본 연구는 새마을운동을 북한에 적용하였을 때 남북관계에 미칠 수 있는 긍정적 기능과 역할을 검토하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 새마을운동이 북한에 적용될 경우 나타날 수 있는 유용성을 세 가지 측면에서 살펴보았다. 첫째, 남한사회의 측면에서 새마을운동에 대한 국민의 긍정적 인식, 자력부담의 '새마을방식' 적용, 민관협력의 경험 축적 등으로 인해 남북교류협력사업에 대한 사회적 합의를 이끌어내는데 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 북한사회의 측면에서 농촌 지역의 현대화와 생활환경개선에 실질적인 기여를 할 것이다. 셋째, 국제사회의 측면에서 새마을운동을 적극적으로 활용하고자 하는 국제기구 및 국제협력단체와의 협력을 통하여 향후 남북관계에 대한 국제사회의 협력을 증진시키는 역할을 담당할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 새마을운동이 남북관계를 개선하고 증진시킬 수 있는 새로운 접근방법으로 활용되어야 한다고 보았다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the positive function and the role of Saemaulundong which have an effect on the relations between South-North korea when applying Saemaulundong in North Korea. This study tried to look into the value of Saemaulundong which can appear from the perspective of three, as Saemaulundong will be applied in North Korea. First, from the perspective of the South Korea society, Saemaulundong will have affirmative influence on reaching a social agreement about South-North korea Interchange Cooperative because of the positive national recognition for Saemaulundong, of the accumulation of experience that is the cooperation of goverment and people, and of application of Saemaulundong Method of Own Charge. Second, from the perspective of the North Korea society, Saemaulundong will substantially contribute to modernize the farm village area and improve living environment of the North Korea. Third, from the perspective of international society, Saemaulundong will do the duty which increases the international cooperation for the development of the relations between South-North korea. and it is possible to cooperate with international orgazinations which try to use Saemaulundong actively. Consequently, this study argues that Saemaulundong is used as new approach method that improves and develops the relations between South-North Korean.
고로슬래그 미분말 및 섬유를 혼입한 내화패널 적용 철근콘크리트 부재의 구조성능 평가

In this study, to prevent the spalling of high strength concrete, the fire resistance panels was constructed using blast furnace slag and fiber. And the structural performance of reinforced concrete members was conducted after a fire test on the fire resistance panels. Ten reinforced concrete members using high strength concrete were constructed and tested under monotonic loading. Experimental programs were carried out to improve and evaluate the structural performance of the test specimens: the load-displacement, the failure mode, and the maximum strength were assessed. As a result of the test, The specimen BSS-F that did not use the fire resistance panel had decreased load-carrying capacity. And the specimen showed the shear failure. However, the specimen with the fire resistance panel showed stable behavior and it has decrease the loss of load-carrying capacity of reinforced concrete members.
