이 연구는 사회복지전담공무원의 직업경험을 이해하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해, 연구자들은 사회복지전담공무원들을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하여 자료를 수집하고, 수집된 자료를 가지고 범주화 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 사회복지전담공무원들의 직업경험은 3개의 주제와 10개의 하위주제로 이루어졌다. 주제로는 ‘클라이언트를 보는 시선: 밑바닥에서 현실을 보다’, ‘나를 향한 시선들: 사회복지전담공무원의 정체성 찾기’, ‘일을 바라보는 시선: 진흙탕 속에서 꽃 피우기’ 등이 나타났다. 하위 주제들을 보면, ‘클라이언트를 보는 시선: 밑바닥에서 현실을 보다’는 ‘현장: 내가 죽어야 사는 곳’, ‘좋은 클라이언트와 나쁜 민원인 사이’, ‘의존과 자활의 경계에서’로 구성되었다. ‘나를 향한 시선들: 사회복지전 담공무원의 정체성 찾기’는 ‘사회복지전담공무원을 바라보는 이중적 태도’, ‘내 자리를 찾아가기’, ‘섬에서 외롭지 않게 살아가기’로 구성되었다. ‘일을 바라보는 시선: 진흙탕 속에서 꽃 피우기’는 ‘끝나지 않는 일: 월화수목금금금’, ‘진화하는 욕구와 뒷북치기’, ‘이름뿐인 혁신’, ‘전문성: 스스로 대처하고 개발하기’로 구성되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 사회복지전담공무원들의 직업경험을 긍정적으로 변화시키기 위해 활용할만한 정책과 실천 지침들에 대해 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand the job experience of social welfare dedicated public officials. To achieve this purpose, we collected data through in-depth interviews with social welfare dedicated public officials, and analyzed the data using qualitative approach. The results of study were as follows; the experiences of social welfare dedicated public officials are figured in the three themes and 10 sub-themes. The themes are ‘the gaze toward client: seeing reality at the bottom", "the gazes toward me: finding identity of social welfare dedicated public service personnel" and "the gaze toward work: blooming flowers in the mud". Based on these results, we suggested some policies and practice guidelines to positively transmute the work experience of social welfare dedicated public officials.

사회복지전담공무원의 클라이언트 관계경험에 관한 현상학적 연구

이 연구의 목적은 사회복지전담공무원의 클라이언트 관계경험을 이해하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 연구자들은 사회복지전담공무원들을 대상으로 한 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고, 수집된 자료를 현상학적 접근으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사회복지전담공무원들의 클라이언트 관계 경험은 5개의 영역과 7개의 주제, 28개의 하위주제로 이루어졌다. 5개의 영역은 관계의 대상, 관계의 맥락, 관계의 영향, 관계의 조건, 관계의 양상 등이었다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여, 사회복지전담공무원들과 클라이언트의 관계 향상을 지원하기 위해 고려해야 할 정책과 실천 지침들을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship experience of social welfare dedicated public officials with clients. To achieve this purpose, we collected data through in-depth interviews with social welfare dedicated public officials, and analysed the data using by phenomenological approach. The results of study are as follows; the clients relationship experiences of social welfare dedicated public officials are figured in the five categories, seven themes and 28 sub-themes. The categories are 'the context of the relationship', 'the subjects of the relationship', 'the impact of the relationship', 'the conditions of the relationship', 'the aspects of the relationship'. Based on these results, we suggested some policies and practice guidelines to consider in order to support the improvement of the relationship between social welfare dedicated public officials.

청소년의 스마트폰 의존도와 학업무기력의 관계: 자아존중감의 매개효과

본 연구는 청소년의 스마트폰 의존도와 학업무기력에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 그 관계를 자아존중감이 매개하는지 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국아동ㆍ청소년패널 2018(KCYPA 2018)의 중1 코호트 2차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구대상은 총 2,438명 청소년(중학교 2학년)이다. 자료분석으로는 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 청소년의 스마트폰 의존도가 학업무기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 스마트폰 의존도와 학업무기력의 관계에서 자아존중감이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 의존도가 높은 청소년들의 자아존중감을 향상시켜 학업에 대한 무기력을 낮출 것으로 기대되며, 이를 위한 실천적 지원을 제시하였다. The study examines the impact of smartphone dependence and academic helplessness among adolescents and verifies the mediating effects of self-esteem. This study utilized the second year of the cohort first year middle school students of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018) and the subjects of this were a total of 2,438 adolescents (second year middle school students). For data analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis were conducted. As a result, first, smartphone dependence had an impact on academic helplessness among adolescents. Second, self-esteem plays a mediating role in smartphone dependence and academic helplessness among adolescents. Consequently, in this study, it is expected that building self-esteem among adolescents with high smartphone dependence will help reduce academic helplessness, and also suggests practical implications.
