses are conceptualized as the degree of burnout. Family supports, the volunteering support system of corporation, various human relations in volunteering sites are selected and empirically tested as variables predicting the differential responses after volunteer activities. Questionnaire data were collected from 250 corporate volunteers and analyzed through hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that while family supports have no significant effects on volunteering responses, corporate support system of volunteering have significant effects. Additionally, human relations with clients and volunteers managers have strong and positive significant effects on positive responses including the degree of satisfaction and the perceived contribution. However, no significant effect has been found on negative responses represented by burnout. Findings from this study emphasized the importance of human relations management in volunteering sites for corporate and nonprofit volunteer managers to increase the positive response from corporate volunteers.

스케이트 운동의 생성을 위한 구속조건의 고찰

This paper addresses the dynamic consideration of the athletic constraints on skating motion. In order to generate a human-like skating motion, the athletic constraints are distinctively analyzed into dynamic constraints and physical constraints. A close investigation of the athletic constraints evolved valid extent of dominant parameter for a leg muscle. During the human-like skating motion, the state of actuation was shifted from region of maximum force to region of maximum power. Simulation results were intuitively comprehensible, and the effectiveness of analytic algorithm was demonstrated for skating motion.

논홀로노믹 구속을 고려한 스케이트 운동의 연속적인 생성방법

This paper addresses the control method for skating motion with a nonholonomic constraint. In order to generate a human-like skating motion, the behaviors of motion are distinctively analyzed into transient state and steady state. A close investigation of the behaviors evolved the characteristic of successive motions with transient state and steady state. Simulation results were intuitively comprehensible, and the effectiveness of control method was demonstrated for skating motion.
