The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the type and delay intervals of KR on timing task learning. The subjects were 120 students aged 11∼12. All participants were males and right handed. Subjects were told that their tasks were to press the button in a precise moment when the target light on the runway was illuminated. The subject performed the anticipation timing task under 224㎝/s. The apparatus was an Bassin Anticipation Timer and timing error was calculated as the time difference between the target light and the button press. During the twenty-trial acquisition phase, the subjects were provided according to three different type of KR(every practice trial, bandwidth KR, reversed bandwidth KR), four different delay intervals(immediately, 4, 8, or 12 sec after completing trial). The bandwidth KR groups was provided KR if the timing error exceeded 10 percent of presentation time of target light. The reversed bandwidth KR groups was provided KR if the timing error was within 10 percent of presentation time of target light. The findings showed that the bandwidth and reversed bandwidth groups performed better in acquisition and retention phase than did every practice trial groups. The 8 sec delay intervals groups performed better in acquisition and retention phase than did 4 sec, 12 sec, and immediately groups.
중국의 의무교육 제도와 초등학교 체육과 교육과정의 분석

The purpose of this study was to analyze the education system and curricula of China, which is closely related with Korea historically and geographically, in order for helping improve the curricula of Korean elementary school physical education on the basis of our understanding the direction of the educational reform and merits and the dements of Chinese education system. The method of this study was mainly literature review and the procedures for the study were as follows. (1) Analyzing Chinese compulsory education system and its curricula, (2) Comparing Chinese elementary school schedules and its curricula with those of Korea, respectively, (3) Examining the characteristics of Chinese elementary school physical education curricula, (4) Comparing the characteristics of Chinese elementary school physical education with those of Korea. The results of the study could be summarized as follows. (1) The elementary school physical education curricula of China were mainly based on the sport education and fitness, while those of Korea were mainly based on the movement education model. (2) The elementary school physical education curricula of China included "play" as an important content element. (3) The elementary school physical education curricula of China specified not only the methods, area, and criteria of evaluation but also the methods of the score calculation in details.
감각통합 발달 프로그램이 초등학생의 신체적 자기개념에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Sensory Integration Development Program on the elementary students' physical self-concept. The participants of the study were 197 third graders (103 boys, 94 girls) in H & S elementary school in Seoul. The subjects were divided into two groups, and only the experimental group participated in sensory integration program. Sensory integration development program was consists of tactile sense, vestibular sense, proprioceptive sense, body image, body schema, body concept, locomotor movement, manipulative movement, eye-hand coordination movement, and gross motor skill activities. The data for this study was collected through the self-concept survey questionnaires. The questionnaires of this study was a Korean version of the Physical Self-Description Questionnaire(Kim, 2001). Two-way ANOVA with repeated measure using SPSS 15.0 indicated that significant differences were found in the factors of physical self-concept. The results indicated that Sensory Integration Development Program in class period had positive effects on the elementary students' physical self-concept.
