        The purpose of this study is to present implications such as measures to improve the selection criteria according to the implementation of the housing repair support project of the Urban Regeneration New Deal. To this end, the quantitative selection indicators set up to promote the landscape improvement project were analyzed, centering on the house repair support project implemented in Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the spatial distribution of support houses was checked through GIS mapping and Kernel Density. As a result of the analysis, insufficient parts were identified to select targets for landscape improvement house repairs as quantitative selection indicators, and improvement measures were suggested. First, this study possible to predict the effect of landscape improvement through GIS mapping & Kernel Density. Second, possible to compress the target site to increase the effect of improving the landscape. Third, it is possible to compress the key elements necessary for selection. Accordingly, this study can increase the expected effect of the policy practicality of the House Repair Support Projects in Urban Regeneration New Deal.

        절차적 모델링을 활용한 지구단위계획 시뮬레이션 개발

        본 연구는 2차원 도면 표기의 본질적 한계가 지적되는 지구단위계획의 수립지침 중에서 ‘건폐율 · 용적률 · 높이 등 건축물의 규모’에 대해 절차적 모델링을 활용하여 3차원 지구단위계획의 시뮬레이션을 개발하였다. 이를 위한 개발의 도구로 에스리(Esri)사의 시티엔진(CityEngine 2020.0), 아크GIS 프로(ArcGIS Pro 2.6.2), 웹 씬(Web Scene)을 활용하였으며, 연구대상지로 최근 5년간 필지의 약 25%가 개발된 송파구 이면부 상업지역을 선정하였다. 본격적인 시뮬레이션 개발을 위해, 파라미터를 선정한 이후 자료(Data)-정보(Information)-지식(Knowledge)의 3단계 과정에 따라 개발을 진행하였다. 본 연구는 시뮬레이션 개발 과정에서 다음의 단계별 결과물을 생성하였다. 우선 자료(Data) 단계에서 공공 및 민간 데이터 공유 플랫폼을 활용하여 2 · 3차원 자료를 획득하여 구축하였다. 다음 정보(Information) 단계에서 구축한 자료를 형상문법에 따라 다양한 절차적 모델들을 생성하였으며, 이후 애플리케이션을 활용해 레이어를 통합하였다. 마지막 지식(Knowledge) 단계에서 통합된 레이어를 활용하여 3차원 공간분석 및 스토리텔링 컨텐츠를 생산하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 다음의 세 가지 단계별 시사점을 제시한다. 첫째, 개발에 필요한 자료 정확도의 향상 및 공유 플랫폼 개선 등 절차적 모델 개발을 위한 환경 개선의 필요하다. 둘째, 지구단위계획 수립지침은 공간적 특성을 제도적으로 규정한 지침이기 때문에 형상문법 스크립트로 개발되기 용이하다. 셋째, 절차적 모델링은 지구단위계획 작성 과정에서 심의, 자문, 주민 의견 수렴 등 의사소통 및 정보전달의 대안적 도구로 활용 기대효과가 크다. This research aimed to develop the district unit plan simulation using procedural modeling based on shape grammar. For this, Esri"s CityEngine 2020.0 was selected as a main development tool, and Inside Commercial Area in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul as the research site where about 25% of the total area was developed over the past five years. Specifically, the research developed the simulation through the following three phases of Data-Information-Knowledge after selecting necessary parameters. In the Data phase, 2 and 3 dimensional data were obtained by utilizing data sharing platforms. In the next Information phase, the acquired data were generated into various procedural models according to the shape grammar, and the 2D and 3D layers were then integrated using relevant applications. In the final Knowledge phase, three-dimensional spatial analysis and storytelling contents were produced based on the integrated layer. As a result, the research suggests the following three implications for the simulation development. First, data accuracy and improvement of sharing platforms are needed in order to effectively carry out the simulation development. Second, the guidelines for district unit plans could be utilized and developed into shape grammar for procedural modeling. Third, procedural modeling is expected to be used as an alternative tool for communication and information delivery.

        In February 2023, Korean government announced the Special Act which includes raising the floor area ratio, changing land use, and allowing the number of households to increase. However, Bundang New Town has established a plan for remodeling by 2025. Therefore, Each Reconstruction and Remodeling scenario was conducted in Bundang New Town, where the two urban space variables of reconstruction and remodeling conflicted. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive reference for the discussion of design, landscape, and quantity by index for each scenario of reconstruction and remodeling. To this end, Reconstruction Scenario according to the change of the land use and Remodeling Scenario defining a customized extension apartment model were created. As a result, in the case of reconstruction, it was easy to develop designs open space according to changes in the land use area, and it was advantageous to form a long-term eco-friendly urban structure. However, there were disadvantages such as the large amounts of wastes. On the other hand, in the case of remodeling, it was difficult to solve the landscape problem and the number of parking problems. However, Remodeling has advantages in conservation of indigenous people and communities and waste emissions.

        국제도시설계 스튜디오의 도시설계 계획안 및 운영과정 분석

        International Urban Design Studios hold the potential to bridge national boundaries and encourage collaborative efforts. While they create unique design concepts and promote cross-cultural understanding, these studios face challenges such as unfamiliarity with target sites and the complexities of organizing field trips. Additionally, there is a lack of research and guidelines to improve curriculum operations. To address these gaps, this study analyzed design schemes and curriculum operations from the University of Seouls (UOS) International Urban Design Studios in 2018 and 2019. Through a combination of literature review and quantitative methods, including Frequency and AHP analyses, this study offers refined guidance for future studios. These findings revealed there were variations in outcomes between 2018 and 2019. In 2018, the studio focused on masterplans based on field trips and cultural aspects, while in 2019, an emphasis was placed on smart city technologies, resulting in improved design schemes and final report quality. This suggests that even with the same target site, altering the curriculums emphasis and approach can lead to different results. Also, through quantitative analysis, this study emphasizes the importance of effective coordination of cultural experiences, strengthening practical curriculum, and providing detailed information about the target site. However, its important to note that this study has limitations, as it does not account for differences between countries and only examines the 2018 and 2019 sessions at UOS. Despite these constraints, this empirical study, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative methods, offers valuable insights that can guide international studios as they resume operations in the post-pandemic period.

        공간분석을 활용한 도시재생 집수리 지원사업 선정기준의 개선방향 고찰 - 경기도 안양시 명학 및 석수를 중심으로 -

        The Urban Regeneration House Repair Support Projects were initiated in 2017. However, local authorities were compelled to establish their own criteria due to the absence of detailed execution guidelines from the central government. This phenomenon, primarily focusing on house repair, led to the insufficient achievement of the intended landscape improvement objective. This study proposes improvements of the selection criteria to enhance landscape improvement, using GIS spatial analysis of Myeonghak and Seoksu in Anyang-si. As a result, the research identifies main findings, such as various spatial distributions of the Deterioration and Influence criteria within site areas, spatial limitations in scoring individual houses, and the importance of the Deterioration criterion in the selection process. Based on these findings, the study explores improvement directions for the selection criteria, including establishing predictive simulation, utilizing spatial weighting for landscape improvement, and setting up post-evaluation based on spatial analysis. Despite its limitations in ignoring more quantitative spatial statistical evaluation and unique conditions based on more local authorities, the study offers significant insights for providing quantitative guidelines for the selection criteria, which can contribute to more rational fund distribution and enhanced policy efficacy.
