The quality assessment of network security, complex and diverse nature of the system environment, a few items specific purpose of measuring the quality and reliability alone can not help. There are a number of security products, quality and level of quality assessment based on international standards for quality indicators, but these are quite different ways, no assessment by organizations and companies. In this paper, we study a model for network security, quality indicators and satisfaction through the quality assessment of network security and how to develop specifications. System provider (developer) and the system consumers (users) to take advantage of all evaluation criteria and an objective way encrypted form to develop a system. For development of the proposed security features, networking capabilities and a comprehensive evaluation these two features three domains quality measurement methodology that are mutually linked. This study suggest systematic quality measurement environment using the methodology , if you configure the operating system security, QoS on customer satisfaction can be calculated. NGN(Next Generation Network)의 네트워크 품질 보증을 위한 테스트베드 모델 설계

This paper is presented to prepare NGN quality assurance management process under the quality system test methodology. The process should be drawn for NGN quality measurement framework of multimedia traffic. NGN test bed management process model are QoS measurement metrics, measurement interval meter above, and measuring tools, measuring equipment, measurement methods and measurement results from a series of processes for the analysis and methodology. This model, NGN quality assurance activities should be utilized in the future. Quality target level only when themselves constantly measured and managed, does not guarantee the communication quality of service. It is sensitive to the importance of NGN network technology paradigm for research on quality management in the NGN.

우리나라는 높은 수준의 정보통신 인프라 환경 에서 다양한 용도로 광범위하게 인터넷을 활용 하고 있는 나라라고 분석된다. 이같은 환경에서 한국 정보통신 활용 문화의 강점은 국가의 정책적 측면과 인프라 구성, 민간의 사이버 문화 활용 행태 등으로 분류해 볼 수 있다. 그중에서도 기본 적인 강점은 무엇보다도 높은 수준의 초고속 인프라 환경에서 활발한 정보통신 활용 문화 창출 활동이 이루어지고 있다는 사실이다. 이점은 우리 나라의 정보화가 매우 빠른 속도로 발전되어온 환경에서 조성되었지만 문화적 측면에서 본다면 한국의 정보통신문화의 현상 조성의 커다란 하나의 배경으로 자리잡고 있다. 사이버공간에서의 정보통신 문화 활용 정책 모델 구조는 명칭, 목표, 추진순서, 분담 구도로 구성된다. 비전모델의 명칭을 예시하면 “디지털 코리아 컬쳐 뉴 프런티어” “글로벌 번영의 디지털 컬쳐 무브먼트”로 상징될 수 있다. 정보통신 문화 활용 정책 신 비전 모델의 목표는 정보통신 문화활용의 특정분야만이 아닌 관련되는 문화활동의 전체적인 순환구조 시스템 도입이다. 정보통신 문화 활용 정책의 과제 구성은 국가비전 영역, 국가정책 영역, 법체계 영역, 국제협력영역, 산업발전 영역, 소비자, 국민참여 프로그램으로 구성된다.

IT기반 융합형 창조산업 육성 전략 모델

IT기반 융합형 창조산업 육성을 위해서는 창조산업 선진국 사례를 벤치마킹 하여 한국형 모델을 개발하는 과정이 필요하다. 창조산업 육성 목표는 특정분야 아닌 전체 순환구조시스템, 도입, 창조적인 정책 파이프라인 기반 확립, 창조산업 기반 구축 등을 제시할 수 있다. 비전모델의 개발영역은 국가비전 영역, 국가정책 영역, 법체계 영역, 국제협력 영역, 산업발전 영역, 소비자, 국민참여 프로그램으로 구성된다. 한국을 대표할 지식 창출형 창조산업 장르와 브랜드를 발굴한다. 이 모델은 디지털콘텐츠 산업, 문화예술 산업, 엔터테인먼트 산업 융합모델이 되어야 한다. 산업간 융합에 의한 테마별 창조산업 사례를 적극 발굴하여 IT인프라를 바탕으로 아이템 발굴 측면에서 대표 브랜드화 한다.

네트워크 보안에서의 효율성은 침입차단 성능과 시스템 performance로 대표된다. 네트워크 보안의 성능 향상을 위해서는 네트워크 인프라스트럭쳐 에서의 기능적인 효율성을 우선 확보해야 한다. 그동안 네트워크 보안 효율성 제고 달성에 관한 많은 방법론들이 연구되었다. 이같은 연구의 목적은 인프라스트럭쳐에서의 효율성 메커니즘 구현을 통해 빠른 응답시간내에 보다 우수한 침입차단을 실현하는 것이다 이를 위해서 네트워크 보안 도메인 효율성 구조를 설계하고 구조별 효율성 측정방법을 연구함으로써 인프라스트럭쳐상에서의 보안방법론 모델을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론을 통해 체계적인 도메인 설계와 측정방법을 실시할 경우 운용인프라스트략쳐 시스템상에서 보안 효율성 확보가 가능함이 입증되었다

모바일 인터페이스를 이용한 차량 위치 추적 시스템 설계

Recent development in wireless computing and GPS technology cause the active development in the application system of location information in real-time environment such as transportation vehicle management, air traffic control and location based system. Especially, study about vehicle location tracking system, which monitors the vehicle's position in a control center, is appeared to be a representative application system. However, the current vehicle location tracking system can not provide vehicle position information that is not stored in a database at a specific time to users. We designed a vehicle location tracking system that could track vehicle location using mobile interface such as PDA. The proposed system consist of a vehicle location retrieving server and a mobile interface. It is provide not only the moving vehicle's current location but also the position at a past and future time which is not stored in database for users.

모바일 홈 자동화 개발에 관한 연구

It has been increased having more than 2 PC's in each house through generalization of spreading internet and mobile. That means it is not a difficult project to construct the home-automation because of increasing spread of PC fast and utilizing it. The general meaning of home-automation could be said " Delivering information which is connected between a house and outside of a house by server. The server is taken a part as a middle stop for delivering various information to a house." Particularly, it is meant to deliver information which is connected each room in a house. You can imagine that you communicate by interphone form with installed terminals into home appliances using PC. The goal of basic study development which might be embodied through this thesis is making to be more convenient to use a grafted mobile in a concept of existing home-automation in real life. During conducting a project, the early goal was making to control directly home appliances which is not already existed, not to control it which is already existed. The project's scope was direct controling home appliances which is used in an actual house but it was requested found home appliances and constructing machine which is not including this study so, it was embodied not direct controling home appliances but making it to express visually by LED for convenience of the user.

장면전환 기법을 이용한 웹상의 원격 비디오 브라우징 시스템

인터넷을 통하여 전달되는 중요한 정보 매체의 하나인 디지털 비디오는 멀티미디어에서 점점 더 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹상에서 실시간 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 비디오 내용 검색과 브라우징을 제공하는 원격 비디오 브라우징 시스템을 제안한다. 효율적인 신의 분류와 키 프레임 추출을 위하여 RGB 컬러 히스토그램과 X^(2)(카이 스퀘어) 히스토그램을 합성한 새로운 장면 전환 검출 방법을 제시한다. 이렇게 추출된 키 프레임들은 물리적/논리적으로 색인화 된다. 본 시스템은 또한 VCR(비디오 카세트 레코더)의 편집과 검색 기능을 갖는다. 비디오 브라우징에는 날짜, 분야 그리고 주제의 세가지 요소가 사용된다. 원격 비디오 브라우징 시스템은 아파치 웹 서버에서 MySQL, PHP 그리고 JMF를 이용하여 구현되었다.
