        SOFC용 고온 적층 단열재의 해석적 고찰

        This study was conducted to develop insulation for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). The developed insulation is based on the lamination technology and the radiation shielding technology of the satellite insulation. The insulation material is consisting of insulation material for conduction resistance, spacer, and radiation shielding material. The experimental apparatus consisting vacuum bell jar, pump, heater and temperature recording device has developed to verify the performance of the insulation. The experimental values ​​were used as reference data for the modeling development. In this paper, heat transfer is assumed to be one- dimensional phenomena for the prediction of insulation performance and internal temperature distribution in high temperature region of SOFC. The developed model was used to compare the performance difference of insulation types according to composition materials. The analysis result shows that the insulation including spacer and radiation shielding has better heat insulation performance than other cases. In this study, the thickness reduction effect of about 20% was shown compared to the insulation including only conductive material. It is noted that the radiant shielding material should be carefully selected for durability, because SOFC insulation should be used for a long time at high temperature.

        日本右翼政治勢力과 講道館柔道의 國內流入에 關한 硏究 -우치다 료헤이(內田良平)의 흑룡회(黑龍會)를 중심으로-

        This paper makes the research studies on reinterpreting the process how "Kangdokwan-Judo" Training Institute founded by Japan the modern age was introduced Korean Peninsula . "Judo" has something close to do with Doyama- Michuru in Hyonyangsa, the Democratic Right Association and Korean intrusion proponent, and Kokuryukai(Black Dragon Society)" founded by Uchida- Ryohei under the leadership of Doyama-Michuru. In particular, Kokuryukai typical of the Japanese political right-wing mainstream took the lead in promoting Japanese Imperialism and Expansionism, under the action slogan of Pan-Asianism/Imperialism and Nationalism. And, he posed it his foremost task to advance the Korean Peninsula and Asian Continent built on "Pro-Korean Intrusion". Organizing “Kokuryukai” in 1901, Uchida spread "Kangdokwan-Judo" , around the parts of Hukuoka in Japan and Vladivostok in Russian and the Korean Peninsula. As a member of "Kokuryukai",Yoon Chi-oh gave active supports of this "Kangdokwan-Judo", in collaboration with Uchida to make "Kangdokwan-Judo", root in all parts of the Korean Peninsula, while Yoon was working as the Ministers of Education and Management Bureau. This evidence that "Kangdokwan-Judo", was introduced Korean Peninsula by "Kokuryukai", in order to gain the right to conquering Pan-Asianism and Eastern Asian regions. 본고는 강도관유도의 국내유입과정을 재해석한 연구이다. 강도관유도의 국내유입은 정한론(征韓論)에 깊이 경도되었던 우익성향 자유민권결사체인 현양사(玄洋社)의 도야마 미쯔루(頭山滿)와 그의 영향으로 성립된 우치다 료헤이(內田良平)의 흑룡회(黑龍會)와 깊은 관련이 있다. 특히 흑룡회는 현재 일본의 주류파 우익의 사상적 원형으로서 아시아주의와 천황주의, 국수주의를 행동강령으로 하여 일본제국주의의 팽창주의에 앞장섰으며, 최우선과제가 정한론에 입각한 조선진출 및 대륙진출이었다. 우치다는 1901년 흑룡회를 조직하면서 유도가로서 최초로 후쿠오카(福岡)지역과 러시아의 블라디보스톡, 그리고 국내에 강도관 유도를 보급하였고 을사늑약이 체결되도록 흑막에 활약하였다. 또한 흑룡회(黑龍會)의 일원으로 적극적으로 참여한 윤치오(尹致旿)는 귀국 후 무관학교 학무국장으로 있으면서 우치다와 함께 강도관 유도가 당시 조선에 뿌리를 내릴 수 있도록 지원하였다. 이는 대아시아주의와 대동아 공영권을 실현하기 위하여 조직된 흑룡회(黑龍會)에 의하여 강도관유도(講道館柔道)가 국내에 유입되었음을 알 수 있다.

        日本武道에 나타난 思想的 特性

        The purpose of this study is to look over the Japanese martial art philosophy of the Eaedo times (1615-18670 and to look over the philosophy that are still existing in the Japanese martial art after the Eaddo time to find the uniqueness of the philosophy of the Japanese martial art. Firstly, the martial art philosophy in the Eaedo Times was based on the philosophy of the gent Buddhism and the Zhu Xi's Neo-Confucianism, coexisting with the Confucianism philosophy. All of these built up various of laws and value that regulated Samurai's thoughts, ethics and behaviors and became the foundation of various of new built martial art clan's ideology. Secondly, Dang Shin Ki was started out form the old Jujitsu from Eaedo times which keep the main purpose as killing. Due to the effect of the ideology of Confucianism and Buddhism at the time, it was considered as the dangerous technique, and existed ideal rules such as Sal Hwal Ja Jae (殺活自在)and Shin Mo Bul Sal(神武不殺). Thirdly, the Daitoryu Aikijujitsu(大東流 合氣柔術) and Japanese Aikido(合氣道) had the philosophy that emphasis on the harmony of the Sang Saeng and Do, and used mental training called ManYuKyiIl(萬有歸一) as the foundation to understand the exquisiteness of the physical expression. Doctrine of Ohohmotokyo had a great effected on building the background of this philosophy. Lastly, Sumo was based on philosophy of hoping for the year of abundance including naturism. In effect of philosophy of the five Buddhist commandments, it disapproves the killing which they had in the beginning. Also the ring called DoHyo for sumo competition has the imitation of the universe which is the Japanese tradition symbol of collaboration.

        현대 무도(武道)의 지향과제에 대한 논의

        I would like to make the following suggestions on the basis of such problems as arguments over the philosophies and historicity of modem martial arts, a flood of groups with commercialism, the absence of true martial arts in the wake of game-oriented trends, and the stagnation of martial arts. First, the philosophy and historicity of martial arts should be established. I should like to suggest that the philosophy of martial arts should be established through the understanding of the changing aspect of the Eastern cultures and changes in the meanings of martial arts. Second, the groups of martial arts should be fostered in a synthetic fashion. Third, the methods of running martial-art games should be improved. That is, it is necessary that the games should be improved in order to activate the essence of martial arts. Fourth, martial arts should be made academic. Philosophy, science and Comtism should be organically connected so that martial arts may be academically systemized.

        SOFC를 위한 고온용 적층단열재 개발

        Fuel cells are known as eco - friendly energy facilities that can use heat energy and electric energy at the same time. Fuel cells are classified according to the temperature and material used, and solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is relatively high temperature ($700-800^{\circ}C$). SOFC requires a hot box consisting of a high temperature stack, a reformer, a burner, and the heat exchangers in order to use energy efficiently. The hot box needs to maintain heat insulation performance at high temperature to reduce heat loss. However, Fibrous insulation, which is widely used, needs to be improved because it has a disadvantage that the thermal conductivity is rapidly increased due to the increase of temperature. Therefore, this study was carried out to develop a thermal insulation, which is applied to multiple layers insulation (MLI) technic, that can be used under SOFC operating conditions and prevent a drastic drop in thermal conductivity at high temperature. The developed insulation is consist of a thermally conductive material, a spacer, and a reflective plate. The thermal conductivity of the insulation was measured by in the thermal conductivity measuring device at high temperature range. As a result, it was confirmed that the developed layers insulation have an good thermal conductivity (0.116 W/mK) than fibrous insulation (0.24 W/mK) as a radiation shielding effect at a high temperature of 1,173 K.

        무예용어의 정립에 관한 연구

        This study aims to organize terminologies being used in domestic and foreign martial arts by conducting literature investigation, analysis and actual investigation having views on martial terminologies create certain characteristics of linguistic factors. Titles of martial arts can be classified into two categories: one that has been handed down or, and the other that has been created whilst its formation process. Also, are mainly being applied the grammar according to the language of each region. However, most of them are used in English, and for some European sports, they were expressed by one´s own language. First, the technical term is mostly the compound word, and is used after manipulation of vocabularies. Second, many vocabularies used at competition, many words go under manipulation, and simple sentences are frequently used to operate games fast and smooth. Third, terminologies for the training were mostly manipulated and most of them were in to connote philosophy of the relevant event. When examining such martial arts by region at home and abroad: First, most often, Korean, Chinese and Japanese martial arts use terminologies in Chinese characters as all of these countries have some impact from China so that they use many of words in Chinese character. And if a martial art has a long history, many used one´s own language. However, to promote certain sports to spread world widely, they translated terminologies and explanation of those into English. Second, in martial arts of South and Central Asia, they used traditional terms of their own country by engrafting therewith. And in case some event for globalization purposes, they tried to spread it out using English terminologies and interpretation of it. Third, European martial arts were established in a combination style of the martial arts of each nation and state, and they used English expression for interests of each country, and spreading them to all across the European countries. However, it appeared that being filled with willingness of the country where it was originated in relation to the process of establishment of unscrambling martial arts terminology was in the native tongue of own nation in the training terms. 본 연구는 국내외 무예에서 사용하는 용어를 중심으로 이 용어가 형성하는 언어적 요소들의 특성이 있다는 것을 착안하여 문헌 및 분석적 방법과 실증적인 조사를 통해 정리하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 무예의 명칭은 형성과정에서 전승되거나 창시된 명칭으로 구분될 수 있다. 이 연구에서 각국의 무예명칭과 단체의 특성은 무예의 영문 명칭의 대부분이 종주국의 명칭을 사용하고 있으나, 세계화를 위한 종목의 경우에는 영문 등을 사용하여 특정지역 언어를 탈피하고 있다. 또한 국제연맹의 명칭은 각 지역별 언어의 문법에 따라 적용하고 있는데, 대부분은 영문식이고 유럽의 특정종목에서는 자국어 방식으로 표기하고 있었다. 각 무예용어에 있어서는, 첫째, 무예의 기술용어는 대부분이 합성용어와 어휘조작을 통해 사용되고 있고, 둘째, 경기용어는 어휘조작의 용어가 많으며, 경기화를 위해 바로 이해할 수 있는 단문형태가 많았으며, 셋째, 수련용어는 어휘조작이나 구용어를 사용하여 해당종목의 철학을 내포하려는 의도가 많았다. 이러한 무예의 국내외 지역별로 살펴보면, 첫째, 한국무예와 중국, 그리고 일본의 무예는 한자문화권의 영향으로 한자를 사용하는 경우가 많았으며, 해당 국가의 전승이 오래된 무예의 경우는 자국어를 사용한 경우가 많았다. 하지만 일부 종목에서는 세계화 보급을 위한 방법으로 자국어의 영문표기와 영문해석을 하고 있는 종목도 있었다. 둘째, 동남아시아와 중앙아시아의 무예들은 각국의 전통적인 용어를 접목해 사용하고 있으며, 일부 세계화를 위한 종목의 경우 영문표기와 해석을 통해 보급을 위한 노력을 하고 있었다. 셋째, 유럽의 무예는 각 민족 혹은 국가별 무예들의 조합 형태로 무예가 제정돼, 각 국가의 이해관계와 수련보급을 위한 영문표기방법을 사용하였다. 하지만 정립과정에 대한 종주국의 의지가 담긴 것은 해당 국가만이 사용하는 고유어를 수련용어에 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        FAULT DETECTION COVERAGE QUANTIFICATION OF AUTOMATIC TEST FUNCTIONS OF DIGITAL I&C SYSTEM IN NPPS

        Analog instrument and control systems in nuclear power plants have recently been replaced with digital systems for safer and more efficient operation. Digital instrument and control systems have adopted various fault-tolerant techniques that help the system correctly and safely perform the specific required functions regardless of the presence of faults. Each fault-tolerant technique has a different inspection period, from real-time monitoring to monthly testing. The range covered by each faulttolerant technique is also different. The digital instrument and control system, therefore, adopts multiple barriers consisting of various fault-tolerant techniques to increase the total fault detection coverage. Even though these fault-tolerant techniques are adopted to ensure and improve the safety of a system, their effects on the system safety have not yet been properly considered in most probabilistic safety analysis models. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an evaluation method that can describe these features of digital instrument and control systems. Several issues must be considered in the fault coverage estimation of a digital instrument and control system, and two of these are addressed in this work. The first is to quantify the fault coverage of each fault-tolerant technique implemented in the system, and the second is to exclude the duplicated effect of fault-tolerant techniques implemented simultaneously at each level of the system’s hierarchy, as a fault occurring in a system might be detected by one or more fault-tolerant techniques. For this work, a fault injection experiment was used to obtain the exact relations between faults and multiple barriers of faulttolerant techniques. This experiment was applied to a bistable processor of a reactor protection system.
