알루미늄 전극을 이용한 절삭유의 COD 제거에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study using electrochemical treatment with aluminum electrode is to provide fundamental data of Soluble Cutting Fluids treatment in COD. The experimental results are as follows. Without NaCl, the removal rates of COD<sub>Mn</sub> were 18.61%, 72.57% and 74.46% (40mins) at applied voltage of 5V, 10V, 15V for 60mins. Removal rates of COD<sub>cr</sub> were 23.26%, 90.41%, and 94.20% (40mins), respectively. The removal rates of COD increased with increasing the applied voltage. With NaCl of 5mM and lOmM, the removal rates of COD<sub>Mn</sub> were 18.61%, 58.01% (40mins) and 78.71% on applied voltage 5v for 60min. Removal rates of COD<sub>cr</sub> were 23.26%, 72.92%, and 78.75%. With NaCl of 5mM and 10mM, the removal rates of COD<sub>Mn</sub> were 72.57%, 69.01% (40mins) and 74.27% (30mins). on applied voltage 10v for 60min. Removal rates of COD<sub>cr</sub> were 90.41%, 85.71% (40mins), and 91.43% (30mins). The removal rates of COD increased with increasing the concentration of NaCl.
