      • 妊娠 및 授乳期의 흰쥐 腦下垂體 Prolactin 細胞에 關한 免疫組織化學的 硏究

        A study of the prolactin cells of the rat pituitary gland has been presented. Serial sections of sixty pituitary glands from the pregnant and post partum rats of various period have been reacted with specific rabbit anti-prolactin and horseradish peroxidase labeled sheep anti-rabbit gamma globulin. Prolactin cells from 240 representative visual fields per group were counted under the higher magnification of light microscope and the following results were obtained. 1. There was sharp rising of number of prolactin cells in post partum lactating rats, while non-lactating group of post partum rats showed gradual decrease of cell number which revert almost to that of the pregnancy level. 2. Prolactin cells were more numerous in 2-day lactating rats than any other group of rats. It have increased by almost twice the number presented in control and pregnant rats. 3. No significant changes of cell number were observed in the pregnant group compared with the control group. 4. Although there were significant changes in prolactin cell number between post partum lactating and non-lactating rats, Iuteinizing hormone cells revealed little change. 5. Increment of prolactin cells seem to be occured evenly throughout the anterior lobe of pituitary gland.

        탄성밴드운동이 여성고령자의 연령대별 기능적 체력 및 신체활동량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 저항운동의 한 종류인 탄성밴드운동을 여성고령자에게 실시하여 연령대별 기능적 체력과 신체활동량의 차이를 분석하고, 운동 실시 전?후 증가율을 비교함으로써 고령자의 연령대에 적합한 탄성밴드 프로그램의 효과에 대한 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 여성 고령자 40명을 연령대별(65세-69세, 70세-74세, 75세-79세, 80세-84세)로 구분하여 12주간, 주 2회, 1회 30-50분간 탄성밴드 운동을 실시하여 기능적 체력과 신체활동량을 비교?분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 하지근력, 상지근력, 하지유연성, 상지유연성, 심폐지구력에서는 모든 집단내에서 향상을 보였고, 민첩성 및 동적 평형성에서는 65-69세, 70-74세에서만 향상을 보였다. 하지근력, 하지유연성, 민첩성 및 동적 평형성, 심폐지구력에서는 집단간 변화율의 차이가 없었다. 하지만 상지근력에서는 65-69세, 70-74세, 75-79세가 80-84세보다 많이 향상되었고, 상지유연성에서는 65-69세가 70-74세, 75-79세, 80-84보다 많이 향상되었다. 신체활동량에서는 총에너지소비량, 활동에너지소비량에서는 모든 집단내에서 긍정적인 향상을 보였고, 총보수에서는 65-69세에서만 향상을 보였으며, 평균속도에서는 모든 집단내에서 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 변화율에 대해서는 모든 집단간에서 차이가 없었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of elastic exercise training on functional fitness and physical activity levels of older women in different age ranges, and provide an appropriate elastic exercise program for each age group. The elastic band exercise program was composed of rating of perceived exertion(RPE) 11-13 for 35-50 minutes, 2 times a week for 12 weeks. Forty older women were devide by classified age range into 4 groups; 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80-84 years old. The measure of functional fitness and physical activity levels. A within-group comparison revealed that all age group improved lower and upper extremity muscle strength, lower and upper extremity flexibility, and cardiorespiratory endurance following elasticband exercise training except BMI, agility and dynamic balance. Based on between-grpup comparison, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 years old groups had a greater improvement than 80-84 years old group showed a greater improvements than 70-74, 75-79 and 80-84 years old groups. In all age groups, total energy expenditure and locomotion energy expenditure showed positive improvements in response to elastic band exercise. The total number of steps were increase in only 65-69 years old group. However, average walking speed did non change in all groups. Also, there were no differncese in the rates of change on any variables among the age groups.

        규칙적인 게이트볼 운동이 여성 고령자의 신체조성과 활동체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose this study was discuss and analyze effects of regular gate ball on body composition and functional fitness in elderly women. The subjects were thirty-eight elderly women, who take gate ball group(RPE 11~13, over 5years, 3~5times/week, 2hours/day), elderly educational program group(1time/months; sports dance, and Dan-joen breathing), and sedentary elderly group. Test items were body composition(%fat, LBM), and functional fitness with lower body strength(chair stand), upper body strength(2㎏ arm curl), aerobic endurance(6-min walk), lower body flexibility(chair sit-and-reach), upper body flexibility(back scratch), agility and dynamic balance(2.45m up-and-go). Date analyzing method was one-way ANOVA(Scheffe) using SPSS 11.0. Results were as follows: 1. In body composition, gate ball group was higher than other groups on LBM. 2. In functional fitness, gate ball group and elderly educational program group were higher than common elderly group on lower and upper body strength, and gate ball group was higher than other groups on aerobic endurance, agility and dynamic balance.

        9주간의 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝의 세트수가 남자 고교생의 등속성 각근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the number of optimal set(foot contact) of PT in the same exercise intensity. Twenty-four subjects participated in this study from S, N high school in B metropolitan city. Subjects were randomly selected divided into three groups, 1 set group plyometric training group(60-100reps, n=8), 2 sets group plyometric training group(100-150reps, n=8), 3 sets group plyometric training group(120-200reps, n=8). The group conducted PT programs consisting of 75-85%RM(20sec), 40-80 minutes a day, 3 days per week for 9 weeks. Date analyzing method were two-way repeated ANOVA (Scheffe), one-way ANOVA and paired t-test using SPSS 14.0. Isokinetic muscle function was measured before and after training, and the results were as follows. 1. Knee joint 60˚/sec 1) In case of peak torque%BW(right), a within group comparison revealed that both 2 and 3SG significantly improved extensors and flexors after the training. 2) In case of peak torque%BW(left), a within group comparison revealed that both 1 and 3SG significantly improved extensors and both 2 and 3SG improved flexors after the training. 2. Knee joint 180˚/sec 1) In case of peak torque%BW(right& left), a within group comparison revealed that both 2 and 3SG significantly improved extensors and flexors after the training. This study revealed that PT is most pertinent to about 100-150 repetitions(2sets) rather than an increase in quantity the number of set(foot contact).

        규칙적인 걷기운동이 비만 여성고령자의 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        Many studies have been reported on the effect of exercise for the obese women, but few reported that effects of exercise in old-aged women with obesity. So, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of aerobic exercise on body composition in old-aged obese women. The subjects were chosen by 98 cases with obese women(BMI 25 ㎏/㎡ over) who 60 to 70 years old. They exercised regularly 45min per day, 3times per week during 12weeks and the intensity of exercise was 40-60%HRR using treadmill. The older women's % body fat, LBM, WHR and VFA were examined before and after the exercise program. The results of the study were as follows ; After exercise program, there were significant differences in VFA and WHR between before and after exercise. Anywhere, % body fat and LBM were also reduced but there was no significant effect of training. From the above finding, it could be concluded that low and moderate intensity exercise program composed of walking and full body stretching could improve the body composition of older women with obesity. these findings provide evidence that exercise with walking and stretching is an effective intervention to change the body composition, especially, to reduce visceral fat area, waist-hip ratio for older persons without dietary therapy.

        SiC/C 경사기능재료 증착층의 변화

        $SiC_{4}$$C_{3}$$H_{ 8}$$H_{2}$와 $C_{3}$$H_{8}$ $H_{2}$, $CH_{3}$$SiCI_{3}$$CH_{4}$$H_{2}$계를 사용하여 흑연기판 위에 SiC와 SiC/C FGM을 CVD법에 의해 코팅하였다. $SiCI_{4}$$C_{3}$$H_{8}$ $H_{2}$ 계에서 SiC 증착 시 바람직한 수소의 비는 10-30사이였고 결정 배향성은 입력가스의 탄소비에 따라 여러번의 대 반전이 일어났다. 성장조건을 {111} 배향성을 갖도록 조절하는 것이 FGM층간 접착상태를 증진시킬 수 있는 방법으로 판단되었다. $CH_{3}$$SiCI_{3}$C$_{3}$$H_{8}$ $H_{2}$ 계에서는 SiC와 C의 비율을 조절하기가 $SiCI_{4}$$C_{3}$$H_{8} $H_{2}$계를 사용했을 때 보다 용이하였고, FGM 단면 관찰에서 층간의 뚜렷한 경계를 발견할 수 없을 정도로 우수한 층간 접착상태를 보였다.

        Besides already known many histologic structures of liver, Ito of Japan, in 1950, discovered another kind of cell existed in the liver, which subsequently called the fat-storing cell. Authors scrutinized the cell microscopically and a histologic comparison was made among several animal, the results of which being as follows: 1) The entity of the fat-storing cell, without exception, was confirmed in the normal livers of man, white rat, mouse, cow, rabbit, guinea pig and chicken. 2) The form, size and alignment of the fat droplets in the cell were shown to be all species-specific and almost no individual difference among the same species. 3) The largest droplets were seen in the liver of cow, the smallest in those of chicken and guinea pig. 4) In the unit area of the specimens, the droplets were found most numerous in the liver of chicken and least in that of rabbit.

        중년 여교사의 필라테스 매트운동 유형이 건강관련체력, 족저압 및 통증자각도에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 Pilates의 유형에 따라 건강관련체력, 족저압 및 통증자각도에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 한 부위 이상에서 주관적 통증자각도가 5점 이상인 G고등학교 여교사 20명을 대상으로 12주간, 주 3회, 1일 50-60분, modern 필라테스 매트운동 그룹(MPG)과 traditional 필라테스 매트운동 그룹(TPG)으로 구분하여 비교·분석하였다. SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 two-way repeated ANOVA와 paired t-test를 실시한 결과 첫째, 그룹×시기간 상호작용효과가 체지방률, 1,600 m 달리기/걷기, 족저압, 통증자각도의 허리부위에서 traditional 필라테스 그룹이 modern 필라테스 그룹보다 효과적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시기별 그룹 내 비교에서는 modern 필라테스 그룹은 체지방률을, traditional 필라테스 그룹은 제지방량과 상지유연성(오른쪽)을 제외한 항목에서 향상을 보였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of health-related fitness, foot pressure and rating of perceived pain on Pilates matwork type in mid-aged women teachers. Twenty women were randomly divided into two groups, modern Pilates matwork group(MPG, n=10) and traditional Pilates matwork group(TPG, n=10). The measurement items were health-related fitness, foot pressure, and rating of perceived pain. Both groups conducted each pilates program for 50-60 minutes a day, 3 days per week for 12 weeks. Intensity is RPE 11-15. Date analyzing method were two-way repeated ANOVA and paired t-test using SPSS 14.0. This study produced the following results. TPG more effectively showed than MPG in % body fat, cardiorespiratory endurance, foot pressure and lower back of a rating of perceived pain, TPG improved all items after exercise except in %BF, foot pressure of right FF ratio, and lower body of rating of perceived pain. and MPG improved all items after exercis except in LBM, back scratch test(right) and foot pressure of left FF ratio.

        초등학교 저학년생의 골연령과 체격 및 건강관련체력 상관관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine correlation with bone age, physique and health-related physical fitness in 7~9 years old elementary school students. Data analyzing method was Kruskal-Wallis and Kendall`s correlation coefficient using SPSS Ver. 12.0. The result of 154 subjects as follows; 1. Comparisons with bone maturity, physique and health-related physical fitness. In predicted height, weight, sitting height and chest girth, advanced bone age group was higher than other groups. In height weight, sitting height and chest girth, advanced bone age girls was higher than delayed bone age girls. In health-related physical fitness, %fat was significant difference among groups. 2. Correlations with bone age and physique. Totally, bone age relate to physique factors in total group and boys, except predicted height factors in girls. also, it related with height weight, sitting height and chest girth in advanced group of the boy. Delayed bone age group relate to sitting height in girls. 3. Correlations with bone age and health-related physical fitness. Bone age relate to %fat in total group and boys. Cardiorespiratory fitness relate negative to in total normal group and girls.
