For disabled person, participation to sports activity acts important role in elevation as well as society synthetic side of physical activity that is cowered by disabled person. Sports that is obstacle rushed to infinity competition system and it is clear truth that disabled person sports of universal trend is no longer physical education and physical education that enjoy that participate. Suggestion for sports development that is obstacle hereupon is as following. First, must have professionalism about sports that is obstacle. Second, sports professional leader qualification that is obstacle and training courses should be readied. Third, excellence player`s excavation and science anger must consist. Fourth, various exercise program should be developed. Fifth, sports space that is obstacle should be expanded.

The purpose of this study was to investigate differences of the cardiovascular function between Korean university students(KUS) and Japanese university students(JUS). For this purpose, 60 subjects(30 KUS, 30 JUS) were selected. The results were as followings.<BR> 1. In the respiratory rate in rest, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.01) between JUS 12.80n/min and KUS 15.80n/min.<BR> 2. In the rest heart rate, heart rate max, heart rate in recovery 3min, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.05, p<.01, p<.01, p<.01) between JUS 76.17beats/min, 192.23beats/min, 118.41beats/min, 113.55beats/min, and KUS 86.91beats/min, 197.67beats/min, 130.60beats/min, 125.83beats/min.<BR> 3. In the oxygen pulse in exercise 6, 9, 12min, and max, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.05) between JUS 152.00ml/min, 1108.3ml/min, 1598.8ml/min, 2116.9ml/min, 2438.2ml/min and KUS 203.93ml/min, 1383.0ml/min, 1964.5ml/min, 2574.1ml/min, 2909.4ml/min.<BR> 4. In the oxygen consumption in exercise 6, 9, 12min, and max, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.05) between JUS 1108.3ml/min, 1598.8ml/min, 2116.9ml/min, 2438.2ml/min and KUS 1383.0ml/min, 1964.5ml/min, 2574.1ml/min, 2909.4ml/min.<BR> 5. In the carbon dioxide consumption in rest, exercise 6min, and max, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.05) between JUS 136.45ml/min, 1011.3ml/min, 3100.0ml/min, and KUS 180.56ml/min, 1280.1ml/min, 3608.4ml/min.<BR> 6. In the oxygen consumption per ㎏ body weight in rest and max, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.05) between JUS 2.11ml/min, 38,79ml/min, and KUS 2.92ml/min, 45.07ml/min.<BR> 7. And the others showed no significant differences.
