국제교육개발협력 사업에서 교류협력국 교원의 ICT 활용교육 활동체제 분석

본 연구는 문화역사적 활동이론을 통해 개발도상국 교사의 ICT 활용교육 활동체제의 구성요소와 모순을 밝히고 국제개발협력 사업에 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 교류협력국 대상 교육정보화 지원사업 내 초청 연수에 참여한 4개국(방글라데시, 인도네시아, 캄보디아, 콜롬비아)의 교사와 교육정책가 20명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 개도국의 ICT활용교육 활동체제 6가지 구성요소는 교사, ICT 활용교육, ICT 매개체와 심리적 도구, 관련 교육과정과 정책, 교육기관과 학교관리자, 학생과 지역사회로 도출되었고, 구성요소 내의 1차 모순과 구성요소 간의 2차 모순 및 각각의 특징을 드러내었다. 이 연구는 국제개발협력의 수혜자이자 참여자인 개발도상국의 교사, 교육정책가의 목소리를 통해 ICT 활용교육 활동 전반을 분석함으로써 현장의 교육 상황에 대한 이해를 높이고 이론을 확장하며 체계적인 시사점을 도출했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 향후 연구에서는 대상 확대, 한국에서 지원하는 활동체제와 현지의 활동체제 간 교류, 확장 과정에서 발생하는 모순 분석을 통해 국제개발협력사업 성과 평가에 새로운 관점을 제시하기를 기대하는 바이다. This study explores the ICT in education activity system of teachers in developing countries using the cultural-historical activity theory. We conducted in-depth interviews with 20 teachers and education policymakers from Bangladesh, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Colombia, who participated in the KLIC(Korean e-Learning Improvement Cooperation) invitational training program. Our analysis identified six key components of the activity system and examined contradictions within and between these components. The study offers valuable insights into the perspectives of teachers and education policymakers in developing countries, contributing to the understanding of ICT in education. Future research can build upon this by analyzing the interaction between the activity systems of Korean and local teachers, providing a fresh perspective on evaluating international development cooperation projects.

본 연구는 기업 근로자 대상 일의 소명의식에 관한 국내·외 연구를 종합적으로 분석하여, 조직에서 적용할 수 있는 HR실행 전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 지난 10년간 국내·외에서 수행한 총 87편의 기업 근로자 대상 일의 소명의식 관련 연구들을 선정하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 변인은 욕구위계이론과 소명의식으로서의 일에 대한 이론(Work as a Calling Theory)에 근거하여 개인과 직무/조직 차원으로 구분하였다. 효과크기 산출을 위해 Fisher’s Z값과 상관계수 값을 산출하고, Egger의 절편 검증과 Orwin의 안정성 계수를 통해 출판편향을 검증하였으며 출판편향은 나타나지 않았다. 분석 결과 첫째, 개인 수준의 변인 중 삶의 의미와 일의 소명의식 간의 효과 크기가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 직무/조직 수준의 변인 중 직무열의(work engagement)와 일의 소명의식 간의 효과 크기가 가장 높았다. 셋째, 조화 열정(harmonious passion)과 소명의식인식(perceiving a calling), 조직후원인식(perceived organizational support)과 소명의식실행(living a calling)간의 효과 크기가 크고 정(+)적으로 유의한 관련이 있었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로, 기업 근로자의 일의 소명의식에 관한 학문적, 실천적 시사점을 제안하였다. This study aimed to analyze domestic and international studies related to work as a calling, focus on the employees, and suggest implications for human resource development. To meet the purpose, a total of 87 studies on work as a calling were selected over the past decade. The derived variables were classified into individual and work or organizational dimensions based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and Work as a Calling Theory. Fisher’s Z value and correlation coefficient were calculated to calculate the effect size. Funnel plot, Egger’s regression, and Orwin’s fail-safe N were used for publication bias analysis, and the results indicated that publication bias does not exist. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the effect size between life meaning and work as a calling was the highest among the individual variables. Second, the effect size between work engagement and work as a calling was the highest among the organizational variables. Third, harmonious passion and perceiving a calling were positively related, and perceived organizational support and living a calling were positively related. Based on the study results, we proposed the academic and practical implications of work as a calling for employees in the organization.

We investigated poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) passivation of solution-processed indium zinc oxide (IZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs). PMMA provides solution-processability and good barrier characteristics against environmental elements such as water and oxygen. The PMMA passivation layers protect the IZO active layer of the TFTs without deteriorating their performance during gate bias stress measurements under ambient conditions, and improve their electrical properties by decreasing leakage current. Moreover, the potential to safely manipulate IZO-TFTs after PMMA passivation was proven by realizing a simple n-channel resistive-load inverter.
