일본의 수출규제 조치 이후 나타난 한일 양국의 반복적 행동패턴에 대한 융합적 연구

2019년 7월 4일 일본 정부는 한국의 핵심수출 부문인 반도체 산업의 핵심소재에 대한 기습적인 수출규제를 시행하고, 한국경제에 심각한 타격을 주려하고 있다. 일본의 경우 외국과의 전쟁(침략전쟁)시 선전포고 없이 기습적인 야습을 감행하는 역사적인 패턴을 확인할 수 있는데, 이번 수출규제 또한 똑같은 방법으로 경제전쟁을 시작하고 있어 매뉴얼대로 움직이는 일본의 문화를 엿볼 수 있다. 한국의 경우 국난 시 온 국민이 하나가 되어 대처하는 반복적인 행동을 보여주고 있다. 한국은 수 없이 많은 외침을 받아왔지만 국민들이 단합하여 저항해 외세에 흡수되지 않았고, 2019년 현재 자주국으로써 세계 11위의 경제력과 많은 물건들을 수출하는 국가가 되었다. 현재 벌어지고 있는 한일 경제전쟁을 통해 양국의 사회문화적인 행동패턴들은 하나의 문화유형이 되어 반복되고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 일본의 기습적인 수출규제는 결국 소기의 목적을 달성하지 못한 채 종료될 것으로 사료되며, 한국은 일본의 공세에 굴하지 않고 성숙한 국민의식을 통해 저항하며 이 국면을 극복해 나갈 것이라 사료된다. Japanese government has been aiming to give a serious blow to Korean economy since it started sudden export restrictions on key materials of semiconductors, which refer to the key export industry of Korea, in July 4th 2019. Japan displayed historical patterns to make a surprise night attack with no declaration of war when fighting a war against foreign countries (aggressive war). When it comes to regulating exports this time, Japan launched an economic war in the same way and this reveals Japanese culture to move according to a manual. On the other hand, Korea has been showing repetitive behaviors to respond to national disasters by uniting into one. Even though Korea went through so many invasions from foreign powers, the people combined and resisted together not to be absorbed into foreign powers and now in 2019, Korea is the world’s 11st largest economy that exports many products as an independent state. The current economic war between Korea and Japan shows that social and cultural behavioral patterns of the two countries are repeated as some kinds of cultural patterns, Moreover, it is considered that the sudden export restrictions of Japan will terminate without achieving its intended goal and Korea will overcome this situation, resisting with a mature national consciousness, rather than bowing to the Japanese attack.

본 연구는 한국의 국격을 높이고 있는 한류 콘텐츠(K-POP, K-Movie, K-Drama, K-Beauty, K-Food)들 중 아직 세계화에 뒤처져 있는 한식(K-Food)에 주목하였다. 해외에서 불고 있는 한류 콘텐츠 중 한식이 어떠한 과정을 통해 현지에 전파되었는지 시기별로 나누어 그 확산 과정을 밝혀 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구 자료를 수집하여 한식의 전파와 수용과정을 논리적으로 설명하는 문헌조사 연구이다. 코로나 팬데믹 상황에서 세계 사람들은 건강한 음식과 재미를 찾고 있었다. 이러한 니즈(needs)를 한식이 충족시키고 있다. 특히 좋아하는 아이돌의 성장 과정과 한국사회의 성장, 그리고 한식의 숙성과정은 모두 닮아있다. 한식은 지금 SNS와 OTT 서비스를 통해 세계인에게 전파되고 있지만, 그보다 먼저 우리 이민 선조들의 억척같이 살아온 그들의 역사가 한식 확산의 밑바탕이 되고 있다는 사실을 잊어서는 안된다. This study aims to pay attention to Korean food (K-Food), which is still lagging behind globalization, among Korean Wave contents (K-POP, K-Movie, K-Drama, K-Beauty, K-Food) that are raising Korea's national prestige. Among the Korean Wave contents blowing overseas, I would like to clarify the spread process by dividing by period through what process Korean food spread to the region overseas. This study is a literature research study that logically explains the propagation and acceptance process of Korean food by collecting existing research data. In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, people were looking for healthy food and fun. Korean food satisfies these needs. In particular, the growth process of favorite idols, the growth process of Korean society, and Korean food are all similar. Korean food is now spreading to the world through SNS and OTT services, but it should not be forgotten that their history of living like oppression of our immigration ancestors is the basis for the spread of Korean food.

한국연구재단은 인문사회분야 학술지원사업으로 학제간융합연구지원사업을 2009년부터 시작하여, 2021년 현재는 일반공동연구지원사업으로 이름을 바꾸어 인문사회분야 융합연구를 지원하고 있다. 인문사회분야의 융합연구가 일몰사업이 되지 않고 12년간 연구지원을 지속하고 있는 이유는 급격한 시대변화에 적절히 대응할 수 있는 연구분야가 융합연기였기때문이라 판단된다. 4차 산업혁명시대를 선도할 연구 분야로 융합연구가 주목을 받고 있고, 그 연구 성과들로부터 더욱 육성해야 할 필요성에 큰 이견이 없는 시대적 흐름에도 불구하고 인문사회분야의 융합연구의 경우 그 연구 성과가 이공계열에 비해 비 가지적이라는 단점 때문에 연구지원 기간이 축소되고 있어 대단히 우려스럽다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인문사회분야 융합연구를 직접 수행했던 책임연구자들의 의견들을 모아 인문사회분야의 융합연구가 대형 브랜드사업으로 전환되어야 할 필요성이 어디에 있는지 그 의견을 제시하고 그 대책 방안을 제시하고자 한다. The reason why convergence research in the humanities and social fields has continued for 12 years without becoming a sunset project is because convergence acting was a field of research that could properly respond to rapid changes in the times. Despite the trend of research that will lead the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, convergence research in the humanities and social fields is drawing keen attention, however the period of research support is decreasing due to the disadvantage that the research results are relative to science and engineering. In this study, we will gather opinions from responsible researchers who conducted convergence research in the humanities and social fields and present their opinions on whether convergence research in the humanities and social fields needs to be transformed into a large brand business.
