The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of regularly and systematic of horse exercise as well as body composition, blood lipid level in person(n=15) who was participated in promotion of specialist related with horse program. They were participated in horse program with one hour per day, three time a week for 12 weeks. The results were as follows: after regularly horse exercise(6 month) in person were no significant in body weight, fat(%), BMI, abdominal fat(%), LBM, HDL-C, FFA, Insulin, GOT and GPT. Whereas, there was significantly decreased in glucose, TG, TC as well as HOMA index(p<.05). In conclude, Regularly horse exercise was not change in body composition during six month. However, There were to improve in plasma metabolic chemicals such as triglyceride, total cholesterol and glucose mechanism.

The magneto-optic effect allows the optical detection of magnetization. The optical detection has advantages of non-contact, spatial resolution, time resolution, and high sensitivity. In this review article, I will introduce the optical method for spintronics research in three topics. First, using the optical method, spin-orbit torque in the non-magnet/ferromagnet bilayer can be measured. Especially, the optical detection of spin-orbit torque has certain merits compared to the electrical detection. Second, using the optical method, spin polarization in the non-magnet single layer can be measured. Especially, the spatial and time resolved detection provides strong evidence for the spin generation mechanism. Third, using the optical method, orbital polarization in the non-magnet single layer can be measured. Especially, the orbital sensitivity that depends on materials is the key feature for the optical detection.
