As a result of industrial growth the farm wage increased rapidly and off-farm job opportunity increased in rural area. Therefore. In Korean government aggressively encouraged farm mechanization through price controls on machinery loans to farmers. However, the farmers are confronted with the problem of mechanizing their farm, the difficulty farm mechanization can be mitigated through the promotion of cooperative machinery utilization. Therefore. This study investigated the adoption of Machinen-Ring business for the promotion of farm mechanization in korea. A drop in the rural work force and rising rural wages combined to produce a major stimulus to organize the cooperative machinery ownership and utilization however, Korea has not yet fully mechanized agrichultural production ·This is due to the various problems among the members in organization such asa investment, profit distribution, operating and repairing machine etc. Farm Machinery Bank (FMB) in japan were established by led government and Agricultural Cooperative strongly surported to FMB, it has not yet fully succeded. This resulted mainly due to the difference of cultivated land condition compared to the Germany. In fact, the average Japanese farm size is only 1.2 ha, and scattered of cultivated land etc.
