This paper presents shape optimization of lower control arm considering multi-disciplinary (stiffness, strength and durability) constraint conditions. As non-linearity of strength and durability is large out of the design constraint conditions and performance indexes are defined as min-max values, sensitivity is not reflected and instead, a sequential approximate optimization (SAO) method using a meta-model is suggested. In order to verify the efficiency of the suggested design method,shape optimization design of a 1 piece-typed lower control arm for compact cars is conducted. The design target aims to meet the multi-disciplinary (stiffness, strength and durability) design constraint conditions and at the same time, intends to minimize the weight. Design variables are 3 shape vectors and 1 thickness while design constraint conditions include 2 stiffness, 12strength and 26 durability variables, featuring a big design problem. As a result, the design problem is solved in total 3interation and the optimal model meets all of the design constraint conditions and reduces the weight by about 200 grams comparing with that of the initial model. Thus, the suggested design method is an appropriate method suitable for shape optimization design.

차량 주행특성을 규명하기 위한 연구방법에 대한 일반적 고찰을 토대로 주요 개방회로시험과 관련 평가기준들이 소개되었다. 그러나, 차량의 주행상 안전도 연구를 위한 종합적인 척도는 이제까지 설명된 평가기준들로부터 아직 명확히 귀결지을 수 없음을 강조하여야 한다. 이유로 서는, 한편으로 응용되어진 연구방법들이 실제 교통사고 발생상황을 포괄하기에는 아직 불충분 하며, 또 한편으로는 주어진 한 시험방법에서 주행안전도 판정을 위해 제기된 특성치가 절대적인 값으로 확정지을 수 없기 때문이다. 따라서 전체 시스템 '운전자-차량-환경'에 있어서 주행특 성의 완전한 평가를 내리기 위해서는, 객관적으로 서술될 수 있는 차량의 주행특성-안정성 및 조절성과 운전자에 의한 주관적인 판별 또한 환경요소에 의한 영향들에 대하여 상호 연관관계가 복합적으로 해석. 규명되어져야만 할 것이다.

Object: This study was planned to show the physical characteristics of soccer player and their Yangdorak measurements. Method: We categorized 5 study group. (I-Players classified by age; II, III-Players and control group; IV-Players who had positive RF and the others; V-Players who had digestive disorder and the others) And We conducted the potentiality of skin resistance(Yangdorak) and GFS, PFT, ECG and the other, then analysis that. Result: As old aged group, Yangdorak shown lower RS, but that was not significant. Player group had higher Yangdorak score at H5, F1, F2, F5 than control group. Player group was shown better cardiopulmonary function, but H1, H2, H3 score were not significant. Players who conducted RF test shown not significant difference of H4 measurement between positive and negative group. Digestive disorder group had higher F1, F6 score, but that wasn't significant.
