식물에서 유래한 리날룰오일 마사지가 전업주부의 혈액 및 타액 Cortisol, DHEA 및 IgA 변화에 미치는 효과

This study analyzed the effect of linalool on the changes in stress hormone contents in blood and saliva, targeting housewives in their mid-thirties to mid-forties. After classifying the research subjects into a control group, an almond oil massage group, an almond oil massage group with 0.5% of linalool, total 10 massage programs were conducted for 5 weeks. Then, the changes in Cortisol, DHEA and lgA contents in blood and saliva were analyzed before and after the experiments. As the result, a stress-related hormone of housewives, Cotisol in blood significantly reduced in the almond oil massage group with 0.5% of linalool, and DHEA didn't showed a changes between the groups. Also, lgA content in saliva showed a change, but no significant effect was found in the almond oil massage group and the almond oil massage group with linalool. This means that the increase in lgA content in saliva was influenced by massage. In conclusion, these results demonstrate linalool has a certain effect in the reduction in stress, and the effect could improve, when this applies along with massage. 본 연구는 30대 중반에서 40대 중반의 전업주부를 대상으로 리날룰성분이 혈액 및 타액 스트레스 호르몬 함량변화에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 연구대상자를 대조군, 아몬드오일 마사지 실험군, 리날룰성분 0.5%를 첨가한 아몬드오일 마사지 실험군으로 세분화하여 5주 간 총 10회의 마사지 프로그램을 실시하였고, 실험 전후 대상자의 혈액 및 타액 코티졸, DHEA, IgA의 함량변화를 분석하였다. 연구결과 전업주부의 스트레스 관련 호르몬인 혈액 코티졸은 리날룰을 0.5% 함유한 아몬드오일 마사지 실험군에서 유의하게 감소하였고, DHEA는 대상자 그룹 간에 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 또한 타액 IgA는 변화가 나타났지만 아몬드오일 마사지실험군과 리날룰을 함유한 아몬드오일 마사지 실험군에서 유의한 그룹효과가 나타나지 않아 타액 IgA의 함량증가는 마사지로 인한 효과라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 리날룰이 스트레스 경감에 일정한 효과가 있으며, 마사지 등의 처치와 동시에 적용될 경우 효과가 커질 수 있다는 것을 말해준다.

코어 운동프로그램이 야구선수들의 배트스피드와 최대투구속도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 야구 선수의 경기력을 결정요인 인 배트 속도와 최대 투구 속도에 대한 8 주 핵심 운동 프로그램의 효과 를 알아보기 위해 시행되었다. 대학 야구 선수 12명을 대상으로 프리 배팅 시 배트 속도를 측정하였고, 스피드 건을 사용 하여 최대 투구속도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 코어 운동을 통해 배트 속도가 크게 증가했지만 최대 투구 속도에는 큰 차이 가 없었습니다. 결론적으로, 핵심 운동 프로그램은 체력을 강화하여 배트 속도를 증가 시켰습니다. 향후 연구에서는 체 력 증가에 따른 배트 속도의 차이를 확인하고 관련성을 입증할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 8week core exercise programs on bat speed and maximum pitching speed, which are determinants of baseball players' performance. Bat speed was measured in free-batting, and maximum pitch was measured using a speed gun. As a result, the bat speed increased significantly through core exercise, but there was no significant difference in maximum pitching speed. In conclusion, the core exercise program increased the bat speed by strengthening the body strength. In future studies, it is necessary to confirm the difference of the bat speed according to the increase of body strength and to prove the relevance.

정원의 회복환경 측정을 위한 척도 연구

Perceived Restorativeness Scale (PRS), which was developed based on the attention Restoration theory, can be regarded as important, since it helps in finding out garden restoration mechanisms and factors that can be applied to garden components or design directivity that a user requires. However, PRS shows sub-factors, which differ from domestic studies, or has a problem with reliability. In addition, there has been a shortage of studies on new factors considering individual environments. Therefore, this study designed a PRS to be used in garden environments by newly applying Hartig et al.’s PRS (26 components) and RPRS (Revised PRS with 16 components, which is mainly used in Korea and pleasantness that is predicted, based on perceived restorativeness of garden. The study finding displayed that the traditional PRS (26 components) could explain restoration-related variables better and when pleasantness was additionally applied, the explanatory power of restoration-related variables was extremely high.

리 릿나워의 퓨전재즈 스타일에 관한 연구

리 릿나워는 새로운 시도와 창의성으로 퓨전재즈를 성장 시켜온 기타리스트 이다. 젊은 시절 세션활 동의 많은 경험과 노하우를 발판으로 삼아 솔로 뮤지션으로 데뷔 한 후 많은 음악적 시도를 통해서 끊임없이 작품 활동을 해오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리 릿나워의 초창기 앨범인 <Captain Fingers>에 관하여 살펴봄으로서 퓨전재즈 기타 리스트로서의 리 릿나워의 역할에 대한 연구이다.

This study analyzed the effect of Aromatherapy containing Linalool on psychological stability, depression and stress from childcare and houseworks of housewives in their mid-thirties to mid-forties. After classifying the research subjects into a control group, an almond oil massage group, an almond oil massage group with 0.5% of linalool, total 10 massage programs were conducted for 5 weeks. As a result, the experimental group that received massage with Linalool, showed an increase in psychological stability, compared to the control group that Linalool wasn`t applied to. The experimental group showed a significant decrease in depression, compared to the control group, but there was no difference of the effect depending on Linalool. Also, there was no difference in the effect on stress from childcare and houseworks between the control group and the experimental group. These results demonstrate that aromatherapy with Linalool relieved tension of housewives with stress from childcare and houseworks and was effective for their psychological stability.

Low-grade waste heat has generally been discarded in industry due to lack of efficient recovery methods. In recent years, organic Rankine cycle(ORC) has become a field of intense research and appears as a promising technology for conversion of heat into useful work of electricity. In this work thermodynamic performance of ORC with superheating of vapor is comparatively assessed for various working fluids. Special attention is paid to the effects of system parameters such as the evaporating temperature on the characteristics of the system such as maximum possible work extraction from the given source, volumetric flow rate per 1 ㎾ of net work and quality of the working fluid at turbine exit as well as thermal efficiency.

기타리스트 리 릿나워와 래리칼튼 비교 분석 연구

리 릿나워와 래리 칼튼은 같은 세대를 풍미한 기타리스트이다.그런 만큼 둘의 공통점을 찾아볼 수 있다.또한 많은 경험과 노하우로 본인들의 음악을 퓨전 재즈라는 장르로 완성 시켰다.퓨전이라는 장르의 특성을 살려 늘 새로운 시도를 해왔고,시대적 상황에 맞춰 음악적 융합을 만들어 내는 컨템포러리 재즈(ContemporaryJazz)의 선두주자 임을 알 수 있다. 재즈라는 장르로 예술성과 상업성을 이룬 이 두 기타리스트의 업적은 매우 의미가 있다.같은 장르,같은 파트의 뮤지션이 이 같은 성공을 이룰 수 있었다는 것은 본인들의 음악적 표현 방식이 많은 사람들에게 공감을 주었다는 것이다.본 논문에서 는 이 두 기타리스트의 작품에서 나타나는 화성적인 부분과 편곡적인 부분을 분석하고,이들의 대표적인 앨범이 가지고 있는 의미와 음악적 방향들을 살펴보았다.그리고 이 두 기타리스트의 관계를 통해 어떠한 음악적 성장이 있었는지 중점을 두고 분석 했다. Lee Ritenour and Larry Carlton were the most popular contemporary guitarists. So we can find they have something in common in many ways. Also their abundant experiences and know-how made their own music into Fusion Jazz. They always tried to make new approach specializing Fusion Jazz genre, which makes us realize that they are the front runners of Contemporary Jazz mixing music with the situation of the time. This paper analyzes harmonic parts and arranged parts these two guitarists show and studies the musical meaning and characteristics their representative albums have. Also this paper focuses on some developments and growth by examining the relationship between these two guitarists.
