In this study, a new type of solenoid valve driver for common rail injection system was proposed for diesel engine. It is composed of circuits for limiting current, generating PWM, variating input pulse width, switching device, etc. The infleuntial facts to the response time(rising time, falling time) of solenoid valve is analyzed by computer simulation and experimental methods.<br/>

The prime power sources of the hybrid electric-engine vehicle consist of an internal combustion engine and electric traction motor. To effectively utilize the power sources. a number of different power train configurations have been proposed. but, in general. fall into one of two basic categories-series and parallel type.<br/> In this paper, a mathematical model was accomplished to examine the potential of hybrid electric vehicle using the parllel configuration. and optimization control algorithm to operate in a various control modes was developed. And through computer simulation. the possibility of both energy saving and exhaust gas reduction was discussed.<br/>

The target of operating objectives is energy saving and exhaust gas reduction. This paper examines the pontential of hybrid electric vehicle using the parallel system. The optimization scheme for the power train control to meet these particular operating objectives is discussed.<br/>
