The neurofibroma in oral cavity is typically associated with neurofibromatosis. The solitary neurofibroma is commonly observed in skin. It is relatively rare in oral cavity and usually observed in the tongue, buccal mucosa, and vestibule. The rare types of solitary neurofibromas have been reported as a case report and they were in the inferior alveolar nerve, infratemporal fossa, maxilla, and palatal ginviva. In our hospital, the presented case was the first case as reported as solitary neurofibroma in the oral cavity. The prognosis after excision and the review of literatures were presented.

Osteomas are benign tumor composed of mature compact or cancellous bone. Generally, they are classified as peripheral(periosteal) osteoma and central(endosteal) osteoma by origin. Osteomas are essentially restricted to the craniofacial skeleton and are rarely diagnosed in other bones. Most jaw osteomas are detected in young adults and are generally asymptomatic, solitary lesion. The authors present a case of a endosteal osteoma of the mandible. The lesion was located beneath both the mandibular first premolars, about 2.5㎝×1.5㎝ size. Surgical excision of the lesion was performed and we obtained good result after operation.

Abstract >> Hydrogen production from water using solar energy is attractive way to obtain clean energy resource. Among the various solar-to-hydrogen production techniques, a combination of a photovoltaic and an electrolytic cell is one of the most promising techniques in term of stability and efficiency. In this study, we show successful fabrication of precursor solution processed CIGS thin film solar cells which can generate high voltage. In addition,CIGS thin film solar cell modules producing over 2V of open circuit voltage were fabricated by connecting three single cells in series, which are applicable to water electrolysis. The operating current and voltage during water electrolysis was measured to be 4.23mA and 1.59V, respectively, and solar to hydrogen efficiency was estimated to be 3.9%.
