      • 生殖生長期 冷水溫이 벼의 SOURCE와 SINK 關聯形質 및 養分吸收에 미치는 硏究 : 冷水灌漑核이 벽의 SINK 關聯形質에 미치는 影響 Influence of Growth Characters Related to Sink of Rice by Cool Water Irrigation Times

        本 硏究는 魃對策用으로 施設한 地下管井의 冷水被害를 輕減시키고자 벼의 生殖生長期에 冷水灌漑時刻을 晝夜間으로 나누어 實驗을 遂行하였던 바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 冷水灌漑는 稈長, 穗長, 抽出度의 伸長을 抑制시켰고 夜間보다는 晝間의 冷水灌漑時에 伸長短縮 程度가 컸다. 2. 晝間 冷水灌漑는 夜間 冷水灌漑보다 枝梗別 ??花着生數의 減少 및 不稔率의 增大, 登熟低下, 千粒重의 減少等 Sink量의 向上에 被害를 惹起시켰다. 3. 10a當 收量도 晝間灌漑가 夜間 冷水灌漑보다 幼穗形成期나 減數分烈期 모두 減收되었다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of cold damages on transplanted rice from underground water that installed for drought. Transplanted rices at reproductive growth stage were irrigated in cold water from underground at day and night respectively. The irrigation of cold water was reduced in culm length, panicle length and degree of panicle exsertion. The effect of cold water on these parts in rice was greater at the irrigation of day than at night. Cold damage from day time irrigation the number of spikelets per first and second rachis branches, sterility ratio, ripening ratio, and 1000 grain weight was greater than from night time irrigation. The yield of hulled rice showed higher at the irrigation of night compared with that of day.

      • 肥育牛의 濃厚飼料에 對한 香味素의 添加가 飼料의 攝取量, 增體量 및 飼料利用率에 미치는 效果

        To investigate the effect of supplementing feed flavor in the beef rations containing urea on concentrate consumption, body weight gain and the efficiency of concentrate utilization two feeding experiments were conducted. Ten Holstein steers weighing 230-250㎏ were divided into groups and fed the control and the urea containing ration in the first trial for 50 days, then the feed flavor supplementing trial was followed for 136 days. Using urea at the level of 1.6% significantly(P<0.05) decreased both concentrate intake(5.37 vs 5.02㎏/day) and body weight gain(1.05 vs 0.93㎏/day). When the feed flaver (Aromastat for 61 days and followed by Beef-Feednectar for 75 days) was supplemented, it significantly(P<0.05) increased both the concentrate intake(7.90 vs 8.54㎏/day) and body weight gain(1.35 vs 1.47㎏/day). The efficiency of concentrate utilization was also improved but it was not statistically significant. Based on the results of the feeding trial, it is concluded that supplementing feed flavor in the ration containing urea improves feed consumption and growth of beef cattle.

      • 液膜法을 이용한 IGF-I 回收 條件

        액막(liquid emulsion membrance)법에 의한 IGF-I의 추출조건을 수립 하기위해 여러 요인들의 IGF-I추출에 미치는 영향을 조사 하였다. Amberlite LA2, Aliquit 336 및 양이온 추출제인 D_2EHPA 중에서 가장 좋은 추출율을 보인 추출담체는 D_2EHPA였고, 추출담체인 D_2EHPA의 양이 증가할수록 IGF-I 추출율이 증가했으며, D_3EHPA의 양이 5% 수준에서 가장 효과적 이었다. 외부상의 pH가 7에서 4까지 감소함에 따라 IGF-I의 추출율이 증가하였고, 따라서 외부수상의 걱정 pH값은 4로 관찰 되었다. IGF-I의 추출에 적합한 내부수용액의 황산농도와 유기상내 paraffin oil의 농도, W/O비율 그리고 Span 80농도는 각각 0.1M, 2.0%, 2.0 그리고 5.0%이었다. 따라서 본 연구는 IGF-I 회수조건으로 담체로는 D_2EHPA(5%), 외부 pH는 4.0, 내부 황산의 농도는 0.1M, paraffin oil 농도는 2.0%, W/O 비율은 2.0 그리고 Span 80농도는 5% 일 때 가장 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있음을 제시 하였다. A study was made to investigate the effects of concerning factors with IGF-I recovery on the final IGF-I concentration in the effluent and establish recovery conditions of IGF-I using liquid emulsion membranes (LEM) D_2EHPA was best carrier among Amberlite LA2. Aliquit 336 and D_2EHPA for recovery rate of IGF-I. Recovery rate of IGF-I by D_2EHPA volume in the oil phase was increased as increasing D_2EHPA volume, and optimal volume of D_2EHPA was 5% in this experiment. The recovery rate of IGF-I by D_2EHPA was increased by the decreasing from pH 7 to pH 4 of external phase. Therefore, optimal pH value was 4.0. Optimal concentrations of sulfuric acid in internal phase. paraffin oil in oil phase and Span 80 for recovery rate of IGF-I were 0.1M, 2.0% and 5%, respectively, and optimal W/O rate was 2. These results suggested that optimal conditions for recovery of IGF-I were D_2EHPA(5%) as carrier. pH 4.0, 0.1M sufuric acid. 2% paraffin oil, 2.0(W/O) and 5.0% Span 80.

      • 外因性 GH의 投與를 통한 韓牛의 成長 및 乳腺의 發達

        위인성 성장호르몬(rGH)을 14일 간격으로 두당 250mg씩 한우 암송아지(8-12개월령. 160-240kg)에 대한 투여한 후 내인성 성장호르몬, estrogen IGF-I, 체중, 유두용적의 변화 및 IGFBP_3에 대한 processing enzyme의 활성정도를 파악하고져 28일 간격으로 1994년 12월부터 다음해 2월까지 본 연구를 실시하였다. GH 혈청농도는 처리구가 무처리구에 비해 rGH는 투여후 시간이 경과함에 따라 현저히 증가 하였고(p<.01). estrogen과 IGF-I도 처리 후 8주째(P<.05)에 증가를 보였다. 또한 체중(P<.01)과 유두용적(P<.05)도 투여 8주째에 증가를 보였다. 외인성 성장호르몬(rGH)의 投與前에 processing enzyme의 활성이 낮았으나, 250mg의 rGH 투여 후에는 processing enzyme의 활성이 실험기간 내내 현저히 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과 외인성 성장호르몬은 한우암송아지의 내인성 호르몬 변화를 통하여 성장 및 유선발육을 증진 시킬수 있다는 것을 제시하여 주었다. This experiment was carried out with 12 Korean native heifers(8-12 mth old : body weight, 160-240kg) raised at a farm of Chang-Soo Livestock Cooperatives to evaluate the effects of rGH(recombinant growth hormone) on serum concentrations of growth hormone, estrogen, and IGF-I. weight gain teat volume gain and processing enzyme activity of IGF-I binding protein Ⅲ at 28 day intervals. Animals used were injected with 250mg rGH at 14 day intervals from December. 1994 to February, 1995. The significant difference was found in the group of treatment on the 4th week in the endogenous GH(p<.01) and 8th week in estrogen and IGF-I(p<.05) after injection of rGH in Korean native heifers. There were significant differences between control and treatment group in weight and teat volume on 8th week after treatment(P<.05). Processing enzyme activity before injection of rGH was low. However heifers injected with 250mg of rGH showed that processing enzyme activity of IGF binding protein was highly increased throughout the experiment. Present results suggest that injection of exogenous rGH to heifers can increase the growth performance and mammary gland development of Korean native heifers by the endogenous hormonal changes.

      • Feeding Value of Meat and Bone Meal as an Ingredient in the Broiler Chick Ration

        미국産 肉骨粉의 부로이라에 대한 銅料的 價値와 經濟性을 알아보기 위하여 8週間의 사양시험을 實施한 바 결과는 다음과 같다. 육골분을 어분과 일부 대두박으로 대치하여 사용한 수준은 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.0 그러고12.5%이었으며 아미노산 첨가효과를 알아보기 위하여 각사료에 베치오닌과 라이신을 첨가하였다. 육골분 사용수준을 2.5%씩 증가함에 따라 飼料攝取幾과 增重量이 크게 向上되어 육골분을 사용하지 않았을 때 飼料效率이 2.85이던 것을 육골분 10.0% 수준에서는 2.42로 改善하는 效果를 가져 왔고 單位修重 增加當 飼料費를 크게 절감하였다. 가장 경제적인 육골분 사용수준은 7.5%로 나타났으며 이때의 사료 효율은 2.50이었다. 메치오닌과 라이신을 첨가하였을 때, 육골분을 사용하였거나 하지 않았거나 또는 육골분수준에 상관없이 사료섭취량에는 변동이 없었으며, 成長促進 효과가 있어 모든 처리에 있어 서로 비슷한 정도의 사료 효율을 개하는 결과를 가져왔다. 메치오닌과 라이신을 첨가하는 경우 가장 경제적인 육골분수준은 2.6~5.0%이었다 In order to evaluate the feeding value of American meat and bone meal a simple feeding trial was conducted with 720 white broiler cross cockerels for six weeks. Heat and bone meal was used at the 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.0, and 12.5% level in the experimental rations at the cost of fish meal or fish meal and soybean oil meal on the basis of the equivalent amount of protein. The effect of supplementing methionine and lysine on chick performance was also studied at each meat and bone meal level. As the dietary meat and bone meal level was increased feed intake, body weight gain, and the feed efficiency were gradually improved. At the 10.0 % meat and bone meal level the feed efficiency reached 2.42 and then leveled off while it was 2.85 at the 0% meat and bone meal level. The most economic meat and bone meal level appeared to be 7.5% of the ration at the present experimental condition. The major effect of supplementing methionine and lysine was the improved feed efficiency through stimulating chick growth rate without improving feed intake. The extents of improving chick growth and feed efficiency were similar for the rations whether they contained meat and bone meal or not.
