최근에는 기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 방법으로 모든 자원을 통합 관리하는 추세이며, 이로 인해 시스템이 전문화되고 복잡해지면서 최고경영자가 의사결정을 내리는데 어려움이 따르고 있다. 해결 방안으로 BPR이라는 경영기법이 제시되었으며, 이를 구체적으로 실현한 ERP 시스템이 등장하였다. 본 연구에서는 정부산하 공기업에 적용하기 위해 개발한 ERP 시스템으로서 ERP 정보를 실시간으로 고객에게 제공하고 업무현장에서 사내 업무를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있는 웹 환경 ERP 시스템을 구축하였다. 구축된 시스템에 대해 정량적인 평가를 통해 고객 불만의 해소, 업무생산성의 향상, 비용 절감, 시스템 효율성 및 고객만족도 등이 향상되었음을 검증하였다. Raising the competitive power of the enterprise to recently, all resources integration it is a tendency which it manages with the method for, the reasoning being caused by system is professionalized and chief executive officer complicated becoming gets off the decision-making being difficult, it is following. The management technique which is BPR with solution plan will be presented, it will reach and ERP systems which it comes true concretely appeared. From the research which it sees in order to apply at the governmental under the influence public enterprise as ERP systems which it develops it provided ERP information to the customer at real-time and the web environmental ERP system from business site it will be able to control a company internal business at real-time it constructed. The evaluation which is fixed quantity it led in about the system which is constructed and improvement and expense curtailment of solution and business productivity of customer dissatisfaction, the system effectiveness and customer satisfaction index etc. improving, it verified.

This paper is purpose to research system use, ubiquitous convenience considering ubiquitous system and system use, ubiquitous convenience considering user satisfaction. In this study system use was signification influenced by system quality, instantly connectivity, and user satisfaction use was signification influenced by system quality, information quality. But system use was not signification influenced by information quality, service quality and ubiquitous convenience was not signification influenced by service quality, instantly connectivity.
