        여성의 근무형태와 연령에 따른 무지 외반각도와 제1 중족족지관절 운동한계각도의 상관관계에 대한 연구

        Purpose: The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a significant correlation between the angle of the hallux valgus and dorsi-flexion of the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint (1st MPJ) as a physical factor that has a significant influence on healthy human walking. Methods: The subjects of this research were 65 female adults (130 feet) and the methods used included recording of real measurements and conducting a questionnaire. The acquired data is analyzed by the 'Simple Pearson Correlation Analysis' and 'Repeated Measures Analysis' methods. Results: The research result shows that the left area of -0.74706 and the right area of -0.76 have a relatively high negative correlation (p<0.00). Also, after conducting the 'Repeated Measures Analysis of Variance' of the angles of the hallux valgus and dorsi-flexion of the 1st metatarsophalangeal joint (1st MPJ), the result also shows that the left and right areas of -0.75 have a relatively high negative correlation. Conclusion: The present study was performed for the identification of a significant correlation between the angle of the hallux valgus and dorsi-flexion of the 1st MPJ. From the results of this study, we confirmed that there is a clear tendency for the average distribution rates of Hallux Valgus and Hallux Rigidus (Hallux Limitus) of women to show a higher increase in proportion to age.

        음식물쓰레기의 장기 혐기성소화 시 암모니아의 영향

        본 연구에서는 음식물쓰레기의 장기 혐기성소화 시 독성으로 작용하는 암모니아의 영향에 대하여 조사하였다. 실험에 사용된 음식물쓰레기의 BOD<sub>5</sub> 및 CODcr 농도는 59,100mg/L 및 155,700mg/L였고, CODcr/BOD<sub>5</sub> 비는 2.7이었다. 운전결과, BOD<sub>5</sub> 및 CODcr 제거효율은 체류시간 80일에서 95.8% 및 87.0%를 보였다. 또한, 체류시간 80일의 경우 암모니아 농도가 3,500mg/L까지 높아졌음에도 혐기성 미생물에는 아무런 영향이 없는 것으로 보아 독성을 유발하는 한계농도도 높아진 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of ammonia which causes a poisonous reaction with respect to the long-term anaerobic digestion for food waste. BOD<sub>5</sub> and CODcr concentrations of food waste in the experiment were 59,100mg/L and 155,700mg/L. The ratio of CODcr/BOD<sub>5</sub> was 2.7. As operation results, the removal efficiencies of BOD<sub>5</sub> and CODcr at 80 day retention time showed 95.8% and 87.0%, respectively. Also, extended acclimation period made the level of toxic limit concentration heighten such that with 80 day retention time, even 3,500mg/L of ammonia concentration does not affect to anaerobic microorganism.

        국내 생산 천일염의 트리사이클라졸 잔류 및 위해성 평가

        Sundried salt was recently registered in food category in Korea in 2008, and food hygiene regulation only applied to several heavy metals and a few inorganic ions. In this report, we investigated the residual amounts of tricyclazole, a highly concerned contaminant from agricultural activity, and estimated their daily intake and hazard index. All 60 sundried salts were collected by region, and qualitatively and quantitatively were analyzed with GC-NPD. In this investigation, only three samples were confirmed the residual tricyclazole in sundried salts. Their maximum residue was 1.7 μg/kg, and their estimated average daily intake was 2.40 × 10<SUP>?8</SUP>~6.22 × 10<SUP>?8</SUP> mg/kg-day. From these results, HI of tricyclazole for sundried salts was 7.53 × 10<SUP>?7</SUP>~2.07 × 10<SUP>?6</SUP> for Koreans, and the values were not considered as serious risk issues currently.

        생물학적 공정을 이용한 음식물쓰레기의 처리

        본 연구는 가정과 대중음식점 등에서 배출되는 음식물쓰레기를 처리하기 위한 공정개발을 위하여 수행되었으며 처리공정에 대한 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 생물학적 처리공정의 운전기간 동안 최종 유출수의 평균 유기물질 농도는 BOD<sub>5</sub> 134mg/L, COD<sub>Cr</sub> 1,398mg/L, SS 419mg/L를 보였고, 전체 평균 제거효율은 BOD<sub>5</sub> 99.8%, COD<sub>Cr</sub> 99.1%, SS 99.6%로 매우 높게 나타났다. 간혹 슬러지의 유출 등으로 유기물질 농도가 일시적으로 높아지는 경우도 있었으나 전반적으로 안정된 처리효율을 보였다. 음식물쓰레기의 질소형태는 유기성 질소가 대부분을 차지하여 전체 TKN 중 97%를 넘는 것으로 분석되었다. 운전기간 동안 유출수의 질소는 TKN의 경우 농도 변화폭이 심하였으나 평균131mg/L를 보였고, NH<sub>4</sub>-N 평균 농도는 60mg/L를 나타냈다. 유출수의 TKN 중 NH<sub>4</sub>-N의 비율은 45.8%를 차지했으며, 유출수의 평균 NO<sub>x</sub>-N 농도는 8.3mg/L를 나타낸 것으로 보아 대부분 탈질이 이루어진 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 유출수의 T-P 농도는 31∼89mg/L로 평균 52mg/L를 보이며 90.9%의 제거효율을 나타냈다. This study was conducted to develop a treatment system to remove existing contaminations in food wastes from houses, restaurants and distribution centers. The results of the experiment in this study are as follows: On average, organic concentrations of final effluent during the biological treatment process were recorded BOD<sub>5</sub> 134mg/L, COD<sub>Cr</sub> 1,398mg/L and SS 419mg/L. And overall removal efficiencies with respect to our treatment operation showed positive results with BOD<sub>5</sub> 99.8%, COD<sub>Cr</sub> 99.1% and SS 99.6%. Sometimes, organic concentrations of final effluent were temporarily high due to sludge outflows. In general, however, the experiment showed stable treatment efficiency. Nitrogen form in food waste was mostly organic nitrogen, and it was analyzed that over 97% of total TKN was organic nitrogen. Despite of the huge variation during the operation, the amount of effluent nitrogen in effluent TKN was an average of 131mg/L and NH<sub>4</sub>-N concentration was an average of 60mg/L. The percentage of NH<sub>4</sub>-N in effluent TKN was 45.8% and concentration of NO<sub>x</sub>-N was 8.3mg/L. The results above showed us that nitrogens in food wastes were mostly denitrified. In addition to the denitrification, during the treatment operation, the concentration amount of effluent phosphorus was around 31~89mg/L. The average effluent phosphorus concentration was 52mg/L and overall phosphorus removal efficiency was 90.9%.
