The major goal of this study is drawing design plan factors considering residents' life cycle and life style when remodeling design is needed. By drawing such design factors, the study will propose an alternative remodeling design plan. Such design method was defined as Multi-Dimensional module design method. And constructing data-system based on Multi-Dimensional module was secondary goal in this study. The details are as follows: Based on analysis of Residents' demand for remodeling and features of emotion-design applied to remodeling, the system which is suitable for application in remodeling design method was conducted. Based on the type of construction materials, the level value was set up according to emotion-factor application. Also, by conducting coding operation according to the distinction of construction materials, this study seeks the unit drawing method of information for constructing emotion-information system.
건축 공간인지 특성과 경로탐색(Wayfinding)을 고려한 맹학교 건축계획에 관한 연구

This study is derived from a problem for the blind, how to recognize the space and how to find their way. Unlike ordinary people, the disabled people are closely related with special constructor environment using the other sense. Especially, to find his/her location, each person depends on the wayfinding ability as acquiring specific and various information,(e.g. recognizing figure by tactile sense, space size by auditory sense, direction by light from a window and regular noise, and existence of switch in a specific place.) Those senses help the person's wayfinding to his/her destination. The procedure of wayfinding are location, position, orientation, navigation, and movement. Consequently, construction for the people above mentioned can offer a design-guideline considering following factors, building arrangement considering regular noise, refurbishment, plan configuration of floor and wall-skin changed, circulation stream that maintains right angle by the regular noise in the building, enforcement location character by the inflow of the light into a crossing.

This study deals with the dwelling quality and ubiquitous system status of the apartment housing by the site types(site type and tower type). The research findings are as follows: ①The dwelling quality factors of the apartment housing are amenity, economic, safety/security, convenience, health and extension(space/time). ②The amenity, economic, safety/security factors of the tower type are superior to the site type. ③The relationship between architectural and ubiquitous system should be programmed together in the zoning works(design and field works). ④The linkage(site↔bldg↔unit house) of ubiquitous systems should be connected by the daily life territoriality. ⑤ The parking, entry, CCTVmonitoring, homenetwork and safety/security systems are linked with space territoriality(public↔semipublic↔semiprivate↔private).
