The fineness of wool fiber is the most important factor in deciding quality. Recently, the demand of fine denier wool has increased but it is relatively expensive because of the manufacturing cost. In this study, a machine, controlling the fineness of wool fibers, was designed and manufactured to prepare fine denier wool. By easily controlling the fineness of wool fiber by elongating the wool sliver, the manufacturing costs of spun yarn can be reduced to eliminate the cost burden of high-quality wool fibers.

By producing fine denier wool fibers using the continuous drawing machine, the price can be lowered and high quality can be achieved. In this study, dyeing characteristics were examined in comparison with general fine denier wool which dyeability decreases when drawn. In the scouring and bleaching process to remove impurities of wool fibers and to increase dyeability, the K/S values of yellow and blue colors were decreased by about 0.5 on average. In this regard, the scouring and bleaching process can be skipped since they did not greatly affect the dyeability of the fibers before and after drawing. The dye exhaustion of wool fiber after drawing showed 99.6% on average and the K/S value was increased by an average 2 compared with the fibers before drawing. The dyeing properties of damaged wool fibers after pretreatment using oxidizing agents were investigated when ionic liquid was used. As a result, the dyeability of yellow and red color was improved when ionic liquid was used as solvent while the dyeability of blue color was maintained. It seems that it is necessary to study the correlation between the structure of dyes and ionic liquids used.

장애 대학생의 이성 교제 경험에 관한 현상학적 탐구

본 연구의 목적은 장애 대학생이 이성 교제를 통해 어떠한 경험을 하는지 그 경험의 의미가 무엇인지 분석하는 데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하고자 Giorgi(2012)가 제안한 현상학적 탐구 방법으로 장애 대학생의 이성 교제 범주와 하위구성요소를 파악하였다. 이성 교제 경험이 한 번 이상 있는 10명의 장애 대학생을 대상으로 2022년 09월부터 2022년 11월까지 2개월 동안 총 4회의 포커스그룹인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 의미 단위 36개, 하위구성요소 13개, 구성요소 3개가 도출되었다. 이성 교제 경험의 3개 범주에 해당하는 구성요소는 이성 교제 시 겪는 어려움, 이성 교제 시 애정 표현, 이성 교제 후 변화이다. 첫째 이성 교제 시 어려움의 하위 구성요소는 5개로 주변의 시선과 부모님의 걱정, 장애로 인한 심리적 불안감, 자신의 신체적 불편함에 대한 호소, 편의시설 미비로 인한 장소 선택 및 활동 제약에 대한 어려움으로 나타났다. 둘째 이성 교제 시 애정 표현의 하위구성요소는 2개로, 소극적 애정 표현, 성관계 시도 후 인식변화로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애 대학생의 이성 교제 후 변화 하위구성요소는 6개로, 자아정체성 형성, 자기 계발, 심리적 안정, 장애 수용, 대인관계 증진, 다양한 감정 경험으로 드러났다. 장애를 가진 대학생의 이성 교제 경험이 어떤 의미나 가치를 가지는지 질적 연구를 통해 심층적으로 분석한 본 연구 결과는 장애 대학생의 이성 교제에 대한 이론적, 실천적 논의를 확장하는 데 의의가 있으며, 상담 및 교육 현장에서 이들의 이성 교제를 위한 프로그램 개발이나 커플 상담에 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료 된다. The purpose of this study is to analyze what kind of experiences college students with disabilities experience through dating with the opposite sex and what the meaning of that experience is. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the categories and subcomponents of dating of college students with disabilities were identified using the phenomenological inquiry method proposed by Giorgi (2012). A total of 4 focus group interviews (FGI) were conducted for 2 months from September 2022 to November 2022 with 10 disabled college students who had at least one dating experience. As a result of the analysis, 36 semantic units, 13 subcomponents, and 3 components were derived. The components corresponding to the three categories of dating experience are difficulties experienced during dating, expressions of affection during dating, and changes after dating. First, there are 5 sub-components of difficulty in dating, which are attention from surroundings, parents' worries, psychological anxiety due to disability, complaints of one's own physical discomfort, and difficulty in choosing a place and activity restrictions due to lack of convenience facilities. Second, there were two sub-components of expression of affection during dating, passive expression of affection and change in perception after attempting sexual intercourse. Third, there are 6 subcomponents of change after dating college students with disabilities, which were revealed as self-identity formation, self-development, psychological stability, acceptance of disability, promotion of interpersonal relationships, and various emotional experiences. The results of this study, which in-depth analyzed through qualitative research on the meaning and value of dating experiences of college students with disabilities, are meaningful in expanding theoretical and practical discussions on dating college students with disabilities. It is thought that it will be used as a useful material for the development of programs for dating of the opposite sex in the field or for couple counseling.

오비맥주 80년 경영사 및 핵심역량 분석

본 연구는 80년간 맥주 사업을 이어온 ‘오비맥주’의 경영사를 분석하고, 핵심역량을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 오비맥주는 80년 역사를 자랑하는 국내 맥주산업의 선도 기업이다. 본 연구에서는 오비맥주의 80년 경영사를 6개시기(전사기~제2도약기)로 구분하여 주요연혁, 시장의 변화, 조직의 학습 등 세 가지 측면에서 각 시기를 분석하였다. 또한 마이클 포터가 제안한 가치사슬과 자원기반관점(RBV) 프레임워크 VRIO를 활용해 오비맥주의 경영자원 분석 및 핵심역량을 도출하였다. 가치사슬로 분석된 오비맥주의 주요 경영자원은 총 20개로 나타났으며, 20개의 주요 경영자원 가운데 모방이 힘들고, 희소성 있는 오비맥주만의 핵심역량은 총 네 개로 도출되었다. VRIO를 통해 도출된 오비맥주의 핵심역량은 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 현 오비맥주 CEO 장인수 사장 ‘섬김 경영’을 강조하는 등 ‘영업 및 현장 중심의 리더십’을 발휘해 오비맥주의 영업역량을 크게 향상시켰다. 둘 째, 오비맥주는 과거 글로벌 맥주회사 인터브루, 인베브를 통해 ‘선진 프로세스 경영을 내재화’해 조직을 효율적으로 운영하고 있다. 셋 째, 오비맥주는 경쟁사와 차별화된 체계적인 ‘혁신 R&D 프로세스’를 바탕으로 신제품 개발에 있어 탁월한 성과를 이뤄내고 있다. 마지막으로, 오비맥주의 ‘차별화된 브랜드 포트폴리오’는 단순 제품의 다양성을 넘어 다양한 소비자군의 니즈를 충족하는 등 경쟁우위를 제공하고 있다. 오비맥주는 경쟁사와 차별화된 핵심역량을 기반으로 시장점유율 1위 자리를 확고히 하고 있으며, 향후에도 이러한 경쟁우위가 지속될 것으로 예상되고 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze Oriental Brewery(OB)`s 80 years history, and to identify OB`s core competencies. Oriental Brewery, which is the leading company in Korean beer industry, has a history of 80 years since 1933. To analyze OB`s history of 80 years and its core competencies, we classified 80 years into six different periods, and applied same framework to each period. For identifying OB`s resources and core competencies, this study was conducted using the frameworks of Value Chain and VRIO analysis. From the analysis using Value Chain, we found out twenty core resources. Finally, using the result of Value Chain and VRIO analysis, four core competences of OB were identified: CEO`s sales and field centered leadership, localization of advanced process management, Innovational R&D process, and differentiated brand portfolio.

중증 재생불량성빈혈 환자에서 발생한 폐렴막대균 췌장농양

A 76-year-old woman with severe aplastic anemia was admitted because of a fever, chill and low blood pressure. She was diagnosed as aplastic anemia twelve years ago, and had been managed by supportive cares including transfusion. On admission, she complained of a mild fever up to 37.8℃ with a chill, generalized myalgia, and abdominal pain. A computed tomographic (CT) scan of the abdomen and pelvis showed abscesses in the head and tail of the pancreas. Cultures of the aspirated fluid from the tail abscess grew Klebsiella pneumoniae. Owing to the ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage of the abscesses and aggressive antibiotic therapy, the abscesses were resolved. The present case demonstrated that pancreatic abscess which causes an abdominal pain may develop during sepsis in aplastic anemia, and that the abscess can be resolved by percutaneous drainage and treatment with antibiotics.

본 연구의 목적은 CJ제일제당 바이오 사업부의 글로벌 비즈니스 성과를 조명하고 그 원동력의 발전 역사를 조사, 분석하는 것이다. 특히 CJ제일제당은 사료용 아미노산 사업에서 주목할 만한 성과를 달성하고 있는데, 그 성공 전략을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 글로벌 사료용 아미노산 산업의 특성과 경쟁관계를 분석한다. 둘째, CJ제일제당 바이오사업 경영사를 고찰하여 CJ의 사료용 아미노산 사업 성장과정을 분석한다. 셋째, 나아가 CJ제일제당의 바이오 사업부 내부의 핵심 경쟁력을 분석 및 제시한다. MSG사업으로 성장한 CJ제일제당이 사료용 아미노산이라는 새로운 영역에 안착하면서 산업의 구조개혁을 이끌 수 있었던 원동력은 CJ 특유의 ‘창조형 사업 다각화 전략’에 기인한다. CJ는 당시 미성숙 시장이었던 사료용 아미노산 시장에 진입하여, 지속적이고 과감한 R&D 투자를 바탕으로 확보한 CJ만의 발효기술로 해외 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보하였다. 또한 해외시장에서의 문화적 장벽을 최소화하기 위해 경쟁기업들과 차별되는 CJ식 관계 마케팅 전략으로 ‘후발주자’의 불리함을 극복하고 글로벌 기업으로 성장했다. The purpose of this study is to shed light upon the exceptional achievements of CJ Cheiljedang in regards to its Bio-operation division in global scale, as well as to find and analyze the driving forces of the achievements. In the course of analyzation, the features of global feed amino industry and its competitive structure are to be illustrated. Based on the given information, CJ Cheiljedang’s history of bio business is to be studied in order to investigate the growth process of the firms’ involvement in the feed amino industry. At last, CJ Cheiljedang’s fundamental competitive advantage within the bio-operation division is to be drawn out and proposed through this study. CJ Cheiljedang’s success in MSG business provided a steppingstone for the firm’s opportunity to enlarge its domain to a new field of feed bio industry. The reason behind the firm’s expansion was chiefly due to the unique ‘Business Diversification Strategy through the Market Creation’ of the firm. Prior to CJ’s entry into the field, the feed bio industry was not yet matured, which allowed CJ to gain competitiveness in the global market with its very own fermentation technology obtained through the consistent R&D. Furthermore, CJ endeavored to minimize the cultural obstacle in the process of its foreign market entry. This included the effort to differentiate its marketing strategies to that of the competitors, which enabled CJ to overcome the disadvantage of being a ‘second mover’, and enlarge itself towards being a global enterprise.

We report the case of a 66-year-old man with a past medical history of hypertension who suffered from the first time syncope. Transthoracic echocardiography showed two echogenic material of interatrial septum. And there is dynamic midventricular obstruction with hyperdynamic left ventricular systolic function. Transesophageal echocardiography showed dumbbell-shaped interatrial septum.
