LNT를 장착한 디젤 차량에서의 NOx 저감에 관한 연구

The main purpose of this study is to identify the NOx reduction efficiency of LNT catalyst through diesel vehicle tests in NEDC(New European Driving Cycle) mode and to determine fuel injection timing for regeneration of LNT. The LNT catalyst is installed in the exhaust pipe and the injector is set up at the upstream of LNT for a fuel injection. The fuel injection timing is determined considering O₂ concentration, exhaust gas temperature of upstream of LNT and flow rate of exhaust gas. As a result, the second acceleration point of Phase2(EUDC) in NEDC mode is chosen for LNT catalyst regeneration and the test result satisfied EURO6 NOx regulations(0.08g/㎞) when 5g of diesel fuel was sprayed at this point.
