        일부 치위생학과 학생들의 행복지수에 미치는 영향요인

        The purpose of this study is to provide students with basic information about the stress of the national examination and the stress of the students who have difficulties in school life and the development of counseling and education program for satisfactory academic life. The survey of the 213 students of dental hygiene departments in Chungcheong, Gyungsang region was carried out. As a result of SPSS 3.0 analysis, the index of happiness Satisfaction was the highest points. Happiness index showed statistically significant difference in gender, personality, friendship, academic achievement, pocket money satisfaction, and health status. There was statistically significant difference between the major and the major in satisfaction, personality, friendship, motivation, and power status, and happiness index and major satisfaction were statistically significant. 다양한 이유로 치위생과에 입학한 학생들 중 국가고시에 대한 스트레스와 학교생활에 어려움을 가지고 있는 학생들의 스트레스 해소와 만족스러운 학과생활을 위한 상담 및 교육 프로그램의 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 충청, 경상지역의 213명의 치위생(학)과 재학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실행하였다. SPSS 3.0으로 분석한 결과 행복지수는 21점 만점에 평균 16.32점으로 만족감이 15.17점으로 가장 높았으며, 긍정정서가 13.79점, 부정정서가 12,64점으로 나타났으며, 성별, 성격, 친구관계, 학업성취도, 용돈 만족도, 건강상태에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 전공만족도에서는 성격, 친구관계, 진학동기, 전강상태에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈고, 행복지수와 전공만족도는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

        염화세틸피리디늄 및 아세트산 아연을 함유한 구강 양치액의 효과

        Objectives: This study investigated the effects of mouthwashes containing cetylpyridinium chloride and zinc acetate on oral health. Methods: A total of 60 participants were included in the study. Fifty-three participants (27 and 26 participants in the experimental and control groups, respectively) were retained, excluding seven candidates who dropped out. The mouthwash used for the study was spat out after 10-15 ml of mouth-washing for 3 s in the oral cavity after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Oral examination indices included the gingival (gingival index, PMA index), the patient hygiene performance (PHP index, Turesky plaque index), and the bad breath (BB checker, Oral chroma) indices. Five measurements were taken after 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 weeks and compared. Results: Measurements of the gingival index showed a statistically significant difference between the experimental and the control groups after 4 weeks, and the PMA index from eight weeks (P<0.05). Measurements of the PHP and Turesky plaque indices showed a significant difference in the experimental and control groups after 4 weeks (P<0.05). Compared to the PHP index before the experiment, that of the experimental group showed a significant index decrease after 2 weeks (P<0.05). Results of measuring bad breath through a BB checker showed a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups after 4 weeks (P<0.05). Conclusions: Oral mouthwash products containing cetylpyridinium chloride and zinc acetate relieves gingivitis, removes bacterial plaque, and reduces bad breath.

        교정환자의 의료서비스 질 만족과 가치만족이 재이용의사에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The objective of study is to investigate the influence of service and value quality satisfaction on revisit intention in orthodontic patients. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 230 orthodontic patients in Seoul, Daejeon, and Cheongju from July 1 to August 30, 2015. The contents of questionnaire included the general characteristics(6 item), quality of dental service(22 item), value(4 item), revisit intention(3 item), and satisfaction(3 item). The research tools were modified and supplemented by Han using Likert 5 points scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 program. Results: Quality of dental service was 3.88 points, value of dental service was 3.78 points, revisit intention was 4.06 points and satisfaction of dental service was 4.02 points. Conclusions: The quality of dental service was lower score than other scales. This results showed that it is necessary to increase the satisfaction in service quality in the orthodontic patients.
