SimulationX를 이용한 Remote Control Valve의 특성 분석에 관한 연구

Compared to other types of power, hydraulic energy is the most commonly used for heavy vehicles and ships because it has fewer location and space constraints, and its controllability can be maintained even under adverse conditions. Operators have controlled a main control valve of ship winches by pushing or pulling the lever, which is directly connected to the spool. However, because of the spatial arrangement, the importance of remote control valves has emerged. In this paper, experiments of the hysteresis characteristics were performed by analyzing the remote-control valve using a valve tester and RA2300. The validity was verified by comparing with the analytical model using SimulationX as the hydraulic analysis program. This study examined the effects of the spool"s notch (Non, End-mill, and Spherical) and the effects of stiffness and pre-load of the spool spring on Spool stroke, open area, and hysteresis characteristics. It is considered possible to reduce the cost and the, trial and error process in designing remote-control valves in the future.
사판식 피스톤 모터의 성능향상을 위한 설계변수 특성 연구

Hydraulic equipment have been traditionally used for constructing machines with high power density and durability. In particular, pumps and motors are considered essential equipment, and are consistently investigated to find suitable methods for optimal utilization of their characteristics. A kinematic analysis of a swash-platetype piston motor model using the hydraulic analysis program SimulationX® to model a nine-piston motor and simulate a swash-plate angle with a low-pulsation and high-efficiency performance of the motor has been provided in this paper. Finally, along with the theoretical consideration of the stroke, the effect of changing strokes and notch shape (V, U, non-type) on the pulsation is simulated to analyze and determine the effects of reduction in pulsation. The optimal swash-plate angle and stroke thus obtained will reduce the trial and error in future design.
선박용 유압윈치용 레귤레이터의 설계 파라미터 변화에 따른 밸브 거동 특성 연구

Maritime deck machinery relies heavily on the importation of components produced by overseas companies. Our research defines design parameters for hydraulic winch regulators used in maritime deck machinery. Using Amesim, we were able to conduct 1D modeling, and utilizing CFS then enabled us to create 3D models. These models were analyzed in our research for changes in pressure on each port that resulted from the regulator’s spring constant and changes in the primary tension-compression field. Our research then analyzed alterations in traits caused by changes in the length of overlap between the spool and sleeve. Last but not least, our research analyzed the trait alteration resulting from changing the interval between the spool and sleeve. We believe the results of our research can be used to design a hydraulic winch regulator used in maritime deck machinery that does not require importation.
