윤락여성에 있어서의 각 혈액군에 따른 정자운동 저지항체의 혈청학적 연구

윤락여성 100명의 혈청을 각 혈액군에 따라 나누고 여기에 건강성인의 각 혈액군에 따른 정자를 반응시켜 정자항체를 검출코져, 정자운동저지반응를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 정자운동저지반웅의 평균역가는 대조군을 1로 하였을때 조사군에서는 1.52로 대조군 보다 높았다. 2. 윤락여성 100명에 있어서의 정자운동저지반응의 양성률은 16.25%였다. 3. 동일 혈액군의 정자에 대한 정자운동저지반웅의 평균역가는 다른 혈액군에 대한 것 보다 현저하게 낮았다. 4. 이 반응의 양성율은 AB형 윤락여성에서 가장 높았고, 다음이 A,B 그리고 O군의 순 이 었다. 5. 평균역가나 양성율은 나이와는 별 관련이 없었다. 6. 임신횟수가 증가함에 따라 평균역가나 양성율은 현저하게 감소하었다. 7. 윤락생활의 기간은 그 기간이 길어질수록 평균역가나 양성율도 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 8. 첫 성교연령에 따른 성적을 보면 그 연령이 어릴수록 평균역가나 양성율은 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 9. 최종임신후의 경과기간에 따른 성적은 그 기간이 길어짐에 따라 평균역가나 양성율은 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 특히 만 1년 이상 경과한 군에서는 현저히 증가 하였음을 보여주었다. Author studied sperm immobilization tests 100 prostitutes and 32 housewives as control to detect sperm immobilizing antibody. Investigation was mostly made to correlate its value to each ABO blood group. The results obtained were as follows: 1. Mean sperm immobilization value on prostitues was 1.52 when that of control group was 1. 2. Sperm immobilization tests were positive in 16.25% of all performed on prostitutes. 3. Mean sperm immobilization value to the same ABO group of donor semen was lower than to the different groups of donor semen. 4. The positive rate of sperm immobilization tests was highest among AB group prostitutes and then comes A, B, and O in order. 5. Age alone had little influence to the sperm immobilization value. 6. Sperm immobilization of prostitute life was, the higher the sperm immobilization value was. 7. The longer the duration of prostitute life was, the higher the sperm immobilization value was. 8. The prostitutes with earlier age of first coitus tent to have higher the sperm immobi lization value. 9. The prostitutes with longer lapsed period since last conception have higher sperm immobilization value.

Testicular Feminization Syndrome 의 1예

임상적으로는 정상 여성이나 생식선은 난소대신 고환을 가진 testicular feminization syndrome의 1예를 보고하고 이에 대한 문헌적 고찰을 하였다. Testicular feminization syndrome or androgen insensitivity syndrome is one of the hereditary disorders in which the patient is genetic male yet shows phenotypic female because of a lack of specific cytoplasmic androgen receptor from intrauterine life. We have recently met such a case to report it as well as brief review of literatures.

Omphalocele as well as exstrophy of bladder are known to be rare congenital malformations. We have experienced a case of omphalocele with exstrophy of the bladder recently at Busan National University Hospital to report it with brief review of literatures.
