        주관적 체형 인식에 따른 50세 이상 성인 남성의 체지방 분포 및 운동패턴의 차이

        Recently it is being asked that subjective body perception should be considered for weight control. This study investigated comparisons of Body fat distribution and exercise pattems according to subjective body perception in Korean male adults aged over 50years based on the 2011 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey for reducing gaps between subjective and objective evaluation. Subjects were male adults aged over 50 years who classified into 3 groups by subjective body perception: normal (n=323), slim (n=244), fat (n=359). Each group was compared by body fat distribution (upper body; right and left arm, trunk, lower body; right and left leg). This study released the results that significant difference body fat distribution and exercise patterns among subjective body perception. In particular subjective normal group was generous to their body perception compare with objective index. And subjective slim group was participated to high intensity exercise. In conclusion Korean male adults aged over 50years should effort to reduce gaps between subjective and objective evaluation, and then suitable exercise pattern recommend application to them for successful weight control.

        엘리트 카누 선수의 경기력 수준에 따른 체력 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the comparison of physical fitness between national elite canoe player candidates and general elite canoe player. For this study, 32 male elite canoe athletes took part in this study. These subjects were divided into 2 groups according to t he l evel o f racing p erformance ( Excellent P layers: n=16, and Non-Excellent Players: n=16). Body composition, basic physical fitness(grip strength, back muscle strength, dynamic balance, flexibility, push-up) and specific physical fitness(isokinetic strength, anaerobic power) to analyze certain difference of physical fitness in racing level. As a result, the body weight and muscle mass of body composition were significantly different between groups. The grip strength and back muscle strength, dynamic balance, and push-up of basic physical fitness were significantly different between groups. The isokinetic strength and anaerobic power of specific physical fitness were significantly different between groups. In conclusion, it is confirmed the there are differences according to the level of racing performance to body composition, basic and specific physical fitness between national elite canoe player candidates, and general elite canoe player.

        The Effect of Whole Body Vibration(WBV) Exercise on the Blood Lipid Profiles in Rats

        운동은 심혈관계 위험 인자인 총 콜레스테롤, 저밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤, 중성지방을 감소시키고, 고밀도 지단백 콜레스테롤을 증가시켜 심혈관계의 순환을 도와 심혈관질환 예방에 도움을 준다 전신진동운동은 비교적 최근의 운동방법으로 다양한 관점에서의 적용이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전신진동운동이 심혈관 질환의 예방에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 6주령 된 Sprague-Dawley female을 이용하였으며, 1주간의 예비사육기간을 통해 환경적응을 시켰다. 실험동물은 3 그룹, 즉 baseline(n=9), control(n=9), WBV exercise(n=8)으로 나누었다. 전신진동운동은 45Hz, 0.3g(g=9.8m/s2)의 강도로, 주5일, 6주 동안 수행하였다. 진동운동이 심혈관건강 상태를 추정하는 혈중지질성분 (TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, FFA, non-HDL-C)을 집단간에 비교하였다. 집단간 비교를 위해 처치집단(baseline, control, WBV exercise)에 따른 변인(factor)의 차이는 one-way ANOVA를 이용하였으며, 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 나타난 변인에 대한 사후검정(post-hoc)은 LSD법을 이용하였다. 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 연구결과 전신진동운동 유무에 따른 집단간 차이는 TC와 non-HDL-C에서만 유의한 차이가 있었다. 전신진동운동 집단은 control 집단에 비해 TC 수준이 유의미하게 낮게 나타났으며(p=.031), non-HDL-C 역시 전신진동운동 집단이 control 집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의미하게 낮은 수준을 보였다(p=.019). 본 연구내용을 정리해 보면 전신진동운동이 혈중지질성분의 긍정적인 변화에 영향을 미치는 것은 맞지만 월등하게 심혈관계질환을 예방할 만큼 변화시킨다고 하기에는 운동으로서의 효율성이 낮다고 사료된다.

        성별 및 주관적 건강상태 인식에 따른 대학생의 건강체력 비교분석

        This study compared the health-related physical fitness among university students based on gender and their condition of subjective-health and aimed to identify whether subjective-health of one’s status of health would be appropriate as an proxy variable of health-related physical fitness. Toward this end, the study measured the physical fitness of 100 university students and produced the following results. First, there were differences by gender in factors like cadiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and flexibility, and there were also differences in muscular strength and the body fat percentage by gender and the change in the health-related physical fitness of one’s physical condition. Second, for female university students, the health-related physical fitness of their physical condition may be used as a proxy variable for physical strength, except muscular endurance.

        프로야구 구단의 브랜드 이미지가 브랜드 자산 및 재구매에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to establish the effects of professional baseball teams’ brand images and brand value perceptions on repurchase intention by surveying 358 spectators of professional baseball games, to verify the moderating effects by age groups in the effects of the brand images on the brand value in establishing concrete marketing strategies, and to emphasize the importance of strengthening brand images and assets. The results of this research are as follows. First, it was found that professional baseball teams’ brand images had positive effects on brand assets and repurchase intention and there were the mediating effects of brand assets. Second, the age groups of the spectators showed mediating effects in the effects of professional baseball teams’ brand images on brand assets. In conclusion, in order to raise the repurchase intention of the spectators of professional baseball games, efforts to have interest in brand images and brand assets should be made and, above all things, efforts to allocate resources such as the building and management of brand assets need to be made as well. And the following conclusion was derived: since there were differences in influence according to age groups, efficiency is raised when priority customers should be approached differently at the time of establishing actual strategies.

        지상걷기와 수중걷기 운동이 퇴행성관절염 노인여성의 WOMAC 및 활동체력에 미치는 효과

        In this research, based on the hypothesis that diverse types of walking exercises should be chosen according to the ability of the elderly, the effects of walking exercise on the ground and walking exercise in the water on WOMAC and activity fitness of the elderly women with degenerative arthritis were analyzed. To do this, 30 elderly women with degenerative arthritis were divided into 3 groups according to the types of exercises: the group of walking exercise on the ground, the group of walking exercise in the water, and the control group, and 10 of those elderly women were randomly assigned to each group, and then WOMAC and activity fitness were measured and analyzed in line with the research purpose through pre-and post-test control group design. The conclusions of the analysis are as follows. Walking exercise on the ground and walking exercise in the water were proved to have positive effects on WOMAC and activity fitness of the elderly women with degenerative arthritis. It was found that walking exercise on the ground had positive effects on upper body strength, upper body flexibility, and quickness/dynamic balance of the elderly women with degenerative arthritis, and walking exercise in the water had positive effects on WOMAC and lower body flexibility. Accordingly, the conclusion that walking exercise in the water and walking exercise on the ground are positive exercises that can promote health for the elderly women with degenerative arthritis and the conclusion that, since walking exercises contribute to active fitness differently, walking exercises suitable to the characteristics required of the individuals should be chosen were derived.

        카페인 섭취가 골프선수의 심리상태 및 경기력에 미치는 효과

        This study sought to define what effects golfers` intake of caffeine has on their psychology and performance during the rounds of golf. To that end, 18 male golfers registered with Korea Professional Golf Association underwent a pre- and post- double-blind test by dividing them into the control group and the experimental group after they finished their rounds. The collected data underwent repeated measurement and analysis of variance using the SPSS 18.0 program. The findings of this study revealed: Golfers` intake of caffeine had positive effects on their cognitive anxiety, physical anxiety, and self-confidence factors, and helped the number of putting and total strokes. Thus, it was concluded that golfers` intake of caffeine during the rounding stabilizes their psychology, positively influences the skills requiring concentration, and helps the number of strokes that explains the level of performance.

        복합스트레칭이 활동적 노인의 행동체력에 미치는 효과

        Stretching is the optimal exercise for mental and physical relaxation. Its greatest advantages include the promotion of joint movement, and the improvement of blood circulation and ability of exercising (Kim Myeong-hwa, 2008). In this context, this study sought to determine whether or not the stretching exercise offers absolute help to the exercise ability in active male elderly people by having positive effects on the behavioral fitness factors, or which type of stretching of the complex and dynamic stretching is effective. Specifically, 8-week program by stretching type was conducted for 21 male elderly people after allowing them to adjust to this exercise so as to define a change in their behavioral fitness. The following conclusion was reached. The stretching program was conducted for active male elderly people. As a result, of behavioral fitness, in flexibility, agility, and equilibrium factors, only the complex stretching group showed positive changes. Therefore, the complex stretching program was determined to be effective in improving the flexibility, equilibrium and agility of the active male elderly people.

        TRX 운동과 전통적인 저항운동이 남성 노인의 신체적 기능에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this research is to verify the effects of the TRX training and the traditional resistance training on the physical functions of the male elderly and to provide the data showing that there are differences in the efficiency with which to influence the physical functions according to training types. To achieve this purpose, 30 male elderly persons aged 70 and over who visited the welfare centers in Chungbuk for training program counselling were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the two groups. The physical functions of the mal elderly persons before and after they participated in the training program for 8 weeks were analyzed and the following conclusion was obtained. It was found that the two training programs were helpful to the enhancement of the physical functions, except cardiopulmonary endurance, of the male elderly. In other words, it was found that TRX training had more positive effects in the experimental group in the change amount and time of the two groups in the pelvic limb strength, shoulder flexibility, waist flexibility, and dynamic balance factors of the physical functions. Accordingly, the conclusion that TRX training can be recommended for the enhancement of pelvic limb strength, shoulder and waist flexibility, and dynamic balance of the male elderly was obtained. Also, since the upper limbs strength of the male elderly was relatively higher after participating in the training program than before, the conclusion that the two training were appropriate was obtained.

        Rasch 모형을 적용한 대학생 레저스포츠의 안전의식 측정척도의 적합도 검증

        This study verifies the goodness-of-fit of the leisure sports safety awareness scale to which Rasch model was applied. For this purpose, a total of 651 university students were selected as samples from Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Chungcheong provinces. The validity and reliability of the leisure sports safety awareness scale developed by Kim and Kim(2017) were first confirmed before the collected data was verified by applying a total of 13 questions minus one question. The conclusion obtained as such is as follows: The five questions that were determined to be inadequate were deleted. The reliability index was found to have no problem, whereas the five-point question-response types fell into a proper criterion with order arrangement pattern. However, question No. 10 showed a limitation as to be applied as a common question since it turned up differentiated responses depending on the gender of the respondents. Therefore, it was concluded that it is appropriate to present the results of the leisure sports safety awareness scale applicable to university students via the Rasch model, by using 3-factor, 8-question and 5-point response scale.
