말더듬 치료 분야에 마음챙김 기법을 활용한 국내외 연구문헌 고찰

본 연구는 말더든 치료 분야에 마음챙김 기법을 활용한 국내외 중재 연구를 수집한 후 이를 분석하여 향후 중재연구의 방향을 제시하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2012년부터 2021년 8월까지 국내외 학위 및 학술지 논문을 총 13편 수집하였고, 이 중 예비 연구 3편, 국문 및 영문이 아닌 연구 1편을 제외한 총 9편의 논문을 수집하여 분석하였다. 시기별로 2015년에 3편으로 가장 많았고, 대상자 연령은 성인이 6편으로 가장 많은 연구가 나타났다. 평가 요인 중 외현적 특징은 말더듬 빈도 및 신체적 수반행동(각 8편)이 가장 많이 나타났고, 내면적 특징은 의식에 대한 주의력(9편), 수용(8편 ), 삶의 질 및 의사소통태도(각 5편) 순으로 많이 나타났다. 연구 모형은 병렬적 중재 4편, 내면적 중재 4편, 순환적 중재 1편으로 나타났고, 중재의 내용요소는 수용·전념 치료를 활용한 연구가 4편, 마음챙김 훈련 및 마음챙김 기반 중재를 활용한 연구가 4편, 마음챙김에 기반한 인지행동치료를 적용한 연구가 1편으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 진행될 마음챙김을 활용한 말더듬 중재에 도움이 되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to collect domestic and foreign intervention studies using mindfulness techniques in the field of stutter treatment and analyze them to present the direction of future intervention studies. To this end, a total of 13 domestic and foreign degree and academic journal papers were collected from 2012 to August 2021, and a total of 9 papers were collected and analyzed, excluding 3 preliminary studies and 1 non-Korean and non-English study. the number of subjects was the highest with three in 2015, and the age of subjects was the highest with six adults. Among the evaluation factors, stuttering frequency and Physical concomitant behavior were the most common, and inner characteristics were attention to consciousness, acceptance, quality of life, and communication attitude. The research model was found to be 4 parallel interventions, 4 internal interventions, and 1 circular intervention, and the content elements of interventions were 4 studies using ACT, 4 studies using MT and MBI, and 1 study using MBCT. It is hoped that this study will help mediate stuttering using mindfulness that will proceed in the future.
수용·전념 치료에 기반한 의사소통중재 프로그램이 말더듬 성인의 내면적 특성과 말더듬 행동에 미치는 영향

Purpose: Stuttering adults are anxious about spoken language because they have been stuttering for a long time. It isnecessary to confront and accept stuttering in order to overcome stuttering fundamentally. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) sees avoidance of unwanted personal experience as a reason for pain and suggests a proper attitude to deal with it. This study investigated the effect of an ACT-based communication intervention program on the inner characteristics and stuttering behavior of adult stutterers. Methods: Four adult stutterers were recruited for an ACT-based communication intervention program. Its effects on their inner characteristics and stuttering behavior was then analyzed. To measure psychological aspects, a Psychological Well-being Scale, an Acceptance & Action Questionnaire, and a Self-efficiency Scale were used. To evaluate changes in stuttering behavior, oral samples were collected in reading, monologue, and dialogue situations and stuttering frequency (SW/M) was analyzed using these samples.Results: According to the results of the ACT-based communication intervention on stuttering adults, scores on the Psychological Well-being Scale, Acceptance & Action Questionnaire-16, and Self-Efficacy Scale for adult stutters improved for internal characteristics. In stuttering behavior, the stuttered words per minute decreased. These findings suggest that an ACT-based communication intervention program has a positive effect on stutterers' internal characteristics and stuttering behavior.Conclusions: This program has been found to be effective for adult stutterers. In particular, this program is helpful when a stutterer faces stuttering and accepts it. Therefore, when applied to clinical treatment programs, it can be surmised that stuttering intervention using this program along with traditional stuttering therapy would be a more effective therapeutic approach.
경도지적장애 청소년들의 언어능력과 자기결정능력의 상관성

Purpose: Everyone has a basic right to choose and make decisions about their lives. There are a number of studies that show that self-determination abilities are related to the quality of life of people with intellectual disabilities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between language ability and self - determination ability of students with intellectual disabilities. Methods: Twenty-seven students with mild intellectual disabilities were enrolled in the Center for Lifelong Education. They were tested for REVT, KOSECT, and TOPS for their language ability. The Self-Determination Scale-Adolesecent Version of the Korean Version of Self-Determination Test was used to examine the self-determination ability and compare it with the language ability. Results: Autonomy, psychological capability, and self realization in self-determination did not correlate with language skills(receptive vocabulary, expressive vocabulary, syntactic Meaning, cause-reason, solving inference, clues guessing, verbal problem solving). Self-regulation in self-determination showed a statistically significant correlation between receptive vocabulary(p<0.006), expressive vocabulary(p<0.001), cause-reason(p<0.001), solving inference(p<0.001), clues guessing(p<0.00), verbal problem solving(p<0.00). Conclusions: This study showed that receptive & expressive vocabulary and verbal problem solving had significant correlation with self-determination, especially self-regulation. This can be predicted by the study that improving the language of adolescents with mild intellectual disabilities will also improve self-determination. In this regard, if adolescents with mild intellectual disabilities treats not only the developmental of the language, but also self-determination factor, they will be able to improve the overall quality of life.
