인종화된 위계 속 '자격 있는 시민' 되기: 북한 출신 대학생의 모임 참여 사례를 중심으로

이 연구는 탈북 대학생의 모임 참여 사례를 통해 이들의 자기 기획이 한국 사회의 인종화된 위계와 배제 속 ‘자격 있는 시민’ 되기의 과정으로 해석한다. 탈북민의 고등교육으로 이동과 역량강화는 한국 사회에서 경제적 자립을 이루고 사회적으로 기여하는 정착의 ‘모범 모델’이 되고자 하는 욕망을 반영한다. 탈북 대학생을 대상으로 하는 모임의 활성화는 한국 사회의 인종화된 위계와 신자유주의적 통치성의 영향 하에 자립적인 주체를 재사회화하는 ‘사회적 통치’와 법적 시민권을 넘어 문화적 시민권을 획득하고자 하는 탈북 대학생의 실천이 교차하는 현장이다. 북한 출신 대학생에게 모임은 ‘자기계발적 주체’를 형성하는 자원이자, ‘북한출신’으로서의 정체성이 재구성되는 공간이다. 탈북 대학생의 다양한 삶의 전략 구사는 ‘자격 있는 시민’으로 정착하는 것에 머무르는 것이 아닌, ‘이동 역량’을 지닌 새로운 자기 기획의 주체가 될 수 있는 가능성을 예견하게 한다. This study examines the process of self-development among North Korean refugee university students as they endeavor to integrate as ‘deserving citizens’ in South Korean society through their involvement in club programs. The pursuit of higher education and capacity enhancement reflect the desires of North Korean university students during their settlement in South Korea, aiming for economic independence and striving to embody a socially contributive model. The activation of club programs targeting university students from North Korea serves a mechanism of ‘social governance,’ facilitating their re-socialization as autonomous individuals within the racially stratified hierarchy and neoliberal framework of South Korean society, while also intersecting with the practice of acquiring cultural citizenship and integrating into Korean societal values. Participation in club programs not only fosters ‘self-empowering subjects,’ but also serves as a community for reshaping their identities as North Koreans. This suggests that the diverse life strategies of North Korean university students open up possibilities for them to embark on a new self project journey with greater movement capacity.

소비자의 적립 비율 차이 인식이 단일과 통합 포인트 적립 카드 평가에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 소비자들이 적립 비율의 차이에 따라 포인트 적립 비율이 높은 단일 포인트 카드와 포인트 적립 비율이 낮은 통합 포인트의 평가에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 소비자들이 적립 비율의 차이를 크게 인식할 경우에는 적립 비율이 높은 단일 포인트 카드에 소비자의 평가가 긍정적일 것으로 예상하였다. 소비자들이 포인트 적립 비율의 차이를 적게 인식하는 경우에는 조절초점의 조절 효과가 나타날 것이라고 기대하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 소비자들이 일반적으로 포인트 적립 비율의 차이를 크게 인식하면 단일 포인트 카드를 더욱 긍정적으로 평가하며 포인트 적립 비율의 차이가 작게 발생하면 소비자의 조절초점에 따라 평가가 달라질 수 있다는 것을 검증하였다. 즉 예방초점 소비자들은 통합 포인트 카드보다 단일 포인트 카드에 대해서 긍정적으로 평가할 것이지만 향상초점 소비자들은 단일 포인트 카드보다 통합 포인트 카드에 대해서 긍정적으로 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 포인트 적립 비율의 크기를 많게 인식할수록 향상초점 소비자들보다는 예방초점 소비자들의 변화 폭이 크게 발생함을 확인할 수 있었다. 기업에게 주는 실무적 시사점과 전략으로 단일 로열티 프로그램을 활용하고 있는 기업의 마케팅관리자는 적립 비율의 변화를 활용하여 예방초점 소비자를 유인하는 마케팅 전략을 계획할 수 있다. 또한, 통합 로열티 프로그램을 활용하고 있는 기업의 마케팅 관리자들은 소비자의 조절적 초점을 활용하여 소비자들에 따라 다른 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 활동을 하여야 한다. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of consumers on the evaluation of a single point card with a high point accumulation ratio and an integrated point with a low point accumulation ratio according to the difference in the accumulation ratio. If consumers perceive the difference in the accumulation ratio significantly, it is expected that the consumer's evaluation will be positive for a single point card with a high accumulation ratio. It was expected that the moderating effect of the moderating focus would appear if consumers perceived the difference in the point accumulation ratio less. According to the research results, if consumers generally recognize the difference in point accumulation ratio, a single point card is evaluated more positively, and if the difference in point accumulation ratio is small, the evaluation may vary depending on the consumer's control focus. In other words, preventive-focused consumers will evaluate a single point card more positively than an integrated point card, but improvement-focused consumers will evaluate an integrated point card more positively than a single point card. It was confirmed that the larger the size of the point accumulation ratio, the greater the range of change in preventive-focused consumers than improvement-focused consumers. As practical implications and strategies for companies, marketing managers of companies using a single loyalty program can plan marketing strategies that attract preventive-focused consumers by utilizing changes in the reserve ratio. In addition, marketing managers of companies utilizing integrated loyalty programs should utilize the consumer's regulatory focus to engage in different marketing communication activities depending on the consumer.

항해 홍길주 산문의 수사적 특징 연구-표롱을첨(縹礱乙籤) 소재 잡저문(雜著文)을 중심으로-

이 논문은 조선후기 문장가 항해(沆瀣) 홍길주(洪吉周, 1786-1841)의 산문에 나타난 수사의 특징을 분석한 것이다. 이 글에서는 항해 문집 가운데 『표롱을첨(縹礱乙籤)』의 「잡문기(雜文紀)」와 「잡문별기(雜文別紀)」에 수록된 잡저문(雜著文)을 중심으로, 그의 산문에 나타난 특징적 수사법인 문답법, 비유법, 반복 및 열거법의 수사적 기능과 역할을 분석하였다. 항해 잡저문의 문답법은 스스로 질문을 던지고 답하는 자문자답법, 질문과 답변이 연쇄적으로 이어지는 연쇄적 문답법, 등장인물 간 대화가 이어지는 대화식 문답법의 형태로 나타난다. 자문자답법은 글 전체의 화제를 제시하거나 독자의 관심을 유도하며 주의를 환기하는 역할을 하였다. 연쇄적 문답법은 핵심적인 의론을 전개하고, 주장의 논리성을 강화하는 데 기여하였다. 대화식 문답법은 등장인물의 대화를 통해 우회적으로 그러나 생생하고 인상적으로 주지를 전달하는 기능을 하였다. 다음으로, 비유법은 일상적 사물과 구체적 현상에 빗대 쉽고 간결하게 표현함으로써 독자의 이해를 도모하고, 독자 스스로 추론하고 깨우치도록 유도하였다. 마지막으로, 반복과 열거법은 비슷한 예시를 반복 제시하거나 충분한 근거를 나열함으로써 주장을 뒷받침하여 설득력을 강화하는 데 기여하였다. 이처럼 항해 글쓰기에 사용된 수사는 단지 장식적인 차원에서가 아니라 논증 과정에 작동하여 설득력을 확보하는 데 중요한 기능을 하는 장치임을 알 수 있었다.

대학생 글쓰기에 나타난 오류 분석 - 인용방식의 오류를 중심으로

본 연구는 대학생들의 학술적 글쓰기에서 보이는 인용방식에서의 문제점을 분석하고, 유형화함으로써 이를 예방할 수 있는 구체적이고도 실질적인 글쓰기 교육 방안을 모색해보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 필자는 2008-2학기에 대학교 2학년 학생들이 제출한 기말과제물을 대상으로 이에 나타난 인용방식에서의 문제점들을 분석, 유형화하였다. 대학생들의 글에서 자주 보이는 인용의 문제점은 다음과 같이 나누어 정리해 볼 수 있다. 인용한 문헌의 서지 기술 방식과 관련된 오류, 인용의 표시와 관련된 오류, 인용문의 이해와 관련된 오류, 인용문의 선택과 관련된 오류, 인용문의 길이 및 빈도와 관련된 오류가 그것이다. 학술적 글에서 잘못된 인용은 단지 ‘잘못된 표기’ 정도의 문제에 그치지 않는다. 잘못된 인용은 주장의 정당성, 타당성, 독창성, 신뢰성을 약화시키는 요인으로 작용하며, 나아가서는 표절로 간주되어 필자의 도덕성에 치명적인 손상을 가져다주기도 한다. 따라서 학술적 글쓰기 지도에서는 올바른 인용방식에 대한 교육에 더 관심을 갖고, 인용에서의 오류를 줄일 수 있는 구체적이고 실질적인 교육 방안을 모색하는 데 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. This thesis aims to search for a better education method of academic writing for university students which is concrete, essential, and helpful for preventing inappropriate citation. For this purpose, the author analyzed and classified errors of citations in the second term reports of sophomores. There were several kinds of errors as follows: an error related to the style of bibliographical description, an error related to the expression of citation, misunderstanding of the original text, an error associated with the relation between the text and a citation, and an error related to the length and the frequency of citations. An erroneous citation in academic writing is beyond an erroneous marking. It can lower rightfulness, appropriateness, originality, and reliability of the author's insistence. In addition, it could ultimately injure morality of the author as an erroneous citation may be considered to be a plagiarism. Hence, we should pay special attention to improvement upon education system for proper way of citation, and try to find out a way to reduce erroneous citation.

성인 발달장애인의 의미 있는 낮 시간을 위한 주간활동서비스 지원 방안

커뮤니티케어가 기반이 된 주간활동서비스는 학령기 이후의 성인 발달장애인을 위한 돌봄과 지역사회의 다양한 참여를 결합한 ‘참여형 지역사회 통합 돌봄(커뮤니티 케어) 서비스를 의미한다. 만 18세 이상의 성인 발달장애인이 낮 시간 돌봄 및 지역사회 참여 프로그램을 제공받는 다는 점에서 부모 및 가족의 돌봄부담을 경감시키고 발달장애인 당사자에게는 생애주기별 평생케어의 성격을 지니고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 커뮤니티 케어기반의 주간활동서비스 내용을 고찰하고, 성인기 발달장애인에게 의미 있는 사회참여가 될 수 있는 돌봄 프로그램을 전개하기 위해 앞으로 전개되어야 할 주간 활동서비스 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이에, 활동지원바우처 증액, 주간활동 서비스 시간확대, 주간활동 서비스 대상자 수 확대를 위한 예산편성 확대, 최중증 발달장애인 20% 우선순위를 확대 적용 및 별도의 팀 구성, 발달장애인지원센터의 역할 강화를 제시하였다. Daytime activity services based on community care signify ‘participatory integrated community care service’ fused with diverse forms of community participation and care for adults with developmental disabilities after school graduation. They have the characteristics of lifelong care by life cycle in that adults with developmental disabilities 18 years and older receive daytime care and community participation programs. The purpose of this study is to examine community care based daytime activity services and to search for vitalization plans for daytime activity services that must unfold in the future for care programs that can be meaningful social participation opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. At this, it proposed an increase of activity support vouchers, daytime activity service time expansions, expanded budget formulation for an increased number of daytime activity service subjects, expanded applications for the prioritization of the 20% of those with the most severe developmental disabilities and the composition of separate teams, and the role reinforcement of support centers for people with developmental disabilities.

단일과 통합 포인트 적립 카드 사용 시 소비자 조절초점 효과에 관한 연구

과연 소비자는 적립률이 높은 단일 포인트 적립 카드와 적립률이 낮은 통합 포인트 카드 중에서 어떠한 포인트 카드에 대해서 더욱 긍정적인 반응을 보이겠는가? 이러한 의문점을 해소하고자 Higgins (1997)가 제시한 조절 초점(regulatory focus) 이론에 따라 소비자들을 구분하여 연구하였다. 조절 초점이론에 따르면 소비자들의 기본 동기 구조는 향상 초점(promotion focus)과 예방 초점(prevention focus)의 두 가지로 구별될 수 있다. 향상초점 소비자는 목표를 위한 진취성에 초점을 맞추고 변화를 선호하며, 다양성을 추구하기 때문에 적립 및 소진처가 많고 다양하게 제휴된 통합카드를 선호하게 될 것으로 예측된다. 반면에 예방초점 소비자는 안전, 의무, 보호 등의 목표를 가지며 보상이 얼마나 안전하게 실행되는지에 관하여 초점을 맞추고 손실에 민감하기 때문에 안전한 선택, 확정적 이익이라고 할 수 있는 포인트 적립 비율에 민감하게 반응할 것으로 예측하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 소비자의 통합 포인트 적립 카드와 단일 포인트 적립 카드에 대한 평가, 적립 비율 차이에 대한 인식에 관하여 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 적립비율이 같을 경우 소비자들은 단일 포인트 카드보다 통합 포인트 카드를 보다 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 그러나 단일 포인트 카드의 적립 비율이 통합 포인트 카드보다 클 경우 예방초점 소비자들은 단일 포인트 카드를 더 긍정적으로 평가한 반면에 향상초점 소비자들은 통합 포인트 카드를 더 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 본 연구 결과는 통합 로열티 프로그램에 관한 학문적 연구가 부족한 상황에서 기업의 관리자들에게 전략적 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

장애대학생도우미의 도우미활동 경험과 역할인지에 관한 연구 : 포커스 인터뷰 적용

This study is a qualitative research to find out the experiences of the students who are helping students with disabilities in S University in Busan and the perceptions of their role as assistants. 12 student participants were divided into three groups, and group focus interviews were conducted. Four improvement points (systematizing selection, monitoring expenses, and strengthening education system) were derived for the support system for students with disabilities, and based on these four concepts, 10 categories were deduced. From the results, we suggested the improvement plan of the project to support college students with disabilities. 본 연구는 부산시 S대학교에서 장애학생도우미로 활동하고 있는 학생들이 도우미활동 수행 중에 무엇을 경험하며, 그 결과도우미 역할을 어떻게 인지하고 있는지 이해하고자 12명을 대상으로 3개의 그룹의 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시한 질적 연구이다. 연구결과 1. 장애와 장애대학생도우미 역할의 이해 부족(준비되지 않은 채 수행하게 되는 장애도우미, 일회성 장애교육) 2. 장애대학생 도우미 활동의 어려움(감정적 일체감, 장애학생의 정서적 의존, 느껴지는 차별, 나의 이미지) 3.도우미로서의 나의 역할(일반적인 역할, 나만의 역할) 4. 장애학생 도우미 지원제도의 바램(선별의 체계화, 활동비 모니터링, 교육체계강화) 이라는 4개의 개념이 추출되었고 이 개념을 바탕으로 10개의 범주가 도출되었다. 이상의 내용을바탕으로 장애학생도우미지원사업의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

국립 정동극장 전통문화체험의 관객만족도가 행동의도에 미치는 영향

This study aims at figuring out effects of the traditional culture experiences in theater on the audience's satisfaction and the behavioral intentions, re-viewing and recommendation with the survey on the domestic and the foreign audiences who visited the Chong dong Theater. As a result of the analysis, first, the traditional culture experiences in the theater had positive influences on audience's satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Second, for the audience's satisfaction had positive influences on the audience's re-viewing and the recommendation the intentions. Considering these, the various approaches and the experience programs for the Chong dong Theater, which is one of the main traditional performance theaters in Korea, should be continuously developed, and development of creative and an active experience program is urgent in order to satisfy changing demands of the domestic and the foreign audiences. Starting from this study, an importance of the cultural experience program to raise satisfaction of both the domestic and the foreign audience, who visits theater, should be recognized. Furthermore, studies in various sociocultural perspectives should be done in order to prompt excellency of Korean culture and to induce concerns for Korean culture and Korea by developing more diverse and higher-quality cultural experience programs.
